技术领域
本发明涉及厕所清洁块,其中该厕所清洁块包含香料、至少一种烷基苯磺酸盐和至少一种烯烃磺酸盐、以及至少一种其它阴离子表面活性剂,并且该厕所清洁块能够在辊压机或压机(press)中成形,以形成旋转对称的、特别是球形的物体;本发明还涉及制造该厕所清洁块的方法并涉及含有至少一个这样的厕所清洁块和分配装置的系统。
背景技术
厕所清洁团块,又称厕所清洁块(toilet block),长久以来用于在厕盆的边缘下(所谓的边缘清洁块)和水箱中(箱中清洁块或水箱清洁块)进行厕所清洁、消毒和加香。近年来,美学和性能的重要性日渐提升。这就促进了例如液态或凝胶态的清新剂的研发,该清新剂在一些情况中以在多室容器中的形式出售,由此使得在冲洗厕所时被释放的清洁剂能够结合有持久的房间加香功能。
然而,固态厕所清洁块仍然是适用的。到目前为止,这些固态厕所清洁块主要通过挤出并且然后切割成所需尺寸而制成,从而获得大体上为矩形的厕所边缘清洁块,然后将其用在适当的笼架(cage)中。
这些边缘块的缺点在于,它们因流入笼架的冲洗水而溶胀,使得它们被不均匀地冲刷掉而失去原有形状。因此,即使在很短的时间后,也会形成不美观的团块。
在厕所领域中变得越来越重要的另一方面是卫生(sanitation)。消费者对于既具有消毒作用又具有清洁作用的产品的需求与日俱增。对于固态厕所清洁块,氯载体是适宜的消毒剂之一,但这些氯载体无法以稳定的方式结合到每个配制物中。例如根据DE102009003088已知的组合物包含香料、至少一种非离子型表面活性剂连同至少一种烷基苯磺酸盐和至少一种烯烃磺酸盐,另外还使用了含氯消毒剂(比如二氯异氰尿酸盐);该组合物在制成后不久就记录到了含氯量的明显降低,并且在相对短的使用期后,仅能够以痕量检测到含氯量。
因此期望配制具有令人愉悦的形状的美观的厕所清洁块,该厕所清洁块在它的整个使用期限期间被均匀地冲刷掉并且尽可能少地溶胀。同时,应该能以稳定的方式结合抗微生物活性组分,特别是含氯消毒剂。
发明内容
令人惊讶地,目前已经发现,包含香料、至少一种烷基苯磺酸盐和至少一种烯烃磺酸盐以及不多于2.5重量%的非离子型表面活性剂的配制物,甚至可稳定地结合含氯抗微生物活性组分。这些厕所清洁块不会溶胀,并且由于它们为圆形,它们始终呈现最小的表面积。它们因此被均匀地冲刷掉,由此甚至在多次冲刷之后仍保持原有形状。
本发明因此提供包含香料、至少一种烷基苯磺酸盐和至少一种烯烃磺酸盐的厕所清洁块,该厕所清洁块包含不多于2.5重量%的非离子型表面活性剂,并且能够在辊压机或压机中成形为旋转对称的物体。特别是,制造具有高的球形度的球形厕所清洁块是可以做到的。
本发明的厕所清洁块通常在分配装置(例如所谓的边缘清洁块笼架)中使用。本发明因此还提供含有至少一种本发明的厕所清洁块和分配装置的系统。
本发明的厕所清洁块能够以包括如下步骤的方法制造:混合各组分,挤压该混合物,将挤出的条状物切割成为具有限定质量的片块,以及成形为旋转对称的物体。
本发明因此还提供制造旋转对称的厕所清洁块的方法,所述厕所清洁块包含香料、非离子型表面活性剂、烷基苯磺酸盐和烯烃磺酸盐,其中所述方法包括步骤:
a)混合各组分,
b)挤压该混合物,
c)将挤出的条状物切割成为具有限定质量的片块,
d)成形为旋转对称的物体。
含有厕所清洁块和分配装置的本发明系统能够另外地用于清洁和/或加香和/或消毒有抽水设备的厕所的方法中,因为填充有所述厕所清洁块的分配装置悬浮于厕盆中,然后当冲洗厕所时,所述厕所清洁块中被溶解的组分进入冲洗水并且能够在那里发挥它们的清洁和/或加香和/或消毒作用。
