一种大菱鲆抗应激饲料添加剂,其特征是该饲料添加剂由以下重量配比和原料制成:甜菜碱:10-15;维生素A,15-20;维生素B2,10-15;维生素C-2-磷酸酯,15-25;维生素E,15-25;蛋氨酸硒,10-15;蛋氨酸锌,10-15。本发明的优点是:(1)能显著缓解应激,提高大菱鲆摄食率,促进生长;(2)提高大菱鲆全周期养殖成活率,提高单位产量,增加大菱鲆养殖的经济效益;(3)提高大菱鲆肉质质量、改善产品品质;(4)本发明饲料添加剂在大菱鲆饲料中的添加重量百分比为0.1%-0.2%(5)本抗应激剂所用的原料来源稳定、价格低廉,生产工艺简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种海水鱼饲料添加剂,特别是涉及一种大菱鲆抗应激饲料添加剂。
背景技术
应激是动物对不良环境因素所表现出来的一种非特异性反应。在集约化养殖过程中,水质污染、冷热、惊吓、饲料营养不良、运输、有害物质侵袭等不同程度的应激,可直接影响动物体的正常生长,导致机体免疫力下降,诱发患病甚至死亡。
大菱鲆自引入我国以来,其工厂化养殖发展迅速,形成了规模化的养殖产业,产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。大菱鲆养殖因此被誉为继藻类、对虾、贝类之后的我国海水养殖第四次浪潮。然而,大菱鲆养殖在我国还是低技术、高消耗、低产出的粗放式发展模式:育种、成鱼养殖、配合饲料生产、病害防治各个环节技术含量不高,且环节间缺乏有效配合。大菱鲆对养殖环境要求非常严格,放养密度过高,养殖条件降低,水质、溶氧等化学因素,饵料频繁更换及生产操作因素等不同程度的应激,都会导致大菱鲆的应激反应,过强的应激反应会产生不利影响,导致免疫力下降,病害频发,影响生产性能。在发展大菱鲆健康养殖模式的同时,在饲料中添加抗应激饲料添加剂可以降低或消除养殖大菱鲆的应激因素,但是目前还未见大菱鲆抗应激饲料添加剂的研究和应用。
发明内容
本发明的内容是提供一种大菱鲆抗应激饲料添加剂,它能够弥补现有技术的上述不足。
一种大菱鲆抗应激饲料添加剂,其特征是它的组分及重量百分数范围分别是:
甜菜碱:10-15;维生素A,15-20;维生素B2,10-15;维生素C-2-磷酸酯,15-25;维生素E,15-25;蛋氨酸硒,10-15;蛋氨酸锌,10-15。
本发明的优点是:(1)能显著缓解应激,提高大菱鲆摄食率,促进生长;(2)提高大菱鲆全周期养殖成活率,提高单位产量,增加大菱鲆养殖的经济效益;(3)提高大菱鲆肉质质量、改善产品品质;(4)本发明饲料添加剂在大菱鲆饲料中的添加重量百分比为0.1%-0.2%(5)本抗应激剂所用的原料来源稳定、价格低廉,生产工艺简单。
具体实施方式
实施例一
准确称取甜菜碱,12kg,维生素A,15kg;维生素B2,8kg;维生素C-2-磷酸酯,20kg;维生素E,20kg;蛋氨酸硒,12kg;蛋氨酸锌,12kg。这些原料均预先粉碎并过120目筛,然后混合(变异系数≤5%)均匀,即为大菱鲆抗应激饲料添加剂。
按0.15%的添加量将大菱鲆抗应激饲料添加剂与大菱鲆饲料原料混合均匀,制粒。

1.一种大菱鲆抗应激饲料添加剂,其特征是它的组分及重量百分数范围分别是:甜菜碱:10-15;维生素A,15-20;维生素B2,10-15;维生素C-2-磷酸酯,15-25;维生素E,15-25;蛋氨酸硒,10-15;蛋氨酸锌,10-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种大菱鲆抗应激饲料添加剂,其特征是各原料的质量百分比为:甜菜碱,12;维生素A,15;维生素B2,8;维生素C-2-磷酸酯,20;维生素E,20;蛋氨酸硒,12;蛋氨酸锌,8。
