Abstract
The invention relates to an assembly structure of an integrated flocking belt in a plastic mold, which comprises a core I and a core II which are buckled together, wherein a cavity is formed between the core I and the core II, the core I is connected with a vacuum joint communicated with the cavity, the core II is provided with two water path lengthening pipes, the outer ends of the water path lengthening pipes are connected with water path joints, a cooling copper pipe is arranged in the cavity between the core I and the core II, and two ends of the cooling copper pipe are respectively connected with the inner ends of the two water path lengthening pipes to form a cooling loop. The flocking belt is adsorbed on the surfaces of the cavities of the mold core I and the mold core II by vacuum, the bent and formed metal framework is arranged on the mold core I and the mold core II, and the flocking belt and the metal framework are connected together by using a sizing material, so that the whole production process of flocking of the sealing strip is completed. By integrating injection molding and rubber flocking in an injection mold, compared with the traditional rubber flocking process, the invention reduces most of working procedures, saves production cost and improves production efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of flocking tape assembly, in particular to an assembly structure of an integrated flocking tape in a plastic mould.
Background
Rubber flocked weatherstrips take a very important position in automotive weatherstrip systems. It is commonly used in channel and beltline seals for windows and doors, and its main function is to seal and reduce wind noise.
The current common process method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of firstly making a metal framework into a corresponding bent shape according to an automobile sheet metal structure, then covering the framework with rubber through an injection mold, and then flocking. The traditional flocking method comprises gluing, electrostatic flocking and curing. In the whole process, due to the problems of low density, uneven fluff and poor flocking strength caused by poor conductivity of the fluff, low fluff discharge amount, uneven thickness of the adhesive, insufficient curing degree and the like, the finished product rate is low, and the whole production process is complex and tedious and has high input cost.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention aims to reduce the working procedures and the cost. The flocking belt is adsorbed on the surfaces of the cavities of the core I and the core II by vacuum, the bent metal framework is installed on the core I and the core II, and the flocking belt is connected with the metal framework by using a rubber material, so that the production process of flocking of the whole sealing strip is completed. By integrating injection molding and rubber flocking in an injection mold, compared with the traditional rubber flocking process, the invention reduces most of working procedures, saves production cost and improves production efficiency.

The invention aims to reduce the working procedures and the cost. The flocking belt is adsorbed on the surfaces of the cavities of the mold core I1 and the mold core II 6 by vacuum, the metal framework which is formed by bending is installed on the mold core I1 and the mold core II 6, and the flocking belt is connected with the metal framework by using the rubber material, so that the production process of flocking of the whole sealing strip is completed. By integrating injection molding and rubber flocking in an injection mold, compared with the traditional rubber flocking process, the invention reduces most of working procedures, saves production cost and improves production efficiency.
