Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shirt manufacturing, in particular to a shirt made of 100s mercerized cotton pull frame knitted fabric and sewn by elastic threads and a sewing method.
Background
The existing high-elasticity knitted fabric only adopts the method of knitting a shirt with a plaid edge and adhering double-sided adhesive, so that the delicate workmanship of the shirt cannot be reflected. If the shirt is manufactured by using the traditional shirt process, the sewing threads cannot bear external pulling force (machine washing or large-amplitude limb movement) because the high-elasticity fabric has overlarge elasticity, and the threads are broken at each part of the shirt.
With the development of times, the high-elasticity fabric with comfortable movement needs to be applied to the field of shirts, shirts made of the high-elasticity knitted fabric are generally made by a common cheap knitting and sewing process, and the high-elasticity fabric made by the process has the defect of deformation after machine washing.
