Abstract
本发明属于晶体材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种BixNby型(如Bi3Nb18型和Bi4Nb16型)多聚晶态物制备方法。本发明通过调控合成条件,通过在合成体系中次级结构单元发生缩聚反应形成不同尺寸、结构类型的多聚晶态物,实现了构筑不同纳米级尺寸金属铌氧簇目的。通过溶剂热合成的方法,原料自行组装反应,合成步骤简单,对原料的纯度要求低,原料易得且价格低廉,不需要进一步提纯。
