      In order to achieve the technical effects, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
       a process quality inspection bill automatic generation method based on an MES system comprises the following steps:
       step one, a configuration module receives configuration information of a user on a production line procedure, judges whether a corresponding procedure timing task is generated, pushes the timing task to a timing task module to generate the corresponding procedure timing task if the corresponding procedure timing task is met, and calls a procedure state recording unit to record procedure state information;
       Step two, recording production information of corresponding working procedures according to the current production information of the product, judging whether to generate working procedure timing tasks and trigger the generation of a working procedure inspection list according to the working procedure state information, and updating the working procedure state information;
       Step three, automatically triggering the generation of a corresponding procedure inspection list according to the generated procedure timing task and combining the current product production condition and procedure configuration information;
       and step four, deleting corresponding process timing tasks and current process production information according to the daily off-duty card punching information of the user, and updating process state information.
      The method for generating the timing task in the step I according with the process comprises the following steps: when the process configuration information contains automatic generation time configuration information, taking the original automatic generation time of the process, if yes, comparing whether the new time and the old time are equal, and if not, putting the process into a list to be updated; if the procedure configuration information comprises automatic generation time configuration information and default procedures are set, the original default procedures under the same inspection stage are covered, if the original default procedures under the same inspection stage exist, the procedures without automatic generation time under the same inspection stage are put into a list to be updated, and if the procedures without automatic generation time under the same inspection stage do not exist, the procedures without automatic generation time under the same inspection stage are put into a list to be newly added; when the process configuration information does not contain the automatic generation time configuration, if the process originally sets the automatic generation time, the process is put into a list to be deleted; if the procedure is a default procedure, putting the procedure which does not set the automatic generation time under the same inspection stage into a list to be deleted; if the procedure is not the default procedure, the default procedure exists in the same inspection stage, and the procedure is removed from the list to be deleted.
      According to a further technical scheme, the process timing tasks are divided into interval timing tasks and fixed timing tasks, the interval timing tasks trigger the generation of the inspection list in a circulating mode, the fixed timing tasks trigger the generation of the inspection list only once, and the fixed timing tasks are updated to be interval timing tasks according to process state information while the inspection list is generated.
      According to the further technical scheme, the list to be newly added generates a patrol list according to the working procedure production information and the working procedure of excluding the working procedure of the card punching line body from work, meanwhile, generates an interval timing task and records working procedure state information, the list to be updated updates the interval timing task into a fixed timing task according to the working procedure state information, and the working procedure state information is updated to write the modified task expression into task parameters; and triggering and deleting the corresponding timing task by the to-be-deleted list, and updating the process state information.
      The further technical scheme is that the process state information comprises whether a process timing task is started, the interval time and the last inspection list generation time.
      The further technical scheme is that the process related information is not configured to generate a patrol list at the whole time.
      Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the automatic generation method of the process quality inspection sheet based on the MES system provides a quality manager with an interface capable of being matched for each process, and the interface comprises information such as inspection items, inspectors, inspection standards and the like. According to the method, a to-be-inspected inspection list is automatically generated at regular time according to user configuration information and real-time production information, an inspector can input an on-line actual inspection result at a handheld terminal or an app end, and meanwhile, a quality analysis report and the like can be formed according to inspection data. The invention provides accurate and effective inspection list information for quality inspectors, prevents the problem of missing inspection and less inspection in the inspection process, ensures the product quality and improves the production efficiency.

    Detailed Description
      The invention is further illustrated and described below with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments.
      The automatic process quality inspection bill generation method based on the MES system, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprises the following steps:
       1) The process configuration unit receives configuration information of a user on a production line process, judges whether to generate a process timing task, pushes the timing task to a timing task module to generate a corresponding process timing task if the process timing task meets the process timing task generation condition, and meanwhile calls the process state recording unit to record process state information. Wherein, accord with the process timing task and produce the condition and include: a) When the process configuration information contains automatic generation time configuration information, the automatic generation time originally set by the process is taken, if yes, whether the new time and the old time are equal or not is compared, and if not, the process is put into a list to be updated. If the procedure configuration information comprises automatic generation time configuration information and default procedures are set, the original default procedures under the same inspection stage are covered, if the original default procedures under the same inspection stage exist, the procedures without automatic generation time under the same inspection stage are put into a list to be updated, and if the procedures without automatic generation time under the same inspection stage do not exist, the procedures without automatic generation time under the same inspection stage are put into a list to be newly added; b) When the process configuration information does not contain the automatic generation time configuration, if the process originally sets the automatic generation time, the process is put into a list to be deleted. If the procedure is the default procedure, the procedure without automatic generation time set in the same inspection stage is put into the list to be deleted. If the procedure is not the default procedure, the default procedure exists in the same inspection stage, and the procedure is removed from the list to be deleted. The process configuration unit generates a patrol list according to the process production information of the process pushed by the production module and the process of excluding the card-punching line body after work, the timing task module receives the process configuration unit message to generate an interval timing task, the process state recording unit records the state information related to the process, updates the interval timing task into a fixed timing task according to the process state information, and updates the process state information to write the modified task expression into task parameters. Triggering and deleting the corresponding timing task from the list to be deleted, and updating the process state information.
      2) The process state recording unit receives the current production information of the product of the production module, records the production information of the corresponding process, judges whether to generate a process timing task and trigger the generation of a process inspection list according to the process state information, and updates the process state information. The process timing tasks are divided into interval timing tasks and fixed timing tasks, the interval timing tasks trigger the generation of the inspection list in a circulating mode, the fixed timing tasks trigger the generation of the inspection list only once, and the fixed timing tasks are updated to be interval timing tasks according to process state information while the inspection list is generated. The process state information includes whether the process timing task is started, the interval time and the last inspection sheet generation time.
      3) The timing task module automatically triggers the generation of a corresponding procedure inspection list according to the generated procedure timing task and the current product production condition and procedure configuration information. And when the process related information is not configured completely, such as inspection items, inspectors and inspection standards are not configured, the inspection list is not generated.
      4) And deleting corresponding process timing tasks and current-day process production information according to the daily off-duty card punching information of the user, and updating process state information.
      Although the application has been described herein with reference to the above-described illustrative embodiments thereof, the foregoing embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present application, and it should be understood that the embodiments of the present application are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and that numerous other modifications and embodiments can be devised by those skilled in the art that will fall within the scope and spirit of the principles of this disclosure.
