As shown in connection with fig. 1-7, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a home appliance including a power supply, a switching circuit 1, and a control circuit 4. The power supply has a neutral 16 and a hot 17. The switching circuit 1 is connected between a zero line 16 and a fire wire 17 and comprises a power switch 2 and a protection switch 3 which are connected in parallel, wherein the power switch 2 is closed and conducted under the action of external force, and the protection switch 3 is closed and conducted under the action of magnetic force in a first direction. The control circuit 4 is connected in series with the switching circuit 1 between the zero line 16 and the live line 17 and comprises a control module 5 and a magnetic action module 6, wherein the magnetic action module 6 is arranged on one side of the protection switch 3 in the first direction and generates magnetic force under the control of the control module 5. The control module 5 obtains power supply when the power switch 2 is closed and conducted, and controls the magnetic action module 6 to generate magnetic force to enable the protection switch 3 to be closed and conducted, and maintains the power supply when the protection switch 3 is closed and conducted.
By adopting the household appliance provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the power switch can be closed and conducted under the condition that the power switch is pressed by an adult user, so that the control module obtains power supply, and the control module controls the magnetic action module to generate magnetic force so as to enable the protection switch to be closed and conducted. Under the condition that the power switch 2 is turned from closed to open by a child false electric shock power switch, the control module is maintained to supply power because the protection switch 3 is still in a closed and conductive state. And as the control module 5 still maintains power supply, the magnetic action module is controlled to maintain magnetic force, so that the protection switch 3 is kept closed and conducted continuously, and the control module 5 still maintains power supply. Therefore, when the power key of the household electrical appliance is touched by a child by mistake, the household electrical appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is prevented from being interrupted.
Alternatively, the power switch 2 is turned from on to off under the action of an external force. When the power switch 2 is turned from on to off, the protection switch 3 is in an on state, the control module 5 is maintained to supply power, and the magnetic action module 6 is controlled to maintain magnetic force to keep the protection switch 3 on and off. Therefore, when the power key of the household electrical appliance is touched by a child by mistake, the household electrical appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is prevented from being interrupted.
Alternatively, the protection switch 3 is opened in case the magnetic force in the first direction acts less than a preset threshold. Specifically, the protection switch 3 is turned off when the magnetic force in the first direction is lost. Therefore, on one hand, when a child touches the power key of the household appliance by mistake, the household appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household appliance is prevented from being interrupted. On the other hand, if the protection switch 3 is in the closed state in the emergency, and the home appliance is required to stop working, and if the socket is inconvenient to pull out, the home appliance can be powered off and the working procedure of the home appliance can be interrupted only by making the magnetic force action of the protection switch 3 in the first direction smaller than the preset threshold.
Optionally, the protection switch 3 comprises a magnetically permeable knife member 7 and a normally open terminal 8. The normally open terminal 8 is arranged in the first direction of the magnetic conduction knife switch component 7, the first end of the normally open terminal 8 is electrically connected with the magnetic conduction knife switch component 7, the second end of the normally open terminal 8 is electrically connected with the magnetic conduction knife switch component 7 under the action of magnetic force in the first direction, and the protection switch 3 is closed and conducted. In this way, under the action of the magnetic force in the first direction of the protection switch 3, the magnetic conductive knife switch component 7 is electrically connected with the second end of the normally open terminal 8, so that the protection switch 3 is closed and conducted. Under the condition that the power key of the household electrical appliance is touched by children by mistake, the household electrical appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is prevented from being interrupted.
Alternatively, in case the magnetic force in the first direction acts less than a preset threshold, the second end of the normally open terminal 8 is electrically disconnected from the magnetically permeable blade member 7, and the protection switch 3 is opened. Thus, on the one hand, under the action of the magnetic force in the first direction, the magnetic conduction knife member 7 is electrically connected with the second end of the normally open terminal 8, so that the protection switch 3 is closed and conducted. Under the condition that the power key of the household electrical appliance is touched by children by mistake, the household electrical appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is prevented from being interrupted.