本发明因此还提供清洁和/或加香和/或消毒有抽水设备的厕所的方法,所述方法采用含有本发明的厕所清洁块和分配装置的系统。
具体实施方式

香料

能够被有利地用于本发明范围内的精油中的挥发性更强的香精尤其包括天然或合成来源的低沸点香精,所述低沸点香精可单独或混合使用。挥发性更强的香精的实例为异硫氰酸烷基酯(烷基芥子油)、丁二酮、苧烯、芫荽醇、乙酸里哪酯、丙酸芳樟酯、薄荷醇、薄荷酮、甲基-正庚烯酮、水芹烯、苯乙醛、乙酸萜品酯、柑醛和香茅醛。
表面活性剂
本发明的厕所清洁块包含至少一种烷基苯磺酸盐和至少一种烯烃磺酸盐。此外,能够包含其它的表面活性剂,特别是阴离子表面活性剂。
所述烷基苯磺酸盐当中,特别优选的为那些在烷基部分中具有约12个C原子的,例如线性C10-13烷基苯磺酸钠。优选的烯烃磺酸盐具有14至16的碳链长度。本发明的厕所清洁块优选地包含10至70重量%、优选20至65重量%、特别优选20至30重量%的烷基苯磺酸盐;以及优选地包含10至30重量%、优选15至30重量%、特别优选15至25重量%的烯烃磺酸盐。
其它阴离子表面活性剂
作为其它的阴离子表面活性剂,能够用在本发明的厕所清洁块中的为:脂肪族硫酸盐,比如脂肪醇硫酸盐、脂肪醇醚硫酸盐、二烷基醚硫酸盐、单甘油酯硫酸盐;以及脂肪族磺酸盐,比如烷基磺酸盐、醚磺酸盐、正烷基醚磺酸盐、酯磺酸盐和木质素磺酸盐。同样地在本发明的范围内,能够使用脂肪酸氰胺(fatty acid cyanamide);磺基琥珀酸酯或盐(磺基琥珀酸酯),特别是磺基琥珀酸单C8-C18-烷基酯和磺基琥珀酸双C8-C18-烷基酯;磺基琥珀酰胺酸盐、磺基琥珀酰胺、脂肪酸羟乙基磺酸盐、酰氨基烷磺酸盐(脂肪酸氨基乙磺酸盐)、脂肪酸肌氨酸盐、醚羧酸和烷基(醚)磷酸盐、以及α-磺基脂肪酸盐、酰基谷氨酸盐、单酸甘油酯二硫酸盐和甘油二硫酸盐的烷基醚。
在本发明的范围内,优选的为脂肪醇硫酸盐和/或脂肪醇醚硫酸盐,特别是脂肪醇硫酸盐。脂肪醇硫酸盐为适宜的醇进行硫酸盐化反应的产物,而脂肪醇醚硫酸盐为烷氧基化醇进行硫酸盐化反应的产物。所属技术领域的专业人员知晓烷氧基化醇通常为环氧烷烃与醇的反应产物,其中该环氧烷烃优选地为环氧乙烷,该醇在本发明中优选地为长链醇。通常,依赖于反应条件,n摩尔的环氧乙烷和1摩尔的醇反应,形成含有具有不同乙氧基化程度的加成产物的复杂混合物。烷氧基化作用的另一实施方案在于使用环氧烷烃的混合物,优选含有环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的混合物。优选的脂肪醇醚硫酸盐为低乙氧基化程度的脂肪醇的硫酸盐,该脂肪醇的硫酸盐具有1至4个环氧乙烷单元(EO),特别地1至2个EO,例如1.3个EO。在优选实施方案中,本发明的厕所清洁块包含最高达20重量%、优选地4至12重量%、特别优选地7至10重量%的至少一种脂肪醇硫酸盐。

非离子型表面活性剂
因为加工性能的缘故,可期望本发明的厕所清洁块还包含非离子型表面活性剂。在本发明范围内的适宜的非离子型表面活性剂为烷氧基化物,比如聚乙二醇醚、脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚、烷基酚聚乙二醇醚、封端聚乙二醇醚、混合醚和羟基混合醚,以及脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯。适宜的还有环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的嵌段共聚物,以及脂肪酸烷醇酰胺和脂肪酸聚乙二醇醚。根据本发明能够使用的非离子型表面活性剂的其它重要的类别为氧化胺类和糖类表面活性剂,特别是烷基多葡糖苷。
