Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical schemes and beneficial effects to be solved more clear, the application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
In embodiments of the application, words such as "exemplary" or "such as" are used to mean serving as an example, instance, or illustration. Any embodiment or design described herein as "exemplary" or "e.g." in an embodiment should not be taken as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments or designs. Rather, the use of words such as "exemplary" or "such as" is intended to present related concepts in a concrete fashion.
Under normal conditions, the core network of the operator controls the CS domain (voice, short message) or PS domain (data) to be turned on or off. For example, for a common SIM card stored in the cloud (Yun Ka), the common SIM card is uniformly scheduled by the server for use by the terminal device, and the CS/PS domain is open on the core network side of the operator, and since the terminal device generally uses only data traffic, the CS domain needs to be closed at the bottom layer. For another example, for the carrier internet of things card, since the carrier closes the CS domain and only opens the PS domain, when the terminal device needs to use the CS domain in some scenarios (such as a voice call and a short message receiving scenario), the CS domain cannot be opened either. The switching on or off of the CS domain is required for both cases.
In view of this, the embodiment of the application provides a method for dynamically controlling a virtual SIM card to be accessed to a core network, by which a terminal device generates a core network domain opening and closing instruction; the terminal equipment sends a core network domain opening and closing instruction to a modem (modem), wherein the core network domain opening and closing instruction is used for enabling the modem to open or close an interface of a virtual SIM card accessed to a CS domain and a PS domain of a core network. According to the application, by sending the core network domain opening and closing instruction to the modem, the virtual SIM card can be switched to the accessed core network domain at any time according to the change of package or the selection of a user, and the permission of data communication and voice communication is obtained, so that the problem that the virtual SIM card is inflexible to use due to the fact that the permission is required to be modified at a server side by a service provider when the virtual SIM card of the mobile terminal switches the core network domain in the prior art is solved.
The execution main body of the method for dynamically controlling the terminal to access the core network domain provided by the embodiment of the application can be the terminal equipment, or can be a functional module and/or a functional entity in the terminal equipment, which can realize the method for dynamically controlling the terminal to access the core network domain, and the scheme of the application can be realized in a hardware and/or software mode, and can be specifically determined according to the actual use requirement, and the embodiment of the application is not limited. An exemplary method for dynamically controlling access of a terminal to a core network domain according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings by taking an electronic device as an example.

The authority of the virtual SIM card to access the core network may include: and the virtual SIM card is connected with the connection authority of the core network CS domain.
In the step S12, the terminal device receives the permission modification operation of the user on the man-machine interaction interface, which may include the following steps:
s121, if the connection authority of the virtual SIM card and the CS domain of the core network is not closed, the man-machine interaction interface provides the user with an authority modification selection of whether to close the connection with the CS domain;
and S122, if the connection authority of the virtual SIM card and the CS domain of the core network is closed, the man-machine interaction interface provides the user with an authority modification selection of whether to open the connection with the CS domain.
In step S2, the terminal device generates a core network domain opening and closing instruction according to the authority of the modified virtual SIM card to access the core network, as shown in fig. 3, and may include the following steps:
s21, if the authority of the virtual SIM card to be accessed to the core network is modified to be closed, the terminal equipment generates a core network domain opening and closing instruction, and the core network domain opening and closing instruction is used for indicating to close the connection with the CS domain;
S22, if the authority of the virtual SIM card accessing the core network is modified to be opened, the terminal equipment generates a core network domain opening and closing instruction, and the core network domain opening and closing instruction is used for indicating to open the connection with the CS domain.
As described above, in this embodiment, the terminal device is a mobile phone, the man-machine interaction interface is a display screen of the mobile phone, the terminal device may be internally provided with an APP for managing a virtual SIM card, when a user opens the APP to adjust the setting of the virtual SIM card and starts the virtual SIM card, the mobile phone display screen may automatically display whether the virtual SIM card has data traffic authority and voice call authority in the existing situation, and then actively ask the user whether the voice call authority is required, if the user does not modify the existing authority, the selection interface may be closed after displaying for a certain time, if the user needs to open or close the voice call authority, only needs to perform simple option selection on the mobile phone display screen, and the built-in APP automatically generates a core network domain on-off instruction according to the selected option and sends the core network domain on-off instruction to the modem.
Referring to fig. 5, a specific implementation flow of a method for dynamically controlling access of a virtual SIM card to a core network domain is shown, in which a user can know which core network domain the virtual SIM card is used to access through a man-machine interface, and taking the flow in fig. 2 as an example, whether the virtual SIM card has been disconnected from a core network CS domain can be displayed on the man-machine interface, and the user can switch to a permission modification selection page.
When the connection between the virtual SIM card and the CS domain of the core network is disconnected, the permission modification selection page displays whether the user needs to re-open the voice call function of the virtual SIM card, when the user selects yes, the terminal equipment sends a core network domain opening and closing instruction to the modem to instruct the modem to open an interface of the virtual SIM card to be accessed into the CS domain, the modem sets the interface between the virtual SIM card and the CS domain as an enabling (valid) after receiving the core network domain opening and closing instruction, and if the user selects no, the core network domain opening and closing instruction is not sent, and the man-machine interaction page is directly closed.
When the connection between the virtual SIM card and the CS domain of the core network is not disconnected, the permission modification selection page displays whether the user needs to close the voice call function of the virtual SIM card, when the user selects yes, the terminal equipment sends a core network domain opening and closing instruction to the modem to instruct the modem to close the interface of the virtual SIM card to the CS domain, after receiving the core network domain opening and closing instruction, the modem sets the interface between the virtual SIM card and the CS domain as forbidden (invalid), and if the user selects no, the user does not send the core network domain opening and closing instruction to directly close the man-machine interaction page.
