Abstract
The invention discloses multifunctional hair tail oil and a preparation method thereof. Comprises 0.1-0.3% of additive; 0.1-0.5% of linear aspalaxyl extract; 0.05-0.2% of sophora flavescens root extract; 1-2% of a nutrient; 1-5% of dioctyl carbonate; adding the polysiloxane compound to 100%; the nutritional agent at least comprises shea butter and olive oil. The shea butter, the olive fruit oil, the sophora flavescens root extract and the linear aspalaxyl extract are matched according to a specific proportion, when the hair is repaired and is tough after absorbing nutrition, the hair is not easy to become oily and glossy, but can present natural matte feeling; meanwhile, the sophora flavescens root extract can be well compounded with the rest components in the hair tail oil, has the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and enables bacteria on hair to be difficult to breed. The hair tail oil has multiple effects of strengthening and toughening hair, keeping fluffy, keeping luster, resisting bacteria and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hair care, in particular to multifunctional hair tail oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The rise of cosmetics with natural concepts further accelerates the push of plant 'essential oil' to expand in the cosmetic field. The consciousness of returning to nature and making love for the environment becomes the mainstream for guiding the social consumption. The international famous raw material suppliers and the cosmetic manufacturers bring the concept of 'utilizing natural and renewable resources to realize sustainable development' into development planning, and the plant 'essential oil' is undoubtedly most consistent with the concept of natural cosmetics in the oil-based raw material family. Thus, plant "essential oils" and hydrogenated products, water-soluble derivatives based on plant "essential oils" are expected to become the leading market.
Physical and chemical damages such as blow-dyeing and perm change the protein structure and the tensile property of hair, and dry hair shows dull, lusterless, rough and brittle appearance characteristics. The hair shaft consists of Mao Xiaopi, hair cortex and hair medulla from outside to inside. The integrity of the fur coat structure determines the apparent character of the hair. The outermost layer of hair cuticle is attached with a layer of nonpolar lipid, the main component of which is C16-C22 alkane, called lipid layer A, which determines hair brightness; the inner fur layer also contains about 25% structural lipids, with the protein skeleton constituting the core layer (delta-lipoprotein layer) of the Cell Membrane Complex (CMC) between fur skin cells and between Mao Xiaopi and the cortex. The CMC forms a reticular hydrophobic membrane around the cortex layer, which has the functions of protecting the hair cortex, bonding Mao Xiaopi cells with cortical cells, and maintaining the integrity and tensile strength of hair stem fibers. Thus, the lipids of the hair fibers indirectly affect their apparent characteristics.
The hair plant "essential oil" is directly acted on the lipid layer of Mao Xiaopi. The essential oil of hair plant is fatty glyceride as main ingredient, and has polar head; the main component of the mineral oil is non-polar alkane, and the silicone oil is similar to the non-polar alkane. Therefore, the plant 'essential oil' has stronger adsorption capacity on polar keratin in the hair fiber and better permeation effect, and some plant 'essential oil' can even permeate to the CMC layer of Mao Xiaopi. They protected Mao Xiaopi from swelling and shedding by enhancing the hydrophobic effect of the lipoprotein layer, thereby maintaining hair shaft integrity.
The essential oil has various types, each type of essential oil has different effects, and the hair care essential oil with multiple effects is not simply prepared by matching the essential oils with different effects, so that the essential oil needs to be carefully prepared to obtain the hair care essential oil with target effects. In practice, it is not easy to formulate a multifunctional hair care essential oil product, and the essential oil products containing multiple functions sold in the market are not many, so that the requirements of consumers are difficult to meet. Therefore, improvements are desired.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to prepare a multifunctional hair care essential oil, the application provides a multifunctional hair tail oil and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides a multifunctional hair oil, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass:
0.1 to 0.3 percent of additive;
0.1-0.5% of linear aspalaxyl extract;
0.05-0.2% of sophora flavescens root extract;
1-2% of a nutrient;
1-5% of dioctyl carbonate;
adding the polysiloxane compound to 100%;
the nutritional agent at least comprises shea butter and olive oil.
Preferably, the polysiloxane formulation is prepared from cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane in a ratio of 1: (0.03-0.1) in mass ratio.
Preferably, the polysiloxane formulation is prepared from cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane in a ratio of 1: (0.04-0.06) in a mass ratio.
As is known, the outer layer of hair is wrapped with a layer Mao Xiaopi. Mao Xiaopi is formed by overlapping and arranging 6 to 10 layers of rough scales. Normally, its surface should be smooth and neat. But if damage occurs, it can lift or break, resulting in a reduction in the smoothness of the hair.
The hair tail oil can better improve the flexibility of damaged hair, the friction work of hair bundles is reduced by 65.34%, and test results show that the hair tail oil has the effect of remarkably improving the friction of the hair bundles. In addition, the hair tail oil formed by the mutual matching of the raw materials has strong permeability, which means that abundant nutrition in the essential oil can be quickly and massively absorbed. The frizzy hair is associated with excessive water loss from the hair. Polysiloxane compound and dioctyl carbonate are coated on hair, a film is formed on the surface layer of the hair, cyclopentadimethicone, polydimethylsiloxane and dioctyl carbonate are used as film forming agents, a water-locking oil film is formed on the hair, and the film can effectively lock water in the hair and reduce the loss speed of the water-locking oil film, so that the hair is well maintained and nursed, and the hair is tough and glossy.
