when temperature is required to be controlled again, the lubricating oil raw material in the mixing part I is extruded by the extruding part I to enter the mixing part II through the plurality of heating parts and the plurality of cooling parts, and the steps are repeated in such a way, and because the container is replaced every time, namely the mixing part I and the mixing part II are replaced, the influence of the temperature of the original container is avoided, and the temperature can be controlled quickly;
in a similar way, the filter plate I3 and the filter plate II 6 filter the passing lubricating oil raw material, so that impurities in the lubricating oil raw material are left between the extrusion bottom plate II 21 and the extrusion top plate II 25, and then the insertion pipe 28 is inserted into the discharge pipe I17 to discharge the impurities;
the lubricating oil comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 30-32 parts of base oil; 2-4 parts of methyl silicone oil; 0.2 to 0.5 portion of graphite; 6-7 parts of an antioxidant; 6-8 parts of a tackifier; 1-2 parts of mica powder; sodium petroleum sulfonate 0.2 to 0.4; 0.3 to 0.5 portion of polyoxyethylene ether.

Claims (3)

1. A preparation method of lubricating oil is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: adding a lubricating oil raw material into the mixing part I;
s2: the extruding part I extrudes the lubricating oil raw material in the mixing part I into the mixing part II through a plurality of heating parts and a plurality of cooling parts;
s3: adding other lubricating oil raw materials into the mixing part II;
s4: the extruding part II extrudes the lubricating oil raw material in the mixing part II into the mixing part I through a plurality of heating parts and a plurality of cooling parts;
s5: lubricating oil raw material flowing circulation is formed in the mixing part I and the mixing part II, and the temperature is rapidly controlled through the heating part and the cooling part;
the mixing component I comprises a mixing barrel I (1), the top of the mixing barrel I (1) is fixedly connected with a feeding pipeline I (12), the bottom of the mixing barrel I (1) is fixedly connected with a discharging pipe II (29), and a first one-way valve is arranged in the discharging pipe II (29);
the extrusion component I comprises a first telescopic mechanism (7), the first telescopic mechanism (7) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mixing cylinder I (1), an extrusion bottom plate I (8) is rotatably connected to the telescopic end of the first telescopic mechanism (7), a plurality of stirring columns I (9) are fixedly connected to the extrusion bottom plate I (8), a second telescopic mechanism (10) is fixedly connected to the top of the mixing cylinder I (1), an extrusion top plate I (11) is slidably connected to the stirring columns I (9), and the extrusion top plate I (11) is rotatably connected to the telescopic end of the second telescopic mechanism (10);
the heating parts comprise heating pipes (2) and filter plates I (3), the inner ends and the outer ends of the heating pipes (2) are fixedly connected with the filter plates I (3), the number of the heating parts is multiple, and the mixing cylinder I (1) is fixedly connected with the heating pipes (2);
the cooling part comprises a plurality of cooling pipes (4), the plurality of cooling pipes (4) are communicated through communicating pipes (5), the inner end and the outer end of each cooling pipe (4) are fixedly connected with a filter plate II (6), the number of cooling parts is multiple, and the plurality of communicating pipes (5) are fixedly connected to the mixing cylinder I (1);
the mixing component II comprises a mixing barrel II (13), a shielding barrel (14) is fixedly connected in the mixing barrel II (13), a plurality of communicating holes (15) are formed in the shielding barrel (14), the communicating holes (15) correspond to the heating pipes (2) and the cooling pipes (4) respectively, a discharging pipe I (17) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mixing barrel II (13), a second one-way valve is arranged in the discharging pipe I (17), a feeding pipeline II (16) is fixedly connected to the top of the mixing barrel II (13), a third telescopic mechanism (18) is fixedly connected to the mixing barrel II (13), and the telescopic end of the third telescopic mechanism (18) is fixedly connected to the mixing barrel I (1);