本发明的厕所清洁块包含不多于2.5重量%的非离子型表面活性剂,有利地是那些微粒形式的。这在带有含氯消毒剂的厕所清洁块的配制物中特别重要,因为这些双组分能够彼此发生反应。在优选实施方案中,本发明的厕所清洁块不含非离子型表面活性剂。
除上述类型的表面活性剂之外,本发明的作用物还能够包含阳离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂。
适宜的两性表面活性剂为例如式(Riii)(Riv)(Rv)N+CH2COO-的甜菜碱,其中Riii表示任选被杂原子或杂原子基团间断的带8至25个碳原子、优选地10至21个碳原子的烷基基团;并且Riv和Rv表示相同或不同类型的带1至3个碳原子的烷基基团,特别是C10-C18烷基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱和C11-C17烷基酰氨丙基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱。
适宜的阳离子表面活性剂尤其是式(Rvi)(Rvii)(Rviii)(Rix)N+X-的季铵化合物,其中Rvi至Rix代表四个相同的或不同的烷基,特别是两个长链烷基和两个短链烷基;并且X-代表阴离子、特别是卤素离子;所述阳离子表面活性剂为例如双癸基二甲基氯化铵、烷苄基双癸基氯化铵及其混合物。优选具有抗微生物作用的季铵化合物。但是,在特别优选的实施方案中,本发明的厕所清洁块不含阳离子表面活性剂。
抗微生物活性组分
清洁的具体形式表现为消毒和卫生。在本发明的相应的具体实施方案中,厕所清洁块因此包含一种或多种抗微生物活性组分,优选其量最高达40重量%、优选0.01至25重量%、特别是0.1至5重量%。
在本发明教导范围内的术语消毒、卫生、抗微生物作用和抗微生物活性成分具有常规的技术含义。而在医疗实践的狭义中消毒表示(理论上全部)杀灭传染性微生物,卫生被理解为尽可能地消灭全部微生物,即使是通常对人类无害的腐生微生物。此处消毒或卫生的程度依赖于所使用的作用物的抗微生物作用,该程度随着抗微生物活性成分的含量降低或施用的作用物的稀释度增大而降低。
根据本发明适合的是例如选自以下的抗微生物活性组分:醇、醛、抗微生物酸或其盐、羧酸酯、酰胺、苯酚、苯酚衍生物、联苯、二苯基烷烃、尿素衍生物、氧和氮缩醛及甲缩醛(oxygen and nitrogen acetals and formals)、苄脒、异噻唑及其衍生物(比如异噻唑啉和异噻唑啉酮)、邻苯二甲酰亚胺衍生物、吡啶衍生物、抗微生物表面活性化合物、胍、抗微生物两性化合物、喹啉、1,2-二溴-2,4-二氰基丁烷、碘代-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯、碘、碘递体、释放活性氯和过氧化物的化合物。