Abstract
The invention provides a processing method of picture, sound and picture data, which comprises the steps of embedding first data carried by a filing command into a first picture partition of an original picture in a steganography mode to form a picture, or embedding first data and second data carried by the filing command into the first picture partition of the original picture in a steganography mode to form a picture, or embedding the first data carried by the filing command into the first picture partition of the original picture in a steganography mode and embedding second data into the second picture partition of the original picture in a steganography mode to form the picture. By means of the technical scheme, a user can correspondingly generate a common electronic picture, namely an original picture, based on the first data and/or the second data set by the user.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a picture processing technology, and in particular, to a picture management and application technology based on embedded data.
Background
In the mobile interconnection era, the increasing amount and the using amount of picture information have long been in a high-speed increasing situation. It is an important issue to efficiently use pictures.
It is known that there are several formats, often tens, of picture information stored in the form of electronic data. In any picture data file, the format information and the content of the picture are stored according to a certain rule. In general, in the format information, only contents such as emission of related data, file identification, and the like are stored, and there is no information for describing the contents of a picture and other attributes.
In some devices, such as a mobile phone and a mobile phone, some additional information is also stored in the pictures, such as time and geographic position of picture formation, and in addition, specific methods are adopted by the picture processing software in the devices to identify some specific information in the pictures, such as human faces, and classify all the pictures stored in the devices according to the specific information. But on the one hand the information of these pictures cannot be present apart from these specific devices, and once these pictures are apart from the corresponding devices, the picture information is no longer present. On the other hand, in most of the common pictures, for example, a picture in PNG (a bitmap format using a lossless compression algorithm) format or a picture in JPEG (joint photographic experts group ) format, only the format information and content data of the picture are not free of information such as original picture owners, picture copyright identifications, and the like. This causes considerable inconvenience for the search and use of pictures.
Therefore, there is a need in the industry for a technical solution that can process the pictures stored in the device, by which people can conveniently store various personalized information in the pictures, so as to quickly classify and search the pictures. Meanwhile, because the personalized information is stored together with the picture, when the picture is separated from the original equipment, the stored information can still be utilized.
Disclosure of Invention
The first aspect of the present invention is to provide a method for processing picture data, which can document pictures to form audio pictures with personalized information.
The object of the first aspect of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:

By means of the technical scheme, a user can correspondingly generate a common electronic picture, namely an original picture, based on the first data and/or the second data set by the user.
The second aspect of the present invention is to provide a method for processing picture data, which can query a plurality of audio pictures, and quickly find a desired audio picture by using the personalized information stored in the audio picture.
The object of the second aspect of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:
When a query command for searching pictures is received, analyzing each picture in a picture storage area one by one, and acquiring first data and/or second data embedded in a steganographic manner from a first picture partition of the picture;
Comparing the first data with the first data to be queried carried in the query command, and outputting the picture, the sound and the picture corresponding to the first data when the first data is consistent with the first data to be queried; and/or comparing the second data with the query second data carried in the query command, and outputting the sound and picture corresponding to the second data when the second data is consistent with the query second data;
the first data at least comprises copyright identification of the picture, the sound and the picture;
The second data at least comprises more than one group of annotation information consisting of a content identifier and a content body, the content identifier is used for marking the type of the content body, and the content body information at least comprises text data, marking data and/or audio data.
By means of the technical scheme, the user can quickly find the required picture and sound from a plurality of pictures and sound by utilizing the personalized information stored in the picture and sound.
The third aspect of the present invention is to provide a method for processing picture data, which can analyze a plurality of audio pictures, and establish index data of the audio pictures by using personalized information stored in the audio pictures, so as to quickly find out a required audio picture during subsequent use.
The object of the third aspect of the present invention is achieved by the following technical scheme:

The invention provides a technical scheme for processing picture data, which specifically comprises the following steps:
When a filing command for establishing a picture index is received, first data carried in the filing command is embedded into a first picture partition of an original picture in a steganographic manner to form a picture, a sound and a picture. The first data at least includes a copyright identification of the original picture. The copyright flag may include data of copyright information of the original master, such as a copyright registration certificate number, an author name, etc. given by an authority, and also may include certification information given by a third party, and may be encrypted in a specific manner. Further, unless otherwise indicated, all first data appearing hereinafter have the same meaning as the aforementioned first data.
