As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the invention provides a special automatic welding machine for an automobile anchor ear, which comprises a base, a welding module 1, an automatic coping device 3 and an electrode range module 4, wherein the welding module is arranged on the base; a turntable 5 is arranged in the base, the welding module 1 is connected with the turntable 5, and the automatic coping device 3 and the electrode range module 4 are connected with the base; the electrode range measuring module 4 is used for monitoring the welding position of the lower electrode of the welding module 1 in real time, the welding module 1 is used for clamping the anchor ear 11 and automatically adjusting and welding according to the welding position of the lower electrode, and the automatic polishing device 3 is used for polishing the surface of the anchor ear 11 after welding according to the welding position of the lower electrode; the turntable 5 is used for driving the welding module 1 to rotate so as to cooperate with the automatic coping device 3 and the electrode measuring distance module 4 to work. The position of the lower electrode can be measured through the range measurement module to judge the up-and-down movement position of the welding module 1 of the mark 1, so that the welding module can be attached to a welded workpiece in each welding process, the welding quality is ensured, the consistency of products is improved, and the welding stability is improved.
The welding module 1 is arranged on the fixed rebinning seat and is positioned beside the motor range finding module. The whole welding module 1 is in the prior art, and the patent CN211889532U is referred to as an efficient and rapid welding device for an automobile exhaust pipe. The welding process and the principle are not described in detail here. The welding module 1 is mounted on a triaxial moving platform 10 to form a new integral body mounted on the turntable 5.
The electrode measuring module 4 comprises a grating ruler, the grating ruler is driven to move up and down through a measuring range cylinder 8 to record the height position of an electrode, and the horizontal direction is rotated to record the horizontal position through the servo positioner 2.
Before welding, clamping and fixing the anchor ear 11 on the jig of the welding module 1, and then adjusting the position and the angle to enable the lower electrode of the welding module 1 and the anchor ear 11 to be positioned in the measuring range of the electrode range measuring module 4. And after all the parts are ready, the welding is started, the welding spot of the anchor ear 11 is positioned between the upper electrode and the lower electrode, and the welding is started after the power is on. Meanwhile, the electrode measuring module 4 monitors the welding position of the lower electrode in real time, and because the lower electrode of the welding module 1 is worn due to welding and polishing, the position of the lower electrode can be measured through the measuring module to judge and adjust the up-and-down movement position of the welding module 1, so that the joint welding of the anchor ear 11 and the electrode can be ensured in each welding process, and the welding quality is ensured.
The working principle of the automatic coping is as follows:
1: after the welding is finished, the servo positioner 2 drives the turntable 5 to rotate and drives the range cylinder 8 to enable the detection position to be coaxial with the upper electrode and the lower electrode; an electrode range measuring module 4 is arranged on the range measuring cylinder 8;
2: the distance measuring cylinder 8 moves up and down to obtain the position data of the lower electrode;
3: the turntable 5 rotates to enable the die-repairing blade to be coaxial with the upper electrode and the lower electrode;
4: the driving motor 7 adjusts the position according to the data of the measuring cylinder 8 to enable the die repairing blade to be attached to the lower electrode;
pressing down the upper electrode, and then rotationally cutting the die repairing blade;
And 6, finishing die repairing, namely, feeding the electrode, returning the die repairing mechanism to the standby position, and enabling the detection position of the range cylinder 8 to be coaxial with the upper electrode and the lower electrode by rotating the rotary table 5.
Alternatively, the turntable 5 is driven by the servo positioner 2 to drive the welding module 1 to rotate. The turntable 5 is driven by a servo motor to effect rotation. The turntable 5 drives the whole welding module 1 to rotate so as to adjust the angle of the jig, on one hand, in order to facilitate assembling and disassembling the anchor ear 11; on the other hand, the welding position is monitored by the electrode measuring distance module 4 better.
Alternatively, the welding modules 1 include two welding modules 1, and the two welding modules 1 are symmetrically located at two sides of the electrode range module 4. The two welding modules 1 are welded at the same time, so that the welding efficiency is improved. At this time, the electrode range module 4 has two high-definition motion cameras, which respectively monitor one hoop 11, and then perform data processing through the image processing unit, and feed back to the welding module 1 to adjust the welding position.

The first shaft and the second shaft are linked to realize the movement of the XY plane, and the third shaft realizes the lifting of the Z shaft in the vertical direction. The position of the lower electrode can be adjusted by three-axis linkage.