优选的抗微生物活性组分优选地选自:1,3-丁二醇、苯氧乙醇、1,2-丙二醇、甘油、十一碳烯酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、苯甲酸、水杨酸、麝香草酚、2-苄基-4-氯酚、2,2'-亚甲基二(6-溴代-4-氯酚)、2,4,4'-三氯-2'-羟基二苯醚、N-(4-氯苯基)-N-(3,4-二氯苯基)尿、N,N'-(1,10-癸二基二-1-吡啶基-4-亚基)二(1-辛胺)二盐酸化物、N,N'-二(4-氯苯基)-3,12-二亚氨基-2,4,11,13-四氮杂十四烷二亚氨酰胺(diimidamide)、抗微生物季盐表面活性化合物、胍、三氯异氰尿酸和二氯异氰尿酸钠(DCI,1,3-二氯-5H-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-三酮钠盐)。优选的抗微生物活性的季盐化合物包含铵、锍、磷鎓、碘鎓或鉮基团。此外,还可使用同时提供清洁剂的加香功能的抗微生物活性香精油。然而,特别优选的抗微生物活性组分选自:水杨酸;季盐表面活性剂,特别是苯扎氯铵;过氧化物,特别是过碳酸钠或苯二甲酰亚氨基过氧己酸;碱金属次氯酸盐;三氯异氰尿酸;二氯异氰尿酸钠及其混合物。最特别优选地,本发明的厕所清洁块包含二氯异氰尿酸钠。
其它组分
除上述组分外,本发明的厕所清洁块能够包含常规用于厕所清洁块的其它组分,优选地选自:酸、碱、盐、增稠剂、防腐剂、络合剂、聚合物、染料、香剂、芳香增效剂、填充剂、助洗剂、漂白剂、防蚀剂、冲洗调节剂、酶类、微生物、用于除去生物被膜的活性组分、用于防止水垢沉积的活性组分、用于减小污物粘着力的活性组分、用于改善加工性能的活性组分、用于减少粘着性的活性组分及其混合物。包含的全部其它组分应该不多于60重量%,优选地0.01至60重量%,特别是0.2至15重量%。
酸
本发明的厕所清洁块能够包含一种或多种酸和/或其盐,以提高对于水垢和尿垢的清洁性能。所述酸优选地由可持续获得的原材料制造。因此适合的酸特别是有机酸,比如乙酸、柠檬酸、羟基乙酸、乳酸、琥珀酸、己二酸、苹果酸、酒石酸和葡萄糖酸及其混合物。然而,此外也可以使用氨基磺酸。特别优选的是选自以下的酸和/或其盐:柠檬酸、乳酸、氨基磺酸、上述酸的盐以及它们的混合物。它们的用量优选地为0.01至10重量%、特别优选地0.2至5重量%。但是,在最特别优选的实施方案中,本发明的厕所清洁块不含酸。
此外,在优选实施方案中,作用物包含无机盐,优选地碱金属盐或碱土金属盐,特别是碳酸盐、硫酸盐、卤化物或磷酸盐,以及它们的混合物。特别优选地使用硫酸钠和/或碳酸钠。包含的硫酸钠的量可最高达60重量%、优选地0.01至60重量%、特别优选地20至60重量%、特别是35至55重量%。包含的碳酸钠以及其它盐的量可最高达30重量%、优选地最高达10重量、特别优选地最高达5重量%。
碱
本发明的作用物中还可包含碱。作为本发明的作用物中的碱,优选地使用选自碱金属和碱土金属的氢氧化物和碳酸盐的那些,特别是碳酸钠或氢氧化钠。然而,此外还可使用氨和/或分子中带最高达9个C原子的烷醇胺(优选地乙醇胺,特别是单乙醇胺)。
防腐剂
防腐剂可同样地被包含在本发明的厕所清洁块中。在所述抗微生物活性组分中提到的物质实质上可被用作防腐剂。
络合剂
络合剂(INCI螯合剂),又名掩蔽剂,是能够络合金属离子并使其失活以避免它们对作用物的稳定性或外观的不利影响的组分,不利影响例如是混浊。一方面,重要的是络合源于水的硬度的、与众多组分不相容的钙离子和镁离子。另一方面,重金属(比如铁或铜)的离子的络合延迟了最终作用物的氧化分解。此外,络合剂支持清洁作用。