Optionally, the magnetically permeable blade member 7 comprises a magnetically permeable blade 9 and a spring 10. The magnetic conduction knife switch 9 is electrically connected with the first end of the normally open terminal 8, the second end of the normally open terminal 8 is electrically connected with the magnetic conduction knife switch 9 under the action of magnetic force in the first direction, the second end of the normally open terminal 8 is electrically connected with the magnetic conduction knife switch component 7, and the protection switch 3 is closed and conducted. And one end of the spring 10 is connected with the magnetic conduction knife 9, and the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the first end of the normally open terminal 8. Thus, under the action of the magnetic force in the first direction, the magnetic conduction knife 9 is electrically connected with the second end of the normally open terminal 8 under the action of the magnetic force in the first direction, so that the magnetic conduction knife part 7 is electrically connected with the second end of the normally open terminal 8, and the protection switch 3 is closed and conducted. Under the condition that the power key of the household electrical appliance is touched by children by mistake, the household electrical appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is prevented from being interrupted.
Optionally, in the case that the first direction magnetic force action is smaller than the preset threshold value or the second direction magnetic force action is greater than or equal to the first direction magnetic force action, the second end of the normally open terminal 8 is electrically disconnected from the magnetically conductive blade 9, the second end of the normally open terminal 8 is electrically disconnected from the magnetically conductive blade member 7, and the protection switch 3 is disconnected. Wherein the second direction is opposite to the first direction. Specifically, the first directional magnetic force effect is less than a preset threshold, including the disappearance of the first directional magnetic force effect. Thus, on the one hand, under the action of the magnetic force in the first direction, the magnetic conduction knife 9 is electrically connected with the second end of the normally open terminal 8 under the action of the magnetic force in the first direction, so that the magnetic conduction knife component 7 is electrically connected with the second end of the normally open terminal 8, and the protection switch 3 is closed and conducted. Under the condition that the power key of the household electrical appliance is touched by children by mistake, the household electrical appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is prevented from being interrupted. On the other hand, if the protection switch 3 is in the closed state in the emergency, and the home appliance is required to stop working, and if the socket is inconvenient to be pulled out, the home appliance can be powered off and the working procedure of the home appliance can be interrupted only by making the magnetic force action of the protection switch 3 in the first direction smaller than the preset threshold value or making the magnetic force action applied in the second direction opposite to the first direction larger than or equal to the magnetic force action in the first direction.
Optionally, the material of the magnetic conductive knife 9 includes one or more of iron, cobalt, and nickel. In this way, the magnetic conductive knife is attracted by the magnetic force in the first direction to be electrically connected with the second end of the normally open terminal, and the protection switch 3 is closed and conducted. Under the condition that the power key of the household electrical appliance is touched by children by mistake, the household electrical appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is prevented from being interrupted.
Alternatively, the magnetically active module 6 comprises an electromagnet. In this way, the control module 5 is beneficial to obtaining power supply under the condition that the power switch is closed and conducted, and controlling the magnetic action module 6 to generate magnetic force, so that the protection switch 3 is closed and conducted, and the power supply is maintained under the condition that the protection switch 3 is closed and conducted. Under the condition that the power key of the household electrical appliance is touched by children by mistake, the household electrical appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is prevented from being interrupted. Meanwhile, if the protection switch 3 is in a closed state under the emergency, the household electrical appliance is required to stop working, and under the condition that the socket is inconvenient to pull out, the control module 5 is also beneficial to controlling the magnetic action module 6 to reduce the magnetic force or lose the magnetic force, so that the household electrical appliance is beneficial to breaking the working procedure of the household electrical appliance.
Optionally, the control module 5 comprises a commutator module. The input end of the rectifier sub-module is alternating current, the output end of the rectifier sub-module is direct current, and the output end of the rectifier sub-module is electrically connected with the magnetic action module 6 to provide direct current for the magnetic action module 6. In this way, the protection switch 3 is closed and conducted stably, so that the control module 5 is kept power supply stably under the condition that the protection switch 3 is closed and conducted. Under the condition that the power key of the household electrical appliance is touched by children by mistake, the household electrical appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is prevented from being interrupted.
Optionally, the protection switch 3 is opened by the magnetic force in the second direction. The home appliance further comprises an unlocking magnet 11. The magnetic force of the unlocking magnet 11 is greater than or equal to the magnetic force of the magnetic action module 6, and the protection switch 3 is turned off when the unlocking magnet 11 is in the preset unlocking region 18. The preset unlocking area 18 comprises one side of the protection switch 3 in a second direction, which is opposite to the first direction. Specifically, the magnetic force of the unlocking magnet 11 is greater than or equal to the maximum magnetic force of the magnetically active module 6. Therefore, on one hand, when a child touches the power key of the household appliance by mistake, the household appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household appliance is prevented from being interrupted. On the other hand, if the protection switch 3 is in the closed state in the emergency, and the home appliance is required to stop working, and if the socket is inconvenient to pull out, the unlocking magnet 11 is only required to apply the magnetic force in the second direction opposite to the first direction to the protection switch 3, so that the protection switch 3 is opened, and the home appliance is powered off, and the working procedure of the home appliance is interrupted.
