Abstract
The invention provides a wound clamp for abdominal surgery, which comprises a clamp head for clamping a wound and a clamp head for preassembling the clamp head, wherein the clamp head comprises two clamping parts which are connected, the back sides of the two clamping parts are concave in an arc shape, locking pieces are correspondingly arranged on the opposite sides of the two clamping parts, the two ends of the two clamping parts are connected through arc-shaped sections, and smooth transition is realized between the two ends of the clamping parts and the arc-shaped sections. The wound clamp for abdominal operation can be used for clamping the wound on the side part of a blood vessel in the abdominal operation process, and stopping bleeding on the premise of not affecting blood circulation in the blood vessel.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical auxiliary material, in particular to a wound clamp for abdominal operation.
Background
In the process of laparoscopic surgery or open surgery, a doctor carelessly breaks capillaries to cause bleeding, and the doctor has to face the problem of hemostasis, and even stops the ongoing operation to perform hemostasis operation. The most commonly used hemostasis mode at present is to slowly strip fascia to find out bleeding blood vessels, then strip the bleeding blood vessels, clamp the whole blood vessels in a longitudinal mode by using a hemostatic clamp, prevent blood circulation in the whole blood vessels and achieve the purpose of hemostasis (the clamp used is a hem-o-lock clamp). As shown in fig. 1, a wound clamp for abdominal surgery comprises a clamping head for clamping a wound and a clamp for preassembling the clamping head, wherein the clamping head comprises two clamping parts 1 which are connected, the back sides of the two clamping parts 1 are concaved inwards to form an arc shape, the two clamping parts 1 are opposite to one side and are correspondingly provided with locking pieces, two ends of the two clamping parts 1 are connected through an arc-shaped section 2, and smooth transition is realized between the two ends of the clamping parts 1 and the arc-shaped section 2, namely, the structure of the clamping parts is regarded as an arc shape, and the side view is of a V shape. It should be noted that, the chuck is made of plastic material with certain hardness and flexibility, and the clamp can be a forceps type or a scissor type clamp which are conventional in the prior art. Preferably, the locking member is located in the middle of the arcuate outer edge of the clamping portion.
The wound clamp for abdominal operation can be used for clamping the wound on the side part of a blood vessel in the abdominal operation process, and stopping bleeding on the premise of not affecting blood circulation in the blood vessel. In the specific production process, the clamping parts with different specifications can be produced corresponding to the blood vessels, so that the concave radius of the clamping is matched with the outer diameter of the blood vessels, and the clamping parts are convenient to adapt to the radian of the side surfaces of the blood vessels. Specifically, the diameter of the concave arc shape of the back side of the clamping part can be 1.5 cm, 2 cm, 3.7cm, etc.
In one embodiment, the locking member comprises a positioning column 3 arranged on one clamping part 1 and a lock tongue 5 arranged on the other clamping part 1, wherein a lock hole 4 is arranged on the positioning column 3, and the front end of the lock tongue 5 is provided with an arc-shaped tip 6. In the specific use process, the clamping parts are attached to the blood vessel, the wound of the blood vessel is arranged between the two clamping parts, the lock tongue is matched with the lock hole to clamp, the wound of the blood vessel is completely covered in the whole chuck, and the aim of local hemostasis is achieved.
In one embodiment, in a natural state, the central angle corresponding to the arc shape of the back surface of the clamping part 1 is 30-45 degrees, and the central angle corresponding to the arc-shaped section 2 is 20-30 degrees.
In one embodiment, two opposite sides of the clamping part 1 are respectively provided with a liquid storage cavity A7 and a liquid storage cavity B8, and the solutions in the liquid storage cavities A7 and B8 form fibrin glue; the liquid storage cavity A7 and the liquid storage cavity B8 are arranged in a staggered mode. Specifically, reservoir A may store fibrinogen as well as factor XIII and fibronectin, and reservoir B may contain thrombin (or bovine thrombin) and calcium chloride.
In one embodiment, the liquid storage cavity A and the liquid storage cavity B can be realized by arranging grooves on the inner wall of the clamping part, and flexible films are arranged at the openings of the grooves; in another embodiment, the liquid storage cavity a and the liquid storage cavity B may be directly disposed in a flexible cavity inside the clamping portion, and the flexible cavity protrudes from the surface of the clamping portion.

In the use process, the two clamping parts are locked, the hard bulges pierce the flexible film under the action of touching and extruding, the flexible film is concaved into the liquid storage cavity after being pierced, adverse effects are avoided, and reagents in the liquid storage cavity A and the liquid storage cavity B are mixed to form fibrin glue. Preferably, the flexible film may be made of a biocompatible film material, for example: chitosan, chitin, sodium hyaluronate, shellac, gelatin, etc.