依据INCI列举的以下络合剂为适合的实例:
氨基三亚甲基膦酸、β-丙基氨酸双乙酸、EDTA钙二钠、柠檬酸、环糊精、环己二胺四乙酸、柠檬酸二铵、EDTA二铵、二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基膦酸、EDTA二钾、氮杂环庚烷二膦酸二钠、EDTA二钠、焦磷酸二钠、EDTA、羟乙磷酸、半乳糖二酸、葡糖酸、葡萄糖醛酸、HEDTA、羟丙基环糊精、甲基环糊精、三磷酸五钾、氨基三亚甲基膦酸五钠、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸五钠、喷替酸五钠(Pentasodium Pentetate)、三磷酸五钠、三胺五乙酸(Pentetic acid)、肌醇六磷酸、柠檬酸钾、EDTMP钾、葡糖酸钾、多磷酸钾、氮川三(亚甲基)三膦酸氧化物钾(Potassium Triphosphonomethylamineoxide)、核糖酸、脱乙酰壳多糖亚甲基膦酸钠(Sodium Chitosan MethylenePhosphonate)、柠檬酸钠、二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基膦酸钠、二羟乙基甘氨酸钠、EDTMP钠、葡庚糖酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、甘油聚醚-1多聚磷酸钠(SodiumGlycereth-1Polyphosphate)、六偏磷酸钠、偏磷酸钠、偏硅酸钠、植酸钠、聚二甲基甘氨酸基苯酚磺酸钠、三偏磷酸钠、TEA-EDTA、TEA-多聚磷酸盐、四羟乙基乙二胺、四羟丙基乙二胺、羟乙磷酸四钾、焦磷酸四钾、EDTA四钠、羟乙磷酸四钠、焦磷酸四钠、EDTA三钾、二羧甲基丙氨酸三钠、EDTA三钠、HEDTA三钠、NTA三钠和磷酸三钠。
聚合物
本发明的厕所清洁块可另外包含聚合物。这些聚合物可用来例如减少水垢的形成以及再污染的倾向。
在这方面,优选的聚合物为丙烯酸类聚合物,比如市场上可以购自Rhodia的商品名为Mirapol的那些聚合物。
香剂和染料
作为其它组分,本发明的厕所清洁块可包含一种或多种香剂和/或一种或多种染料(INCI色料)。作为染料,本文中可使用水溶性和油溶性两类染料,一方面考虑到它们与其它组分例如漂白剂的相容性,并且另一方面,即使在长时间暴露下,使用的染料不应对厕所陶瓷有实质性的影响。包含的染料的量优选地为0.0001至0.1重量%,特别是0.0005至0.05重量%,特别优选地0.001至0.01重量%。
助洗剂
水溶性和/或水不溶性的助洗剂可任选地用于本发明的厕所清洁块。本文中优选的是水溶性助洗剂,因为它们通常具有较低的在硬质表面上留下不溶性残渣的倾向。可在本发明范围内存在的常规助洗剂为:低分子量多元羧酸和它们的盐,均聚的和共聚的多元羧酸和它们的盐,柠檬酸和它的盐,碳酸盐,磷酸盐以及硅酸盐。水不溶性助洗剂包括也可使用的沸石类,其可与上述助洗剂物质形成混合物。
漂白剂
根据本发明,漂白剂可以被添加至所述清洁剂。适合的漂白剂包括过氧化物、过酸和/或过硼酸盐;特别优选的是过碳酸钠或苯二甲酰亚氨基过氧己酸。另一方面,含氯漂白剂,比如三氯异氰尿酸或二氯异氰尿酸钠,由于释放有毒的氯气蒸汽而较不适合酸性配制的清洁剂,但可被用于碱性清洁剂中。在某些情况下,除漂白剂外,漂白活性剂也可以是需要的。
防蚀剂
