Example 1:
in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an enterostomy device includes an ostomy base plate 1 and a collecting bag 2, the ostomy base plate 1 is adapted to be worn at an enterostomy site of a patient, the collecting bag 2 is adapted to receive intestinal excreta, specifically, the collecting bag 2 is disposed at one side of the ostomy base plate 1, the ostomy base plate 1 includes a shape memory portion 11 and an outer ring portion 12 connected to an outer edge of the shape memory portion 11, the outer ring portion 12 can be attached around the enterostomy, the shape memory portion 11 is provided with a central hole 111, a mouth of the collecting bag 2 is connected to the outer ring portion 12, the central hole 111 is adapted to communicate with the enterostomy, and the shape memory portion 11 can be shaped and changed in shape under an external stimulus, thereby changing a shape and size of the central hole 111 to match with the enterostomy.
Adopt this structure, through set up above-mentioned shape memory portion 11 on above-mentioned stoma chassis 1, under the certain stimulation effect of external world, can carry out moulding to above-mentioned shape memory portion 11 to can mould out the above-mentioned centre bore 111 shape and the size that matches with it according to the shape that the patient made the mouth, above-mentioned shape memory portion 11 can keep fixed form after relieving external stimulus, thereby conveniently wear and make the mouth position at the patient, the matching degree is higher, difficult leakage has improved patient's use and has experienced.
In this embodiment, the shape memory portion 11 is a structural member made of heat-sensitive shape memory polyurethane, which softens under heating to change its shape and shape, hardens after cooling and maintains the shaped shape, and is heated again, so that the shape memory portion 11 can restore its shape by itself and can be used after being reshaped, and the shape memory portion 11 is a disc-shaped structure, and the outer diameter of the shape memory portion 11 or the inner diameter of the central hole 111 can be changed during reshaping or the shape memory portion 11 can be recessed/protruded to form an arc-shaped disc structure so as to better match the shape and size of the stoma of the intestine.
Further, one side of the outer ring part 12, which is far away from the collecting bag 2, is provided with an adhesive layer, the outer ring part 12 is adhered to the skin around the enterostomy through the adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer is preferably skin-friendly adhesive, so that the skin irritation is weak, the skin irritation is avoided, and the pressure sore around the enterostomy is avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an annular groove 121 is formed on the other side of the outer ring 12, and the mouth of the collection bag 2 is sealed and bonded in the annular groove 121, and can be further reinforced and sealed by using gel or by ironing, so that the problems of liquid leakage and odor leakage at the connection position of the mouth of the bag and the outer ring 12 are avoided.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the collecting bag 2 is a foldable bag, the collecting bag 2 is provided with folding lines 21, and as the amount of excrement collected increases, the foldable bag in a folded and contracted state is gradually unfolded along the folding lines 21 by the increasing excrement under the action of gravity, so that more excrement can be stored, the capacity is larger, and frequent replacement of the collecting bag 2 is avoided, and preferably, the collecting bag 2 is provided with a drain opening at the bottom thereof, the drain opening is provided with a switch valve 22, and the excrement can be discharged at any time by opening the switch valve 22, so that the replacement frequency of the collecting bag 2 is further reduced, and the service cycle of a single collecting bag 2 is prolonged.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the collecting bag further includes a tear tape 3, the tear tape 3 covers the collecting bag 2, the tear tape 3 keeps the collecting bag 2 in a folded state, and as the amount of excrement increases, the tear tape 3 is torn off to unfold the collecting bag 2 to contain more excrement.
Example 2:
the present embodiment is further optimized based on embodiment 1, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the expansion tube 4 is further included, the expansion tube 4 is disposed at the other side of the stoma chassis 1, the expansion tube 4 is used for being inserted into the intestinal tract and playing a role of anchoring, specifically, one end of the expansion tube 4 is connected to the shape memory portion 11, and the tube hole of the expansion tube 4 is communicated with the central hole 111, so that the intestinal tract is communicated with the central hole 111 through the expansion tube 4, and the excrement is more directly led into the collection bag 2 along the expansion tube 4, thereby preventing the leakage.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the outer surface of the expansion tube 4 is provided with anti-slip threads 41, the anti-slip threads 41 play roles of anchoring and reinforcing, so as to prevent the expansion tube 4 from slipping out of the intestinal tract, and preferably, the anti-slip threads 41 may be external threads, but may also be any other structure capable of playing a role of anchoring.
Preferably, the expansion tube 4 is a structural member made of a mixture of a polymer foam material and an adsorbing material, the polymer foam material can expand to a certain extent after contacting with moisture on the intestinal wall, so that the anchoring effect is further improved, the expansion tube 4 is firmly fixed in the intestinal tract, and the adsorbing material can be activated carbon particles and can adsorb the odor of excrement.
