In the description of the embodiments of the present application, words such as "exemplary" or "for example" are used to indicate examples, illustrations or illustrations. Any embodiment or design described herein as "exemplary" or "e.g.," is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments or designs. Rather, use of the word "exemplary" or "such as" is intended to present concepts related in a concrete fashion.
Fig. 1 illustrates a pet health monitoring system 10 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 1, the pet health monitoring system 10 includes at least the following: the system comprises a camera module 100, a sound collection module 200, a comparison module 300, a reminding module 400 and a communication module 500. The pet health monitoring system 10 is communicatively connected to the server 20 and the mobile terminal 30 through the communication module 500.
In some embodiments, camera module 100 is used to capture photographs or video information of pets. That is, the pet health monitoring system 10 may capture a picture or video information of the pet through the camera module 100. A plurality of camera modules 100 may also be provided within the pet health monitoring system 10. Multiple camera modules 100 may be positioned in the same or adjacent locations to capture photographs or videos of pets from different angles. The plurality of camera modules 100 may also be disposed in different areas to capture pictures or videos of pets in the different areas.
The camera module 100 may further include a video compression module to compress the pet video information, reduce the data volume of the video information, and reduce the data transmission pressure when the pet health monitoring system 10 communicates with the server 20 and the mobile terminal 30.
The sound collection module 200 may include one or more microphones to collect sounds of pets in different areas. For example, the sound collection module 200 may be provided with a microphone. In other embodiments, the sound collection module 200 may be provided with two microphones to achieve a noise reduction function in addition to collecting sound signals. In other embodiments, the sound collection module 200 may further include three, four or more microphones to achieve the functions of collecting sound signals, reducing noise, identifying sound sources, and directionally recording sound. It is understood that microphones, also called "microphones", are used to convert sound signals into electrical signals.
It is understood that the camera module 100 and the sound collection module 200 may be disposed in an activity area of a pet, so as to collect sound information, a photo or video information of the pet.
For example, when the type of pet being kept is containment, the pet is often contained in an area to prevent the pet from escaping, such as by containing the pet in a litter. At this time, the numbers of the camera modules 100 and the sound collection modules 200 may be set to one. The camera module 100 and the sound collection module 200 may be disposed near the pet's nest to effectively collect the sound and image information of the pet.
For another example, when the type of pet breeding is free-range, the number of the camera modules 100 and the number of the sound collection modules 200 may be set to be plural. The camera modules 100 and the sound collection modules 200 can be installed in a region where pets frequently appear, so as to collect sound and image information of pets more comprehensively.
As another example, if the pet health monitoring system 10 is installed in a home environment, the camera module 100 may be installed in a spacious scene such as a living room, so as to adjust the viewing angle of the camera module 100, thereby facilitating the image information of the pet to be collected.
In some embodiments, if the pet is a nocturnal animal (e.g., cat, dragon cat, etc.), the camera module 100 may also be an infrared camera to capture the moving image or video of the pet at night.
In some embodiments, a chip may be disposed in the camera module 100 to implement a dynamic recognition function, and when a pet passes through a visible area of the camera module 100, a picture or an image of the pet is taken. It is understood that a storage module may also be provided within the camera module 100 to store pictures or videos taken by the camera module 100.
In some embodiments, the sound collection module 200 may also be provided with a noise reduction module to eliminate noise in the collected pet sound.
It can be understood that a storage module is disposed in the comparison module 300, and is used for storing the pet sound collected by the sound collection module 200. The comparison module 300 classifies the collected pet sounds in the normal state and stores the classified pet sounds to form classified pre-stored sound information. The comparison module 300 compares the pet sound collected by the sound collection module 200 with the pre-stored sound information of the pet in the comparison module 300, and determines whether the pet is abnormal.
In some embodiments, the type of pre-stored sound information may include a pet cry, yawning, coughing or sneezing, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
In addition, the comparison module 300 compares the classified pet sound with the same type of sound in the pre-stored sound of the pet, and determines whether the pet is abnormal. For example, after the sound collection module 200 collects the pet sound, the comparison module 300 firstly classifies the collected pet sound, then calls the pre-stored sound of the same type as the pet sound, and compares the collected pet sound with the pre-stored sound of the same type. Specifically, the comparison module 300 obtains the decibel and the frequency of the pet sound, and classifies the pet sound according to the decibel and the frequency of the pet sound. Then, the comparison module 300 compares the decibel and frequency of the sound of the pet with the prestored decibel and frequency of the same type of sound of the pet. If the difference between the decibel and the frequency of the sound of the pet and the decibel and the frequency of the pre-stored sound of the same type of the pet exceeds a preset threshold value of the sound of the same type, the comparison module 300 judges that the pet is abnormal and generates abnormal information of the pet to the reminding module 400.
