Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of effervescent tablet manufacturing, and discloses a disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet taking acer truncatum leaf extract and melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsules as active components and a preparation method thereof; the disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-40% of acer truncatum leaf extract, 10-25% of melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule, 10-35% of organic acid, 5-25% of inorganic base and the balance of effervescent tablet auxiliary materials to 100%. The effervescent tablet has good disinfection and sterilization effects, the disinfection and sterilization rate is higher than that of common disinfectants in the market, the effervescent tablet is non-toxic and non-irritant, and meanwhile, the effervescent tablet is convenient to carry and store, can be quickly disintegrated in water, is convenient to use, takes effect quickly, and has unique preparation method, simple process flow and low cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemical disinfection and sterilization agent effervescent tablets, in particular to a disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet and a preparation method thereof, and especially relates to a disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet taking acer truncatum leaf extract and melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsules as active components and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people, more and more families have higher and higher requirements on living environment sanitation, so that the development of disinfection and sterilization products which are convenient to use, efficient and environment-friendly is urgently needed.

Acer Truncatum Bunge (Acer Truncatum Bunge), also known as Acer Truncatum Bunge, is a fallen leaf tree of Aceraceae, and is named because its wing fruit is shaped like an ancient "gold ingot". a disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, which mainly comprises the following raw materials by weight: 20-40% of acer truncatum leaf extract, 10-25% of melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule, 10-35% of organic acid, 5-25% of inorganic base and effervescent tablet auxiliary materials, wherein the balance is 100%.
Further, the organic acid is any one of malic acid, citric acid and tartaric acid; the inorganic base is any one of sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate and potassium bicarbonate.
Further, the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 31% of acer truncatum leaf extract, 18% of melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule, 25% of citric acid, 20% of sodium bicarbonate and effervescent tablet auxiliary materials, and the balance is up to 100%.
Furthermore, the effervescent tablet auxiliary materials comprise an adhesive, a release agent and a disintegrating agent. Wherein the adhesive is polystyrene pyrrolidone; the release agent is any one of carboxymethyl cellulose, superfine silica gel powder, magnesium stearate and talcum powder; the disintegrating agent is any one of dry starch, croscarmellose sodium and sodium carboxymethyl starch.
Further, the acer truncatum leaf extract is prepared by taking acer truncatum leaves as a raw material, cleaning and drying the acer truncatum leaves, crushing the acer truncatum leaves, leaching the acer truncatum leaves for 1 to 2 hours at the temperature of 60 to 80 ℃ by using 7 to 10 times of ethanol with the weight percentage concentration of 50 to 70% under the assistance of ultrasonic waves, filtering the obtained product to obtain a leaching solution A, leaching the residues for 1 to 2 hours at the temperature of 60 to 80 ℃ by using 4 to 5 times of ethanol with the weight percentage concentration of 50 to 70% under the assistance of ultrasonic waves, filtering the obtained product to obtain a leaching solution B, and combining the leaching solutions A, B; concentrating under reduced pressure to recover ethanol, adsorbing by NKA-9 macroporous resin, washing with water for decoloration, eluting by 60-70% of ethanol, concentrating the eluent by a double-effect membrane, and performing spray drying to obtain the acer truncatum leaf extract with the total flavone content of 26-28% and the chlorogenic acid content of 17-20%.
Further, the melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule is melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule powder with a coating rate of 58-60% obtained by coating with a saturated aqueous solution, carrying out high-pressure homogenization and spray drying by using modified starch, beta-cyclodextrin and Arabic gum as wall materials and melaleuca alternifolia essential oil as a core material.
A preparation method of a disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet comprises the following steps:
s1, uniformly mixing 20-40% of acer truncatum leaf extract, 10-25% of melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule, 10-35% of organic acid and an adhesive, and performing wet granulation and drying to obtain a first granule;
s2, uniformly mixing 5-25% of inorganic base and a disintegrating agent, and performing wet granulation and drying to obtain a second granule;
s3, uniformly mixing the first granules, the second granules and the release agent, and quantitatively tabletting to obtain the disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet has high disintegration speed in water; the disinfectant has the characteristics of no toxicity, no stimulation, good disinfection and sterilization effects, stable performance and the like, has low manufacturing cost, is very suitable for disinfection and sterilization in public places such as households, schools, hospitals, aviation and the like and industrial use, and is also very suitable for disinfection and sterilization in the laundry process and daily disinfection and sterilization of pets and the like. Meanwhile, the effervescent tablet has high safety of raw materials, easily obtained raw materials, simple preparation method and easy realization of industrial production.

