responding to the condition that a terminal moves out of a signal coverage area of a first network registered by a first user identification module and the first user identification module triggers full-band cell search aiming at a second network, and determining a target frequency band supported in an area where the terminal is positioned from frequency bands supported by the first user identification module according to the frequency points registered by the second network;
Searching a cell of the second network based on the target frequency band to obtain a target cell;
switching the first subscriber identity module to reside in the target cell;
acquiring a first paging cycle of a second network cell where a second user identification module of the terminal resides;
acquiring a second paging cycle of a neighboring cell of a second network cell where the second subscriber identity module resides;
determining a switching operation for a second network cell where a second subscriber identity module resides according to a comparison result of the first paging cycle and the second paging cycle, wherein the switching operation comprises: switching to a neighboring cell residing in the second network cell or not switching to a neighboring cell residing in the second network cell;
the determining, according to the comparison result of the first paging cycle and the second paging cycle, a handover operation for a second network cell where a second subscriber identity module resides, including:
determining to switch a second subscriber identity module to a neighbor cell residing in the second network cell in response to the first paging cycle being less than the second paging cycle;
or,
and in response to the first paging cycle not being less than the second paging cycle, determining not to switch the second subscriber identity module to a neighboring cell residing in the second network cell.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring the number of frequency bands supported by the first user identification module;