The first data is embedded into the original picture in the steganography mode, and the data is integrated into the content data of the original picture by utilizing the principle that human eyes are insensitive to small changes of some pixel information in the original picture. Regarding the technical content of steganography, those skilled in the art may refer to the existing picture watermarking technology, and may be adopted according to specific needs, and are not limited in this embodiment and all subsequent embodiments.
The copyright identification information in the first data generally has copyright information of an original picture author, and is embedded into a first picture partition of the original picture in a steganography mode, so that the original picture can be distinguished from other original pictures or other audio pictures by utilizing the copyright identification, and the steganography first data can be read from the first picture partition of the audio picture when needed, and corresponding copyright information fields are extracted from the first data, so that functions of inquiring, searching and the like of the audio picture are realized.
Of course, some copyright identifications are not necessarily copyright registration information given by authorities, but may be certification information given by a third party. The certification generally refers to data uniquely related to a work in the sense of copyright existing in an electronic data form and information related thereto (including an author name, a work name, etc.) are processed by a predetermined algorithm, and a time stamp is given to the result of the processing.
After all original pictures stored in one device form the audio pictures by adopting the technical scheme, at least the audio pictures with specific copyright information can be searched or searched in a high speed in a plurality of stored audio pictures by reading the first data in the first picture partition of the audio pictures. Without the need for participation of other auxiliary files or databases as in the prior art.
In some cases, not only the presence of the first data but also the embedding of more specific data in the audio-visual picture in a steganographic manner is allowed in one audio-visual picture, so that the more specific data can be utilized for the query and the search.

In the above-mentioned several content body informations, the text data is easy to understand, and has no more than some visible data contents of numerals, characters and symbols, and as for the audio data, it can be some audio codes with a certain format or link address information for obtaining the audio data, and the mark data is a data content specific to the present invention, and is mainly used in specific position or area of the picture and sound picture to highlight the information of correspondent position in the picture and sound picture.
Various data carried by the audio and video images often need to be presented in a manner desired by some sender at the time of presentation. For example, the size and color of the symbols in the text data, the playing rhythm and volume of the audio data, the coordinate position of the marking data in the picture, the marking pattern and color, etc., and in some special cases, more complex combined presentation modes are possible, for example, the text data is displayed gradually when the audio data is played, thereby forming caption effects, etc. For this purpose, in the second data of the present invention, there is also a need for the existence of an ordered list of messages in which various attribute information of the aforementioned content body information is stored, which can be used to instruct the recipient in what manner to present the various content body information.
Further, unless otherwise indicated, all second data appearing hereinafter have the same meaning as the aforementioned second data.
In the embodiment of the invention of the type 2, the second data and the first data can be embedded into the first picture partition of the original picture in a steganographic manner to form the audio picture. When the first data is needed, the first data is directly extracted from the first picture partition, and when the second data is needed, the second data is directly extracted from the second picture partition. When the technical scheme of the 3 rd class specific implementation mode of the invention is specifically implemented, a person skilled in the art can automatically allocate the space occupied by the first picture partition and the second picture partition in the original picture according to specific data requirements. Of course, the first picture partition and the second picture partition may also be subdivided respectively to meet their embedding arrangement for different types of data.
It should be noted that in the foregoing embodiments of the 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd classes, there is a profiling command and the first data carried by the profiling command. The filing refers to that a user converts part or all of original pictures stored in the equipment into sound pictures, and as the sound pictures are provided with the first picture partitions used for embedding the first data, after the filing is realized by utilizing the technical scheme, the user can search or retrieve the sound pictures by utilizing the first data in the first picture partitions, namely, information preparation is provided for searching or retrieving the sound pictures.