The acer truncatum leaf extract is extracted by the following method:
cleaning and airing acer truncatum leaves, crushing, leaching for 1-2 hours at 60-80 ℃ by using 7-10 times of ethanol with the weight percentage concentration of 50-70% under the assistance of ultrasonic waves, filtering to obtain a leaching solution A, leaching residues for 1-2 hours at 60-80 ℃ by using 4-5 times of ethanol with the weight percentage concentration of 50-70% under the assistance of ultrasonic waves, filtering to obtain a leaching solution B, and combining the leaching solution A, B; concentrating under reduced pressure to recover ethanol, adsorbing by NKA-9 macroporous resin, washing with water for decoloration, eluting by 60-70% of ethanol, concentrating the eluent by a double-effect membrane, and performing spray drying to obtain the acer truncatum leaf extract with the total flavone content of 26-28% and the chlorogenic acid content of 17-20%.
The melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule is prepared by the following steps:
dissolving modified starch or beta-cyclodextrin and Arabic gum in hot water to prepare a saturated solution, dissolving melaleuca alternifolia essential oil in ethanol, adding the melaleuca alternifolia essential oil ethanol solution into an aqueous solution of the modified starch or beta-cyclodextrin and Arabic gum under stirring, stirring for 1-2 hours, homogenizing for 2 times under 25-35 MPa and spray drying to obtain melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule powder with an encapsulation rate of 58-60%.
In a specific embodiment, the acer truncatum leaf extract and melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule powder obtained in the above manner is adopted.
Example 1:

uniformly mixing the acer truncatum leaf extract, melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsules, citric acid and polystyrene pyrrolidone, and performing wet granulation and drying to obtain first granules;
uniformly mixing sodium bicarbonate and sodium carboxymethyl starch, and performing wet granulation and drying to obtain a second granule;
and uniformly mixing the first granule, the second granule and magnesium stearate, and quantitatively tabletting to obtain the disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet.
Example 2:
the invention provides a disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
35% of acer truncatum leaf extract, 15% of melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule, 24% of citric acid and 22% of sodium carbonate. (ii) a 0.5 percent of polystyrene pyrrolidone, 1.0 percent of micro silica gel powder and 2.5 percent of sodium carboxymethyl starch.
The preparation method of the disinfection bactericide effervescent tablet comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the acer truncatum leaf extract, melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsules, citric acid and polystyrene pyrrolidone, and performing wet granulation and drying to obtain first granules;
mixing sodium carbonate and sodium carboxymethyl starch uniformly, and performing wet granulation and drying to obtain a second granule;
and uniformly mixing the first granules, the second granules and the superfine silica gel powder, and quantitatively tabletting to obtain the disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet.
Example 3:
the invention provides a disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
25% of acer truncatum leaf extract, 25% of melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule, 28% of malic acid and 22% of sodium bicarbonate. (ii) a 0.5 percent of polystyrene pyrrolidone, 1.0 percent of micro silica gel powder and 2.5 percent of sodium carboxymethyl starch.
The preparation method of the disinfection bactericide effervescent tablet comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the acer truncatum leaf extract, melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsules, citric acid and polystyrene pyrrolidone, and performing wet granulation and drying to obtain first granules;
mixing sodium carbonate and sodium carboxymethyl starch uniformly, and performing wet granulation and drying to obtain a second granule;
and uniformly mixing the first granules, the second granules and the superfine silica gel powder, and quantitatively tabletting to obtain the disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet.
Comparative example 1:
the invention provides a disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
55% of acer truncatum leaf extract, 21% of citric acid and 19% of sodium bicarbonate. (ii) a 0.5 percent of polystyrene pyrrolidone, 1.5 percent of magnesium stearate and 3.0 percent of sodium carboxymethyl starch.
The preparation method of the disinfection bactericide effervescent tablet comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the acer truncatum leaf extract, citric acid and polystyrene pyrrolidone, and performing wet granulation and drying to obtain a first granule;
uniformly mixing sodium bicarbonate and sodium carboxymethyl starch, and performing wet granulation and drying to obtain a second granule;
and uniformly mixing the first granules, the second granules and magnesium stearate, and quantitatively tabletting to obtain the disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet.
Comparative example 2:
the invention provides a disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
50% of melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule, 24% of citric acid, 22% of sodium carbonate, 0.5% of polystyrene pyrrolidone, 1.0% of micropowder silica gel and 2.5% of sodium carboxymethyl starch.
The preparation method of the disinfection bactericide effervescent tablet comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsules, citric acid and polystyrene pyrrolidone, and performing wet granulation and drying to obtain first granules;
uniformly mixing sodium bicarbonate and sodium carboxymethyl starch, and performing wet granulation and drying to obtain a second granule;
and uniformly mixing the first granule, the second granule and magnesium stearate, and quantitatively tabletting to obtain the disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet.
The compositions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 are shown in Table 1.

