Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of power industry, and particularly relates to a device and a method for preventing primary electrical equipment from being provided with a grounding wire breaker and a disconnecting switch. The invention installs the fixed grounding pile near the position of the primary electrical equipment where the grounding wire needs to be hung, and the fixed grounding pile is connected with the grounding grid. A travel switch is installed on the fixed grounding pile, and a normally closed contact line of the travel switch is connected in series with a control loop of a circuit breaker and an isolating switch on the incoming side of the primary electrical equipment. The device has the characteristics of simple design, convenient operation and practical function; the safety performance is better, and the working efficiency can be greatly improved. The device signal of the invention is connected into the control circuit of the circuit breaker and the isolating switch in a hard wiring mode, the position of the primary electrical equipment suspension grounding wire is not changed, and the control circuit is not adversely affected; meanwhile, the quick-wear parts of the device are universal, and the maintenance is convenient.

Background
At present, the power industry requires that primary electrical equipment has the function of preventing a circuit breaker (switch) with a grounding wire and a disconnecting switch (disconnecting link). Because the ground wire hung on the primary electrical equipment is temporary, no relevant signal is connected into a circuit breaker (switch) and a disconnecting switch (knife switch) control loop, and the primary electrical equipment generally has no function of preventing the circuit breaker (switch) with the ground wire from being connected and the disconnecting switch (knife switch).
Accordingly, those skilled in the art have been constantly developing to address the above problems.

The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:

And the appearance is pleasing to the eye, need not to change once electrical equipment and hangs earth wire position, also can not produce harmful effects to the operation. The device of the invention comprises: the travel switch 1 and the fixed grounding pile 4 are formed, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the fixed grounding pile 4; the travel switch 1 is inserted into a through hole on the fixed grounding pile 4, and an adhesive layer is arranged on the surface of the travel switch 1, which is in contact with the fixed grounding pile 4. The diameter of the through hole is matched with that of the contact 2 of the travel switch, so that the contact 2 of the travel switch can be just placed in the through hole and penetrates through the through hole.
The working principle of the present invention is as follows,
in practical implementation, as shown in fig. 3, it is a schematic view of the ground line ground terminal of the device of the present invention. And the other through hole second hole 6 on the fixed grounding pile 4 is fastened by a screw 8 of the grounding wire grounding end on the grounding wire grounding end 7 and a locking nut 9 of the grounding wire grounding end, so that the fixed grounding pile 4 can be tightly combined and connected with the grounding wire grounding end 7.

The invention also provides an embodiment, which is a method for preventing primary electrical equipment from being provided with a grounding circuit breaker and a disconnecting switch, and the method comprises the following operation steps:
and 2, installing a grounding wire grounding end 7, enabling a screw 8 of the grounding wire grounding end to penetrate through the second hole 6 on the fixed grounding pile 4, and enabling the upper end face of the grounding wire grounding end 7 to touch the contact 2 of the travel switch.
And 3, installing a locking nut 9 of the ground wire grounding end, sleeving the locking nut 9 of the ground wire grounding end on a screw 8 of the ground wire grounding end and screwing the locking nut tightly, so that the ground wire grounding end 7 is tightly attached to the fixed grounding pile 4, and the contact 2 of the travel switch moves upwards.
And connecting normally closed signal wires on signal wires of the travel switches on the travel switches in series into control loops of the incoming-side circuit breaker and the isolating switch of the primary electrical equipment.
Example 3

When the primary electrical equipment hangs the grounding wire, the grounding wire grounding end 7 is firstly connected with the fixed grounding pile 4, so that the touch travel switch 1 starts to act, the normally closed contact of the travel switch 1 is opened, the control loop of the circuit breaker (switch) and the disconnecting switch (disconnecting link) is disconnected, and the circuit breaker (switch) and the disconnecting switch (disconnecting link) with the grounding wire are prevented from being closed.
