When the check is determined to be valid, the printing mechanism 3 'performs endorsement printing on the back of the check, and the single-side scanning mechanism 4' scans the back image of the check after the endorsement printing is completed and uploads the back image to the bank check management system for storage; and when the check is determined to be invalid, directly sending the check to the outside of the check processing equipment, and prompting the user that the operation is unsuccessful.

Firstly, the paper separating mechanism 7 sends a first check into the annular channel 4, the magnetic reading mechanism 6 reads magnetic ink character information on the surface of the first check and sends the magnetic ink character information to the controller, the controller carries out MICR recognition and uploads MICR recognition data to the bank check management system, the bank check management system preliminarily determines the authenticity of the check according to the MIC, if the check is determined to be authentic, the first check is sent to the double-side scanning mechanism 2, otherwise, the first check is directly sent to the outlet 90 through the check outlet channel 9. When the check which is primarily verified to be valid is conveyed to the double-sided scanning mechanism 2, the first image sensor 211 and the second image sensor 221 respectively scan the front and back images of the first check and send the front and back images to the controller, the controller performs OCR recognition and uploads OCR recognition data to the bank check management system, the bank check management system verifies the validity of the check according to the front and back images, when the check is determined to be valid, the controller controls the first driving piece to drive the first reversing plate 91 to move to the second position, the entrance of the check outlet channel 9 is closed, the check can only do surrounding movement in the annular channel 4, when the check is conveyed to the temporary storage mechanism 8, the check is stacked in the temporary storage mechanism 8, otherwise, if the bank check management system determines that the check is false, the first check is directly conveyed into the check outlet channel 9 and conveyed to the outlet 90.
After the first check enters the annular channel 4, the paper separating mechanism 7 sends a second check into the annular channel 4 after a preset time, and the second check is sent to the magnetic reading mechanism 6 to read the magnetic ink character information on the surface of the second check, so that the paper separating mechanism 7 sends the checks into the annular channel 4 one by one at intervals of the preset time, all checks are processed in parallel in the annular channel 4, the checks which are validated are stacked in the temporary storage mechanism 8 one by one, and the checks which are invalidated are sent to the outlet 90.
Then, the temporary storage mechanism 8 sends the stacked checks one by one to the stamp mechanism 12, the stamp mechanism 12 stamps a stamp on the front side of the check, and then sends the printed check to the printing mechanism 11, the printing mechanism 11 prints the endorsement information on the back side of the check, and finally the check is sent to the double-side scanning mechanism 2, the first scanning mechanism 21 and the second scanning mechanism respectively scan and archive the image information of the front side and the back side of the check, and send the image information to the controller, the controller uploads the image information to the bank check processing system for storage, meanwhile, the controller judges whether the check is the check of the same line or the check of other lines according to the MICR identification data or the OCR identification data, when the check is judged to be the check of the same line, the second reversing plate 92 is controlled to move to the second position (at the moment, the first reversing plate 91 is located at the first position), the check outlet channel 9 is communicated with the inlet of the first check box 51, the check is sent to the first check box, when the check is judged to be a check in other lines, the controller controls the third reversing plate 93 to move to the second position (at the moment, the first reversing plate 91 and the second reversing plate 92 are both positioned at the first position), the ticket outlet channel is communicated with the inlet of the second ticket box 52, and the check is sent into the second ticket box 52 for storage.
The check processing equipment provided by the embodiment can process a plurality of checks at one time due to the addition of the paper separating mechanism and the temporary storage mechanism, and the processing time of each check is partially parallel, so that the time can be saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a check processing control method, which can be executed by any check processing equipment but not limited to the check processing equipment, and other check processing equipment capable of realizing the control method can also be adopted.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a check processing control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the method including the steps of:
step S602, the check is conveyed to the scanning mechanism 2;
step S604, the scanning mechanism 2 scans the check for the first time;
step S606, the check is conveyed to the recording mechanism 1;
step S608, the recording mechanism 1 records information on the surface of the check;
step S610, the check is conveyed to the scanning mechanism 2 again; and then
In step S612, the scanning mechanism 2 performs a second scan of the check having the recorded information on the surface.
To further simplify the control, it is preferable that the check processing process is controlled by providing a circular channel in the check processing apparatus, wherein the scanning mechanism 2 and the recording mechanism are both arranged along the circular channel, the circular channel 4 is provided with an inlet 41 and an outlet 42 communicating with the outside, and wherein before controlling the scanning mechanism 2 to scan the check having the recorded information on the surface for the second time, the method further comprises: the outlet 42 of the control annular channel 4 is in a closed state. By this preferred embodiment, two scans of a check by a single set of scanning mechanisms can be achieved by controlling the conveyance of the check in one direction.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
