Referring to fig. 1, a bristle wheel fixing device of a multi-face polishing machine comprises an upper fixing base assembly 1, a lower fixing base assembly 2 and a bristle wheel supporting base 3.
Referring to fig. 1, the upper fixing base assembly 1 is installed on the upper portion of a hair wheel supporting base 3; the lower fixing seat assembly 2 is arranged at the lower part of the hair wheel supporting seat 3; the main shaft bearing seat 1-2 of the upper fixing seat component 1 is arranged on the upper surface of the upper end of the hair wheel supporting seat 3; and the lower fixing seat 2-2 of the lower fixing seat component 2 is arranged on the upper surface of the lower end of the hair wheel supporting seat 3.
Referring to fig. 2, the upper fixing seat assembly 1 comprises a double-row angular contact ball bearing 1-1, a main shaft bearing seat 1-2, a fur wheel main shaft 1-3, an elastic retainer ring A1-4 for holes, a TC framework oil seal 1-5, a deep groove ball bearing A1-6, a round nut 1-7 and a fur wheel upper plate 1-8; the outer ring of the double-row angular contact ball bearing 1-1 is arranged inside the lower end of the main shaft bearing seat 1-2, and the inner ring is arranged at the lower end of the hair wheel main shaft 1-3; the elastic retainer ring A1-4 for the hole is arranged in an inner groove at the lower end of the main shaft bearing seat 1-2, and the outer ring of the double-row angular contact ball bearing 1-1 is axially positioned; the TC framework oil seal 1-5 is arranged below an elastic retainer ring A1-4 for a hole; the outer ring of the deep groove ball bearing A1-6 is arranged on the inner side of the middle part of the main shaft bearing seat 1-2, and the inner ring is arranged at the upper shaft shoulder of the fur wheel main shaft 1-3; the two round nuts 1-7 are connected in series and are in threaded connection with the upper parts of the hair wheel main shafts 1-3, and the inner rings of the deep groove ball bearings A1-6 are positioned in a one-way axial direction; the upper plate 1-8 of the hair wheel is arranged on the lower end face of the main shaft 1-3 of the hair wheel.