适合的防蚀剂(INCI防蚀剂)有例如依据INCI列举的以下物质:环己胺、磷酸氢二铵、乙二酸二锂、二甲氨基甲基丙醇、乙二酸二钾、磷酸二钾、磷酸二钠、焦磷酸二钠、四丙烯基琥珀酸二钠、己氧基二乙基铵(Hexoxyethyl Diethylammonium)、磷酸盐、硝基甲烷、硅酸钾、铝酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、偏硅酸钠、钼酸钠、亚硝酸钠、草酸钠、硅酸钠、硬脂酰氨基丙基二甲聚硅氧烷、焦磷酸四钾、焦磷酸四钠以及三异丙醇胺。
冲洗调节剂
称为冲洗调节剂的物质主要用以控制作用物在使用期间的消耗,以实现计划的使用期限。适合的调节剂优选地是固态长链脂肪酸,比如硬脂酸;以及这些脂肪酸的盐、脂肪酸乙醇酰胺,比如椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺;或者是固态聚乙二醇,比如那些具有10000和50000之间的分子量的。
用于降低粘着性的活性组分
为提高加工性能,可在制造本发明的厕所清洁块期间添加用于降低粘着性的活性组分。例如,添加具有细粒级分布的白云石粉或者二氧化钛粉末,改善形成球状物时的加工特性,并且显著地减弱磨损性或者粘着性。
利用这样的活性组分的结果好于利用其它的常规措施,所述常规措施为例如用润滑剂涂覆球状物、用聚四氟乙烯敷粉或者涂覆成形辊。
酶类
作用物还可以包含酶类,优选蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、水解酶和/或纤维素酶。这些酶可以任何根据现有技术建立的形式被添加至本发明的作用物。这些形式包括所述酶类的溶液,所述溶液有利地被尽可能地浓缩、含水量低和/或添加有稳定剂。或者,所述酶类可以通过如下方式包封:例如通过酶溶液连同优选的天然聚合物的喷雾干燥或挤出;或者以胶囊的形式,例如其中酶以在固化的凝胶中的形式被包埋的那些;或者以芯-壳类型的形式,其中含酶芯涂有不透水、不透空气和/或不透化学品的保护层。另外的活性组分,例如稳定剂、乳化剂、颜料、漂白剂或者染料,还可以被施加在附加层中。使用已知的方法制造这样的胶囊,例如:通过振动造粒或辊压紧,或者通过流化床法。有利的是,例如通过施加聚合物的成膜剂,这些类型的颗粒灰尘含量很低,并且因涂覆而储存稳定。
此外,含酶作用物中可以存在酶稳定剂,以便保护本发明的作用物中包含的酶免遭破坏,例如失活、变性或者分解,比如通过例如物理作用、氧化作用或者分解蛋白质的解离作用所致的。使用的酶稳定剂取决于各种情况中所使用的酶,以下物质特别适合作为酶稳定剂:苄脒氢氯化物、硼砂、硼酸、焩酸(boronic acid)或者它们的盐或酯,具有芳基的初级衍生物,例如取代的苯基焩酸或者它们的盐或酯;肽醛类(具有减少的C末端的低聚肽);氨基醇,比如单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺以及单丙醇胺、二丙醇胺、三丙醇胺及其混合物;最高达C12的脂族羧酸,比如琥珀酸,其它二羧酸类或上述酸的盐;封端的脂肪酸酰胺烷氧基化物;脂肪族低级醇和多元伯醇,例如甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇或山梨醇;以及还原剂和抗氧化剂,比如亚硫酸钠和还原糖。其它适合的稳定剂是现有技术所公知的。优选地使用稳定剂的组合,例如含有多元醇、硼酸和/或硼砂的组合,含有硼酸或硼酸盐、还原盐和琥珀酸或其它二羧酸类的组合,或者含有硼酸或硼酸盐酸与多元醇或多氨基化合物以及与还原盐的组合。