When the virtual SIM card is restarted next time, the modem accesses the virtual SIM card into the corresponding core network according to the interface state between the virtual SIM card and the core network domain.
Example 2
Optionally, referring to fig. 1, before step S1 of the foregoing embodiment, the terminal device generates a core network domain start-stop instruction, the method further includes the following steps:
S0, the terminal equipment uploads package information of the virtual SIM card to a server;
for example, the terminal device may report package information to the server in the presence of a network (which may be WiFi, physical card network or virtual card network).
The package information is used for indicating the access domain attribute of the virtual SIM card.
In the step S0, the terminal device generates a core network domain start-stop instruction, as shown in fig. 4, including:
S01, the server generates a core network domain opening and closing instruction according to package information of the virtual SIM card and core network information accessed by the virtual SIM card pre-stored in the server, and sends the core network domain opening and closing instruction to a terminal device;
In the step S01, the server generates a core network domain opening and closing instruction according to package information of the virtual SIM card and core network information accessed by the virtual SIM card pre-stored by the server, including:
and if the access domain attribute in the package information of the virtual SIM card is inconsistent with the core network information pre-stored by the server and accessed by the virtual SIM card, the server generates the core network domain opening and closing instruction.
A specific implementation manner of the method for dynamically controlling access of the virtual SIM card to the core network domain provided in embodiment 2 above is exemplarily described below with reference to fig. 6. Fig. 6 shows a flowchart of a specific implementation of the server sending the core network domain start-stop instruction to the modem through the terminal device. Referring to fig. 6, the terminal device is communicatively connected to the server, and sends package information of the virtual SIM card to the server, where in this embodiment, the package information of the virtual SIM card mainly includes an access domain attribute of the virtual SIM card. The access domain attribute indicates that the virtual SIM card can access and prohibit access to the core network currently, and the virtual SIM card service has multiple choices according to the service provided by the operator, but is generally divided into two types according to the access domain attribute: the packages which do not support voice service and packages which support voice service can be accessed to the CS domain and the PS domain of the core network, but the packages which do not support voice can only be accessed to the PS domain of the core network, and access to the CS domain is forbidden. And after receiving package information of the virtual SIM card, the server compares the access domain attribute in the package information of the virtual SIM card with core network information accessed when the virtual SIM card is connected to the server.
And when the attribute of the core network accessed by the virtual SIM card in the core network information is consistent with that of the access domain, directly ending the flow, and connecting the virtual SIM card to the core network according to the last connection setting. For example, the virtual SIM card package is a package that does not support voice services, and the information pre-stored by the server shows that the last core network domain accessed by the SIM has only a PS domain, so that the core network accessed by the virtual SIM card can be considered to be consistent with the access domain attribute. When the attribute of the core network accessed by the virtual SIM card in the core network information is inconsistent with the attribute of the access domain, the server generates a core network domain opening and closing instruction and sends the core network domain opening and closing instruction to the terminal equipment. For example, the virtual SIM card package is a package that does not support voice services, and the information pre-stored by the server shows that the core network domain that the SIM was last accessed to has a PS domain and a CS domain, so that the core network that the virtual SIM card is accessed to is inconsistent with the access domain attribute. When the virtual SIM card is used for the first time, the core network domain to which the server defaults to the virtual SIM card is a CS domain and a PS domain.
In this embodiment, the core network domain on-off command includes a CS domain off command or a CS domain on command, where the core network domain on-off command is aimed at making a core network accessed by a virtual SIM card consistent with the package information. The terminal equipment receives a server core network domain opening and closing instruction, when the core network domain opening and closing instruction is a CS domain closing instruction, the terminal equipment instructs a modem to close a core network CS domain, and when a virtual SIM card is restarted, the modem sets an interface between the virtual SIM card and the CS domain as forbidden (invalid); when the core network domain opening and closing instruction is a CS domain opening and closing instruction, the terminal equipment instructs the modem to open the core network CS domain, and when the virtual SIM card is restarted, the modem sets an interface between the virtual SIM card and the CS domain as available (valid).
In the implementation process, if the core network domain opening and closing instruction indicates that the CS domain is to be opened, when the virtual SIM card is restarted, the CS domain interface of the virtual SIM card is changed from invalid to valid by modifying the MODEM bottom layer code; similarly, if the core network domain opening and closing instruction indicates that the CS domain is to be opened, when restarting the virtual SIM card, the virtual SIM card CS domain interface is changed from invalid to valid by modifying the MODEM underlying code
And then, the modem is connected with the core network according to the interface setting of the virtual SIM card and the CS domain.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that, the scheme of the present application is not limited to the adjustment of the CS domain, but may also support the adjustment of the PS domain, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an apparatus for dynamically controlling access of a virtual SIM card to a core network according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus for dynamically controlling access of a virtual SIM card to a core network according to this embodiment includes: the terminal equipment 1 and the modem 2, wherein the terminal equipment 1 comprises an instruction module 11 for generating a core network domain start-stop instruction; a communication module 12 for sending a core network domain on-off command to the modem 2; a man-machine interaction interface 13 for visualizing the operation of modifying the core network rights to which the virtual SIM card is attached by the user; the instruction receiving module 14 is configured to receive the core network domain opening and closing instruction sent by the server 3, where the terminal device 1 implements the steps in the method embodiment of dynamically controlling the virtual SIM card to access the core network through the instruction module 11, the communication module 12, the man-machine interaction interface 13, and the instruction receiving module 14, for example, each step in steps S0 to S2 shown in fig. 1.
