Abstract
本发明涉及一种绿色环保型可以降解聚氨酯缓控释化肥技术,属于农业化肥领域和高分子复合材料领域。采用非溶剂聚氨酯树脂(PU)膜材料以及聚氨酯发泡技术,采用生物降解技术生产环境友好型、可以降解的绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥技术,属于农业化肥领域和高分子复合材料领域。
背景技术
我国是农业大国,化肥的利用率只有30%左右。大约30%转化为温室气体,另外40%进入土壤,造成土壤板结及江河富营养化,对生态环境造成严重破坏。为了提高化肥利用率,就产生了以硫包膜(SCU)为代表性缓控释化肥技术。目前包膜化肥根据膜材料基本分三大类,(1)无机包膜材料,硫磺、磷酸盐及硅酸盐(2)热固性树脂,脲甲醛,草酰胺以及聚氨酯树脂(PU)(3)热塑性树脂,聚乙烯,聚丙烯,乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(VAE),丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯醇缩醛,醇酸树脂。聚氨酯树脂(PU)优点在于根据释放要求调整膜材料的厚度,相对其他包膜材料包膜厚度小,成本优势明显,施肥的机械性好。但,目前市场聚氨酯树脂(PU)包膜材料多采用溶剂型,对空气和土壤具有一定的化学污染。还存在着化肥释放完毕后,膜材料堆积,难以短时间分解降解,造成对土壤土质下降,危害生态环境。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供种绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥技术。采用非溶剂聚氨酯树脂(PU)膜材料以及聚氨酯发泡技术,采用生物降解技术生产环境友好型、可以降解的绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥,本发明可以降解的绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥,由以下方法制备:尿素90-95%wt,异氰酸酯及多元醇3-8%wt,润滑剂0.1-0.3%wt,降解剂0.5-1%wt,发泡剂0.5-1%wt。在专用包膜设备,经过蒸汽加热的雾化空气,使包膜材料一层一层包涂在热尿素颗粒上,冷却制得;上述尿素为包膜化肥专用大颗粒尿素,上述的异氰酸酯优选二异氰酸酯,多异氰酸酯,异佛尔酮氰酸酯,上述多元醇优选聚酯多元醇,聚醚多元醇
上述润滑剂优选硅油、氯化石蜡、石蜡,上述降解剂优选纤维素、淀粉、木粉、木质素
上述发泡剂为自来水,本发明制得可降解绿色绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥达到欧洲标准化委员会(CEN)关于控释化肥的要求:(1)、24小时释放量5-8%(2)、28天释放量20-22%(3)60天释放量82%,90天释放量90%
对土壤及土质无不良影响。
具体实施方式
实施例1
可降解绿色绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥组份:尿素90%wt,二异氰酸酯及聚醚多元醇(Nnco:Noh=1.05:1)8%wt,氯化石蜡0.3%wt,,纤维素1%wt,水0.7%wt,在转鼓包膜设备中将尿素预热到60℃。将润滑剂氯化石蜡、聚醚多元醇加入反应釜中,预热100℃,加入二异氰酸酯搅拌均匀,搅拌30S后加入纤维素,继续搅拌,加入定量的水,制得膜材料溶液。分4次加入膜材料溶液到转鼓内。每次都需重复预热后加入膜材料溶液。冷却固化后得到可降解绿色绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥,将制得控释化肥溶于丙酮中除去尿素,获取包裹在尿素上的聚氨酯膜,测量膜厚度。由凯式定N法测量N溶出率,将缓控释化肥放置在25℃水中分别浸泡1d,28d,60d,90d取出缓控释化肥,测量水中N含量。算出尿素释放量,最终得到缓释期。实验结果见表一
实施例2
可降解绿色绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥组份:尿素94%wt,多异氰酸酯及聚醚多元醇(Nnco:Noh=1.03:1)4%wt,石蜡0.5%wt,木质素1%wt,水0.5%wt,制备工艺及实验检测方法同上。实验结果见表二
实施例3
可降解绿色绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥组份:尿素95%wt,多异氰酸酯及聚酯多元醇(Nnco:Noh=1.07:1)3%wt,硅油0.6%wt,木粉1.1%wt,水0.3%wt,制备工艺及实验检测方法同上。实验结果见表三
Claims (7)
1.本发明可以降解的绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥,由以下方法制备:尿素90-95%wt,异氰酸酯及多元醇3-8%wt,润滑剂0.1-0.3%wt,降解剂0.5-1%wt,发泡剂0.5-1%wt,在专用包膜设备,经过蒸汽加热的雾化空气,使包膜材料一层一层包涂在热尿素颗粒上,冷却制得。
2.根据权利1要求可降解绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥,异氰酸酯采用非溶剂类型,其树脂为二异氰酸酯,多异氰酸酯,异佛尔酮氰酸酯至少一种。
3.根据权利1要求可降解绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥,其特征在于:所述多元醇为聚酯多元醇或聚醚多元醇至少一种,所述多元醇选自聚醚N330,聚醚N220,桐油、蓖麻油中至少一种。
4.根据权利1要求可降解绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥,其特征在于:所述润滑剂选自硅油、工业石蜡油、氯化石蜡、微晶石蜡中至少一种。
5.根据权利1要求可降解绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥,其特征在于:所述降解剂选自纤维素、淀粉、木粉、木质素、海藻酸钠至少一种。
6.根据权利1要求可降解绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥,其特征在于:发泡剂为水。
7.可降解绿色环保型聚氨酯缓控释化肥,其特征在于:它由尿素和可降解绿色环保型聚氨酯膜材料的权利要求1-6任何一项可降解绿色环保型聚氨酯膜材料组成。