多层厕所清洁块
从现有技术例如EP791047B1已知:由具有不同组成的材料制造厕所清洁块,其中所述材料中的一种由另外一种或多种材料完全或部分地包封。由此,例如,内部材料可以具有比外部材料更高的香料浓度,以确保在产品的使用期限中随着球体重量的减小而有恒定的芳香效果,或者内部材料可包含不同于外部材料的香精。此外,其它活性组分还可以结合在不同的层中,使得它们依赖于冲刷的程度而在不同的时期被释放。这种类型的多层结构对于本发明的厕所清洁块而言也是可行的。
球形度
所述厕所清洁块优选地具有0.8和1之间、特别优选地0.85和1之间、最特别优选地0.9和1之间的球形度Ψ。
物体K的球形度Ψ为相同体积的球体的表面积与物体的表面积的比值。
其中Vp为物体的体积,并且Ap为它的表面积。
对于厕所清洁块,具有几乎完美的球形使得该厕所清洁块被均匀地冲刷掉,从而该厕所清洁块基本上能保持球形,即使是在冲刷过程中和冲刷过程后以及具有厕所清洁块的相应冲蚀的情况下。已被证实的是:厕所清洁块在被冲洗水冲撞前的高的球形度Ψ对于在冲刷过程中和冲刷过程后球形的保持特别重要。可以通过添加少量液体调整所述材料的可成形性以及由此它形成最佳圆形的能力。特别是水、双丙二醇或石蜡可以以0.1至1重量%的量以液体形式使用。
球形的厕所清洁块的直径优选为1mm和10cm之间,优选地5mm至5cm之间,并且特别优选地1cm和3cm之间。
将所述厕所清洁块插入用夹具固定于厕盆边缘的分配装置。一方面,带冲洗水散布元件的笼架适合用于此,如现有技术例如DE102008037723描述的,所述笼架能够容纳一个或多个厕所清洁块。另一方面,可以使用一个或多个开放的盘子,在所述盘子上适当地固定有一个或多个厕所清洁块。本发明的厕所清洁块和分配装置共同形成系统。该系统可相应地用于清洁和/或加香和/或消毒有抽水设备的厕所的方法中,因为填充有所述厕所清洁块的分配装置被悬浮在厕盆中,然后当冲洗厕所时,所述厕所清洁块中被溶解的组分进入冲洗水并且能够在那里发挥它们的清洁和/或加香和/或消毒作用。DE102009003088中描述了相应的系统。
本发明的厕所清洁块以包括如下步骤的方法制造:
a)混合各组分,
b)挤压该混合物,
c)将挤出的条状物切割成为具有限定质量的片块,
d)成形为旋转对称的物体。
成形步骤d)优选地发生在球状物辊压机或压机中。其它适合的成形方法为铸造和压延。步骤a)和b)也可以结合,即在挤压机中混合各组分。这些步骤可任选在不同的温度进行,因此可在所述步骤之间插入加热或冷却步骤。这些都是本领域技术人员能够酌情决定的。
在优选的实施方案中,继步骤b)或c)中的一个之后,实施另外的步骤,其中向挤出的条状物提供润滑剂。为此目的,将长期地装有润滑剂的轮形海绵引导经过挤出的条状物,使得其表面被完全或部分地覆盖有润滑剂,优选地以10至40%的水平。此处润滑剂的添加改善了随后的球状物成形。
使用用于润滑所述条状物的海绵的适合的替代方案为:例如简单滴液或喷雾,以及浸渍轮,用于带状物或条状物的浸渍浴等。不同的方法也可以结合,比如通过润滑剂浴而浸渍轮,然后使其沿着条状物辊压,同时滴液。
除挤出的条状物之外,辊子也可以带有润滑剂。
适合的润滑剂特别是本发明的配制物中用作例如表面活性剂或者冲洗调节剂的物质。特别优选的为选自二丙二醇、石蜡、非离子型表面活性剂、聚乙二醇及其混合物的润滑剂,特别是二丙二醇。