In some embodiments, the homogeneous sound preset threshold may be set to a proportional value. And if the relation between the decibel of the sound of the pet and the decibel of the pre-stored sound of the same type of the pet meets the formula (1), judging that the pet is abnormal.
Figure BDA0003449296310000051
That is, when the difference between the decibel or frequency of the sound of the pet and the decibel or frequency of the pre-stored sound of the same type of the pet exceeds the preset threshold of the sound of the same type, the comparison module 300 determines that the pet is abnormal.
In some embodiments, the same type sound preset threshold may be set according to the type of pet. For example, when the type of the pet is an amphibian (e.g., tortoise, lizard, or snake), etc., since the sound decibel and the frequency of the sound emitted by the pet itself are low, the sound decibel and the frequency of the sound emitted by the pet may have a large difference when the pet is abnormal, the ratio of the similar sound to the preset threshold may be set high to avoid misidentifying the normal sound of the pet as an abnormal sound. For example, the homogeneous sound preset threshold may be set to 20%, etc., which is not limited in this application. Thus, if the comparison module 300 determines that the sound decibel of the pre-stored sound is 40 decibels and the sound decibel of the pet is 50 decibels, it determines that the pet is abnormal, and determines that the pet is in a normal state when the sound decibel of the pet is 46 decibels.
For another example, when the type of the pet is an animal such as a bird, since the decibel and the frequency of the sound generated by the pet itself are high, and the decibel and the frequency of the sound generated when the pet is abnormal may have a small difference, the value of the similar sound preset threshold may be set to be low, so as to avoid that the abnormal sound cannot be correctly identified due to the excessively high similar sound preset threshold. For example, the homogeneous sound preset threshold may be set to 10%, etc., which is not limited in this application.
In some embodiments, if the comparison module 300 continuously detects that there is a possibility of abnormality in the sound type of the pet within a certain time, the abnormal pet information may be directly generated and transmitted to the reminding module 400. For example, when the comparison module 300 detects that the pet has continuous coughs, it indicates that the pet may have abnormal health, and at this time, the pet abnormal information may be directly generated without verifying the difference between each cough and the normal cough, and transmitted to the reminding module 400.
In other embodiments, due to the limitation of the storage space, only the pet sound within a certain period of time may be stored in the comparison module 300 as the pre-stored sound information, and the audio of the pet sound exceeding the storage period of time is uploaded to the server 20 through the communication module 500 for long-term storage.
For example, the comparison module 300 may locally store only the pet sound within one week as the pre-stored sound information, and upload the audio of the pet sound exceeding one week to the server 20 through the communication module 500 for long-term storage. The server 20 may classify the sound of the pet according to the type and age of the pet, and extract the abnormal sound of the pet to create big data of the abnormal sound of the pet, so that different pet health monitoring systems 10 can call and use the big data of the abnormal sound of the pet of corresponding types.
It is understood that the storage module in the comparison module 300 may also store the abnormal sound big data from the server 20, so as to compare the sound of the pet with the abnormal sounds of other pets in the big data to determine whether the pet is abnormal. Specifically, the comparison module 300 extracts feature information in the pet sound, and compares the feature information in the pet sound with feature information in abnormal sounds of other pets, so as to determine whether the similarity between the sound features of the pets and the abnormal sound features of the pets reaches a preset threshold of the abnormal sounds. If the similarity between the sound characteristics and the abnormal sound characteristics of the pet reaches the preset threshold of the abnormal sound, it is determined that the pet is abnormal, and the abnormal information of the pet is sent to the reminding module 400.
It is understood that the comparison module 300 may also store abnormal sound information of pets of the same breed. The abnormal sound information of the pet of the same breed is the abnormal sound big data from the server 20. The pet health monitoring system 10 may set the breed and age of the pet when activated. The server 20 retrieves the abnormal sounds of the same pet breed and stores the abnormal sounds in the comparison module 300. The comparison module 300 can compare the pet sound collected by the sound collection module 200 with the abnormal pet sound of the same pet variety stored in the comparison module 300 to determine whether the pet is abnormal.