The second direction is opposite to the first direction. In particular, the second direction may be a direction in which the magnetically permeable blade member 7 is opposite the normally open terminal 8. Therefore, on one hand, when a child touches the power key of the household appliance by mistake, the household appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household appliance is prevented from being interrupted. On the other hand, if the protection switch 3 is in the closed state in the emergency, and the home appliance is required to stop working, and if the socket is inconvenient to pull out, the unlocking magnet 11 is only required to apply the magnetic force in the second direction opposite to the first direction to the protection switch 3, so that the magnetic conduction knife switch part 7 is electrically disconnected from the second end of the normally open terminal 8, the protection switch 3 is disconnected, and the home appliance is powered off, and the working procedure of the home appliance is interrupted.
Alternatively, the magnetically permeable blade 9 is closed in the first direction by the magnetic force in the first direction, and the spring 10 is shortened relative to the original state by the pressure of the magnetically permeable blade 9. The magnetic conductive knife 9 is disconnected in the second direction by the magnetic force in the second direction, and the spring 10 is restored to its original state or extended relative to its original state by the tensile force of the magnetic conductive knife 9. Therefore, on one hand, when a child touches the power key of the household appliance by mistake, the household appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household appliance is prevented from being interrupted. On the other hand, if the protection switch 3 is in the closed state in the emergency, and the home appliance is required to stop working, and under the condition that the socket is inconvenient to pull out, only the unlocking magnet 11 is required to apply the magnetic force action in the second direction opposite to the first direction to the protection switch 3, so that the protection switch 3 is favorably turned off, and the home appliance is powered off to interrupt the working procedure of the home appliance.
Optionally, the unlocking magnet 11 comprises a permanent magnet, and/or an unlocking electromagnet assembly. And the unlocking electromagnet assembly comprises an unlocking electromagnet and an unlocking power supply. Specifically, the permanent magnets include one or more of bar magnets, hoops, needles, rings, and cylinders. Therefore, when the power key of the household electrical appliance is touched by a child by mistake, the household electrical appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is prevented from being interrupted. If the protection switch is in a closed state under emergency, the household electrical appliance is required to stop working, and under the condition that the socket is inconvenient to pull out, the household electrical appliance is powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is interrupted.
Alternatively, in the case where the unlocking magnet 11 is outside the preset unlocking region 18, the unlocking magnet 11 keeps the on-off state of the magnetically permeable blade member 7 and the normally open terminal 8 unchanged. Therefore, under the condition that a child touches the power key of the household electrical appliance by mistake, the protection switch is better prevented from being attracted and disconnected by the unlocking magnet 11, so that the protection switch 3 is better kept in a closed and conducting state, the household electrical appliance is better prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is prevented from being interrupted.

In case of a child's misuse of the power switch, such that the power switch 2 is turned from closed on to open, the control module 5 is maintained powered as the protection switch 3 is still in the closed on state. And as the control module 5 still maintains power supply, the magnetic action module 6 is controlled to maintain magnetic force, so that the protection switch 3 is kept closed and conducted continuously, and the control module 5 still maintains power supply. Therefore, when the power key of the household electrical appliance is touched by a child by mistake, the household electrical appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is prevented from being interrupted. Meanwhile, if the protection switch 3 is in a closed state under an emergency, the household electrical appliance is required to stop working, and under the condition that the socket is inconvenient to pull out, the protection switch 3 is better opened, so that the household electrical appliance is better powered off.
Alternatively, the protection switch 3 is opened in case the magnetic force acting in the first direction is smaller than a preset threshold, including that the protection switch 3 is deactivated in the first direction. Specifically, in the case where the unlocking switch 15 is turned off by an external force, the magnetic force in the first direction of the protection switch 3 is lost. Therefore, when the power key of the household electrical appliance is touched by a child by mistake, the household electrical appliance is prevented from being powered off, and the working procedure of the household electrical appliance is prevented from being interrupted. Meanwhile, if the protection switch is in a closed state under an emergency, the household electrical appliance is required to stop working, and under the condition that the socket is inconvenient to pull out, the protection switch 3 is better disconnected, so that the household electrical appliance is better powered off.