It should be emphasized that there is a substantial difference between the existing various original pictures and the audio pictures that, on the one hand, the content data of the existing various original pictures and the other data for describing the original pictures are usually stored separately, and the audio pictures directly embed these other data (the first data and/or the second data) into the content data of the audio pictures by means of steganography, i.e. that part of the content in the content data of the audio pictures is the picture content, and also the first data and/or the second data. On the other hand, in the conventional various original pictures, other data describing the original picture is generally stored in a storage area other than the content data in a concentrated manner based on a certain rule, but in the audio picture, the content data is directly stored in a predetermined content data area, and the content data area is divided into a first picture partition and/or a second picture partition, and different kinds of data are respectively embedded in different picture partitions. For this reason, at least the first data to be embedded in the first picture partition of the audio picture needs to be carried in the filing command during filing. In this way, batch filing of a plurality of audio pictures with the same first data is also facilitated.
The aforementioned profiling operation is very valuable for devices that store a large number of raw pictures. For example, in a smart phone with a photographing function, a large number of original pictures are often stored. The primary pictures are mainly accumulated in daily shooting of the smart phone user. In existing devices, the searching, retrieving and managing of these original pictures would be a headache due to the lack of functionality provided by the aforementioned solutions of the present invention. It is difficult for a user to quickly find out which picture or pictures he/she wants to review from thousands of original pictures. By using each technical scheme provided by the specific embodiment of the invention, after the original picture stored in the equipment is converted into the picture, the characteristics of the picture can be utilized to quickly search and inquire one or more pictures which the user wants to find in thousands of pictures.
The invention provides the following technical scheme in the specific implementation mode of class 4:
On the basis of any one of the technical schemes of the 1 st to the 3 rd types of the invention, a first database can be further established, and the first data and/or the second data and the file name data of the picture, the sound and the picture and/or the original picture corresponding to the first data and/or the second data are correspondingly recorded in the first database one by one.
As described above, due to the establishment of the picture, people can quickly find out the wanted picture or pictures from thousands of pictures by utilizing the technical scheme provided by the invention. But each audio picture needs to be accessed one by one after the other during specific searching or retrieval. This may reduce the speed or efficiency of search and retrieval in the case of too many pictures. Therefore, by using the technical scheme provided by the class 4 specific embodiment of the invention, a first database can be established by utilizing a database, and in the first database, the file name of any picture, sound and picture and the first data and/or the second data of the picture, sound and picture are in one-to-one correspondence. Therefore, if any picture or sound is required to be searched or retrieved, only the existing database function is required to be utilized, and the file name of the corresponding picture or sound is quickly found in the first database by taking the first data and/or the second data as the query or retrieval condition, so that the picture or sound is found.
In addition, in some cases, when the foregoing query or search is performed, it may be necessary to obtain the original image corresponding to one audio image, and in order to achieve this, a one-to-one correspondence may be established between the file name of any one original image and the first data and/or the second data corresponding to its corresponding audio image. Specifically, in one data record of the first database, in addition to the first data and/or the second data, the file name of the audio/video corresponding to the first data and/or the second data and the file name of the original picture are stored correspondingly. The various file names mentioned above may also be provided with path information.
This is especially true for some devices like intelligent terminals, since the memory space of any device is limited. If a corresponding picture is regenerated and stored on the basis of storing the original picture, the requirement of the picture storage space is at least doubled. However, if the specific embodiment of the invention of the class 4 is used to build the first database, and the first data and/or the second data and the file name data of the audio-visual pictures and/or the original pictures corresponding to the first data and/or the second data are recorded in the first database one by one, the user can select to delete any one of the original pictures and the audio-visual pictures from the device, and the other one is reserved, so that the requirement on the picture storage space is not multiplied. By using the technical scheme, as long as any picture is stored in the corresponding equipment, the picture meeting the query condition can be found from the pictures.
The invention provides the following technical scheme in class 6 concrete implementation mode:
On the basis of the 5 th specific embodiment of the invention, a first database is established, and the first data and/or the second data and the picture, sound and picture file name data corresponding to the first data and/or the second data are correspondingly recorded in the first database one by one.
In some cases, the pictures stored in some devices include both normal electronic pictures and audio pictures.