For example, taking the pet type as sammor yey dog and the pet age as one year old as an example, the comparison module 300 sends a request to the server 20 to obtain the sound feature of the abnormal state of other sammor yey dogs around one year old. For example, other Samoja dogs around one year of age are ill and injured. The comparison module 300 compares the sound of the pet with the abnormal sound characteristics of the pets of the same type, determines that the pet is abnormal if the similarity between the sound characteristics of the pet and the abnormal sound characteristics of the pets of the same type reaches an abnormal sound preset threshold, and sends the abnormal information of the pet to the reminding module 400. For example, the sound of the pet when it is sick may include a sound of the pet when it coughs and a sound of a cry. The comparison module 300 can compare the collected sound characteristics of the pet with the sound characteristics of the pet in illness, and if the similarity between the sound characteristics of the pet and the sound characteristics of the pet in illness reaches the preset threshold of abnormal sound, it is determined that the pet is abnormal, and the abnormal information of the pet is sent to the reminding module 400.
In some embodiments, if the abnormal sounds of other sameness dogs are absent from the server 20, the abnormal sounds of similar dogs, such as the abnormal sounds of dogs like hardy dogs, alaska dogs, etc., may be transmitted to the comparison module 300. When the comparison module 300 compares the sound characteristics of the pet, the sound characteristics of the pet are compared with the sound characteristics of the abnormal similar dogs, if the similarity reaches a certain preset threshold of abnormal sound, the comparison module 300 judges that the sambrood dog is abnormal, generates abnormal pet information, and sends the abnormal pet information to the reminding module 400.
In some embodiments, the reminding module 400 is configured to generate a reminding message after receiving the abnormal pet information from the comparing module 300, and send the reminding message to the mobile terminal 30 through the communication module 500.
In some embodiments, the pet owner may obtain real-time image or video information from the pet through the camera module 100 after receiving the reminding information from the reminding module 400 through the mobile terminal 30. The pet owner can judge whether corresponding action needs to be taken immediately through the real-time image or video information of the pet, for example, the pet owner carries the pet to a pet hospital and the like.
In other embodiments, when the pet owner receives the reminding information from the pet health monitoring system 10 through the mobile terminal 30 but cannot directly observe the movement of the pet through the camera module 100, the pet owner may be assisted to determine whether to take corresponding action immediately by retrieving the image or video of the recently captured pet in the camera module 100.
In some embodiments, a speaker may be further disposed in the sound collection module 200 to play voice information from the mobile terminal 30. It is understood that when an abnormality occurs in a pet, the owner of the pet may not be at the pet and may take some time to reach the pet for disposal. During the period, the pet owner can play voice information to the pet through the voice acquisition module 200 so as to communicate with the pet, and the bad emotions such as depression and the like caused by long-term over-solitary pet are avoided. The pet owner can play voice information to the pet through the voice acquisition module 200, can also placate the pet, and avoids secondary damage caused by poor emotion after the abnormal situation of the pet occurs.
In some embodiments, the communication module 500 may communicate with the network and the server 20 and the mobile terminal 30 through wireless communication technology.
In some embodiments, the communication module 500 may be connected to the internet through a tangible medium such as a metal wire or an optical fiber, and then communicate with the server 20 and the mobile terminal 30 through the internet connection.
In some embodiments, the camera module 100, the sound collection module 200, the comparison module 300, the reminder module 400, and the communication module 500 of the pet health monitoring system 10 may be arranged in a distributed architecture. For example, different components may be placed in different locations to cover an area and monitor the health of a pet within the area.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of an application scenario of the pet health monitoring system 10 according to an embodiment of the present application. Unlike fig. 1, the pet health monitoring system 10 in fig. 2 includes two camera modules 100 and two sound collection modules 200.
In some embodiments, the camera module 100, the sound collection module 200, the comparison module 300, and the reminder module 400 may be provided therein with a communication sub-module to connect to the communication module 500, for example, Bluetooth communication (Bluetooth), Internet of Things (IoT), mass Machine-Type communication (mtc) in 5G communication, and the like. The pet health monitoring system 10 is externally communicated through the communication module 500, and the camera module 100, the sound collection module 200, the comparison module 300 and the reminder module 400 can be externally communicated through the communication module 500.
In some embodiments, the camera module 100, the sound collection module 200, the comparison module 300, the reminding module 400 and the communication module 500 of the pet health monitoring system 10 may also be integrated on the same hardware module, which is not limited in this application.