Next, the sterilizing effervescent tablets of the present invention were tested for bacteriostatic properties.
And (3) detecting the antibacterial performance: the experimental method is implemented according to GB/T15979-2012 hygienic Standard for Disposable hygienic articles, and the microbial strains are as follows: coli (ATCC8739), Candida albicans (ATCC10231), and Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538), examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 were tested under 1:100 dilution according to appendix C4.

As can be seen from table 2, the bacteriostatic rate of the aqueous solution obtained from the effervescent tablets provided in examples 1 to 3 on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans exceeds 99.5%, which indicates that the effervescent tablets provided by the invention have unexpectedly excellent disinfection and sterilization effects.
As can be seen from comparison between examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2, the effervescent tablet provided by the invention has better inhibitory effects on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans through the synergistic effect of the acer truncatum leaf extract and the melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsules.
In general, the lack of any one or the improper ratio of the parts can cause the bacteriostatic (disinfecting) effect to be greatly weakened.

Claims (10)
1. The disinfection and sterilization effervescent tablet is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 20-40% of acer truncatum leaf extract, 10-25% of melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule, 10-35% of organic acid, 5-25% of inorganic base and the balance of effervescent tablet auxiliary materials to 100%.
2. The effervescent disinfectant tablet as set forth in claim 1, wherein the components thereof comprise, in weight percent: 31% of acer truncatum leaf extract, 18% of melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule, 25% of citric acid, 20% of sodium bicarbonate and effervescent tablet auxiliary materials, and the balance is up to 100%.
3. The effervescent tablet of claim 1, wherein the acer truncatum leaf extract contains 26-28% of total flavonoids and 17-20% of chlorogenic acid.
4. The effervescent disinfecting and sterilizing tablet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the organic acid is any one of malic acid, citric acid and tartaric acid.
5. The effervescent disinfecting and sterilizing tablet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the inorganic base is any one of sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate and potassium bicarbonate.
6. The effervescent disinfecting and sterilizing tablet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the effervescent tablet auxiliary materials comprise an adhesive, a release agent and a disintegrating agent.
7. The effervescent disinfectant tablet of claim 6 wherein: the adhesive is polystyrene pyrrolidone.
8. The effervescent disinfectant tablet of claim 6 wherein: the release agent is any one of carboxymethyl cellulose, superfine silica gel powder, magnesium stearate and talcum powder.
9. The effervescent disinfectant tablet of claim 6 wherein: the disintegrating agent is any one of dry starch, croscarmellose sodium and sodium carboxymethyl starch.
10. A method for preparing a disinfecting and sterilizing effervescent tablet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing the acer truncatum leaf extract, including: taking acer truncatum leaves as a raw material, cleaning and airing the acer truncatum leaves, crushing the acer truncatum leaves, leaching the acer truncatum leaves for 1 to 2 hours at the temperature of 60 to 80 ℃ by using 7 to 10 times of ethanol with the weight percentage concentration of 50 to 70 percent under the assistance of ultrasonic waves, filtering the crushed acer truncatum leaves to obtain a leaching solution A, leaching residues by using 4 to 5 times of ethanol with the weight percentage concentration of 50 to 70 percent under the assistance of ultrasonic waves for 1 to 2 hours at the temperature of 60 to 80 ℃, filtering the leaching solution to obtain a leaching solution B, and combining the leaching solutions A, B; concentrating under reduced pressure to recover ethanol, adsorbing by NKA-9 macroporous resin, washing with water for decolorization, eluting by 60-70% ethanol, concentrating the eluate by a double-effect membrane, and spray drying to obtain the acer truncatum leaf extract;
s2, preparing the melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule, including: modified starch, beta-cyclodextrin and Arabic gum are used as wall materials, melaleuca alternifolia essential oil is used as a core material, and melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule powder with the wrapping rate of 58-60% is obtained by wrapping with a saturated aqueous solution, high-pressure homogenizing and spray drying;
