The top of the case 1 is provided with two sliding chutes which are symmetrically arranged front and back near the front side, inner cavities of the two sliding chutes are movably connected with a translation block, the top of the translation block at the front side is fixedly connected with a second rack 16, the top of the translation block at the rear side is fixedly connected with a first rack 14, a gear 18 is jointly meshed between the second rack 16 and the first rack 14, a rotating shaft penetrates through the center of the gear 18, the bottom end of the rotating shaft is inserted at the top of the case 1, the outer side of the rotating shaft near the top end is sleeved with a handle 17, the left side of the second rack 16 is fixedly connected with a connecting plate 15, the rear side of the first rack 14 near the right side is fixedly connected with a fixed block 13, one sides of the fixed block 13 and the connecting plate 15 far away from the front plate 2 are fixedly connected with a waterproof plate 8, through the mutual matching of the above components, when can realize raining when the open air, operating personnel can open two waterproof boards 8, protect quick-witted case 1.
