Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Throughout the specification and claims, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the word "comprise", or variations such as "comprises" or "comprising", will be understood to imply the inclusion of a stated element or component but not the exclusion of any other element or component.
Fig. 1 is a front view structural diagram of a cylinder liner structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a sectional structural view of a cylinder liner structure according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a cylinder liner structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: cylinder liner upper portion 1, cylinder liner lower portion 2, support step 3, O type ring groove 5 and a plurality of scavenge air hole 4. The cylinder liner lower portion 2 is disposed below the cylinder liner upper portion 1, and the cylinder liner lower portion 2 is disposed coaxially with the cylinder liner upper portion 1. The support step 3 is provided above the cylinder liner upper portion 1. The O-ring groove 5 is provided between the cylinder liner upper portion 1 and the cylinder liner lower portion 2. And the plurality of scavenging holes 4 are uniformly arranged on the lower part 2 of the cylinder sleeve, and the plurality of scavenging holes 4 are used for scavenging the engine. The height of the plurality of scavenging holes 4 on the lower part 2 of the cylinder sleeve is positioned at the position of the bottom dead center of the piston.
In one or more embodiments, the cylinder liner structure further includes an O-ring seal disposed in the O-ring groove 5.
In one or more embodiments, the number of the plurality of scavenging holes 4 is nine, and the nine scavenging holes 4 are uniformly provided on one side of the liner lower portion 2. Each scavenging hole 4 has a width of 8 mm and a height of 20 mm.
In one or more embodiments, the opening direction center line of the scavenging hole 4 is tangent to a circle that is half the cylinder bore diameter. The central line included angle of the two scavenging holes 4 is 18 degrees.
In practical application, the cylinder liner structure of the present invention is a wet cylinder liner, and the cylinder liner includes a cylinder liner upper portion 1, a cylinder liner lower portion 2, a support step 3, an O-ring groove 5, and a scavenging hole 4. The wet cylinder sleeve mainly comprises a seal and a supporting piston which do mechanical motion such as up-down acting and the like, and the second stroke of the two-stroke engine is as follows: the piston moves from the top dead center to the bottom dead center. When the compression process is finished, high-pressure diesel oil is sprayed into the cylinder through the oil sprayer and is automatically ignited and combusted. The high-temperature and high-pressure combustion gas pushes the piston to do work. When the piston moves down 2/3 stroke, the exhaust valve is opened, and the exhaust gas is discharged through the exhaust valve. The piston continues moving downwards, the air inlet hole is opened, and air from the scavenging pump enters the air cylinder through the air inlet hole to scavenge. The scavenging process continues until the intake port is closed as the piston moves upward.