特别优选的是如果厕所清洁块被成形为球形度Ψ为0.8和1之间、特别优选地0.85和1之间、最特别优选地0.9和1之间的球状物。
示例性实施方案
用配制物E1至E4制备本发明的四个厕所清洁块,并且制备比较配制物V1。组成可以从下表获取,其中所有的数量数据均以活性物质的重量%的形式给出。

比较配制物中非离子型表面活性剂的含量过高,导致含氯量明显减少。在制备之后即刻,所述含量已经下降至9.7%,并且在使用48小时和43次用水冲洗之后,可以检测到氯载体的3.4%。另一方面,本发明的配制物呈现含氯量的较小的减少量,即使对具有低的非离子型表面活性剂含量的配制物E4来说亦是如此。
Claims (17)
1.包含香料、至少一种烷基苯磺酸盐和至少一种烯烃磺酸盐的厕所清洁块,其中所述厕所清洁块包含不多于2.5重量%的非离子型表面活性剂,并且在辊压机或压机中成形以形成旋转对称的物体。
2.权利要求1的厕所清洁块,其中所述厕所清洁块成形以形成球状物。
3.权利要求1或2的厕所清洁块,其中所述厕所清洁块包含10至70重量%、优选地20至65重量%、特别优选地20至30重量%的烷基苯磺酸盐。
4.权利要求1至3中任一项的厕所清洁块,其中所述厕所清洁块包含10至30重量%、优选地15至30重量%、特别优选地15至25重量%的烯烃磺酸盐。
5.权利要求1至4中任一项的厕所清洁块,其中所述厕所清洁块包含至少一种其它的阴离子表面活性剂。
6.权利要求5的厕所清洁块,其中所述至少一种阴离子表面活性剂优选地为脂肪醇硫酸盐,并且优选地所述阴离子表面活性剂的含量为最高达20重量%、特别优选地为4至12重量%、特别地为7至10重量%。
7.前述权利要求中任一项的厕所清洁块,其中所述厕所清洁块不含非离子型表面活性剂。
8.前述权利要求中任一项的厕所清洁块,其中所述厕所清洁块包含其它表面活性剂,优选地选自脂肪醇醚硫酸盐、烷磺酸盐以及其混合物。
9.前述权利要求中任一项的厕所清洁块,其中所述厕所清洁块包含一种或多种抗微生物活性组分,优选地选自水杨酸,季盐表面活性剂、特别是苯扎氯铵,过氧化物、特别是过碳酸钠或苯二甲酰亚氨基-过氧己酸,碱金属次氯酸盐,二氯异氰尿酸钠以及其混合物;最特别优选二氯异氰尿酸钠。
10.前述权利要求中任一项的厕所清洁块,其中所述厕所清洁块包含一种或多种常规用于厕所清洁块的其它组分,优选地选自酸、碱、盐、增稠剂、防腐剂、络合剂、染料、香剂、芳香增效剂、填充剂、助洗剂、漂白剂、防蚀剂、冲洗调节剂、酶类、微生物、用于除去生物被膜的活性组分、用于防止水垢沉积的活性组分、用于降低污物粘着力的活性组分以及其混合物。
11.前述权利要求中任一项的厕所清洁块,其中所述厕所清洁块具有球形度Ψ在0.8与1之间、特别优选地在0.85与1之间、最特别优选地在0.9与1之间的球状。
12.含有至少一个如前述权利要求中任一项所述的厕所清洁块和分配装置的系统。
13.制造旋转对称的厕所清洁块的方法,所述厕所清洁块包含香料、烷基苯磺酸盐和烯烃磺酸盐且不含非离子型表面活性剂,其中所述方法包括步骤:
a)混合各组分,
b)挤压该混合物,
c)将挤出的条状物切割成具有限定质量的片块,
d)成形为旋转对称的物体。
14.权利要求13的方法,其中继步骤b)或c)中的一个之后,向挤出的条状物提供润滑剂。
15.权利要求13或14的方法,其中所述厕所清洁块成形为球形度Ψ在0.8与1之间、特别优选地在0.85与1之间、最特别优选地在0.9与1之间的球状物。
