7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the care data has a corresponding initial form element, and wherein the form template generation module comprises:
the expansion control adding sub-module is used for adding an expansion control to the initial table element;
the form template generation sub-module is used for responding to the appointed operation of a user aiming at the expansion control, modifying the initial form element into a form element to be presented, and generating a form template based on the form element to be presented;