In practice, it has been found that the use of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and dioctyl carbonate as film formers in combination with the metabolism of the human body gives the hair oily shine to varying degrees. Because the nutrient components are locked in the hair by the tunica mucosa, the scalp is not smoothly breathed along the hair to the hair root and finally to the scalp, and a breeding place is provided for bacteria. In order to solve the problem, the avocado resin, the olive oil, the sophora flavescens root extract and the linear aspalaxyl extract are matched according to a specific proportion, when the hair is repaired and toughened after absorbing nutrition, the film layer wraps the surface of the hair, so that the hair is not easily oiled, but the 'air feeling' is kept fresh, and the repaired hair presents natural matte feeling; meanwhile, the sophora flavescens root extract can be well compounded with the rest components in the hair tail oil, has the functions of antibiosis and anti-inflammation, and ensures that bacteria on hair are not easy to breed. The hair tail oil has multiple effects of strengthening and toughening hair, keeping fluffy, keeping luster, resisting bacteria and the like.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the shea butter to the olive oil is 1: (0.2-0.6).
The shea butter and olive fruit oil are mixed according to a specific proportion, so that the hair is naturally conditioned and strengthened, and is healthier and glossier.
Preferably, the nutritional agent further comprises natural tocopherol, wherein the mass of the natural tocopherol is 0.2-0.4% of the total mass of the polysiloxane compound and the dioctyl carbonate.
Due to the fact that cyclopentadecyldimethyl siloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and dioctyl carbonate are used as film forming agents, the scalp can not breathe smoothly, a breeding place is provided for bacteria, and natural tocopherol in a specific ratio is adopted to further help to reduce dandruff and scalp itching in order to enhance the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of shea butter, olive oil, sophora flavescens root extract and linear aspalaxyl extract.
Preferably, the nutritional agent further comprises jojoba seed oil and macadamia nut seed oil, wherein the mass ratio of the jojoba seed oil to the macadamia nut seed oil to the natural tocopherol is (0.6-1.2): (0.1-0.3): 1.
the active ingredient linoleic acid rich in polyunsaturated fatty acid vegetable oil in the jojoba seed oil and the macadamia nut seed oil can permeate into the surface layer of the scalp, and can improve the quality of the scalp and maintain the barrier function of the scalp by acting on the skin lipid layer. Typical hair care essential oils require careful use to avoid the scalp because of the above-mentioned deficiencies. The hair tail oil is convenient to use, does not worry about health problems caused by contacting scalp, and can improve the hair growth environment.
In addition, the split hair condition is greatly reduced by compounding the components in the jojoba seed oil, the macadamia nut seed oil, the tocopherol and the hair tail oil.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing a multifunctional hair oil, comprising the following steps;
step 1), uniformly and completely dispersing the polysiloxane compound, the linear aspalaxyl extract, the sophora flavescens root extract and the shea butter to obtain a first mixture.
And 2), stirring the first mixture, the dioctyl carbonate, the olive fruit oil and the additive for more than 30min, taking out of the pot, standing and curing to obtain the multifunctional hair tail oil.
Preferably, natural tocopherol and macadamia nut seed oil are also added in the step 1), and jojoba seed oil is also added in the step 2).
By the preparation method, all components in the hair tail oil can be fully and uniformly mixed to form a stable system, and the phenomenon of layering in the standing process is reduced.
In an auxiliary way, when the essential oil is slightly smeared along the growth direction of hair scales, namely along the direction from top to bottom of the hair and towards the tail of the hair, the moistening and adhesion of the essential oil can effectively help the opened hair scales to be closed, so that the friction force on the surface of the hair is reduced, and the softening degree of the hair is improved.
In summary, the use of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, and dioctyl carbonate as film formers can toughen hair but can impart a shine to varying degrees. The shea butter, the olive fruit oil, the sophora flavescens root extract and the linear aspalaxyl extract are matched according to a specific proportion, so that the hair is not easily oiled, the air feeling is kept fresh, and the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects are achieved. The hair tail oil has multiple effects of strengthening and strengthening hair, keeping fluffy, keeping luster, resisting bacteria and the like.
The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of the shea butter, the olive fruit oil, the sophora flavescens root extract and the linear aspalaxyl extract are enhanced by adopting natural tocopherol with a specific ratio, and the dandruff and scalp itching are further reduced.
The split hair condition is greatly reduced by compounding the components in the jojoba seed oil, the macadamia nut seed oil, the tocopherol and the hair tail oil.

Notably, in the course of studying hair tails, the inventors have found that not all essential oils and extracts are well-formulated together. The inventor adds the extract of the root of sophora flavescens ait for the antibacterial action, and the data in the table show that the antibacterial degree is improved when the extract of the root of sophora flavescens ait is added, but the hair oil degree is improved, the tensile strength improving rate and the glossiness improving rate are reduced, which indicates that the extract of the root of sophora flavescens ait, the olive oil and the shea butter may not be compounded as well as imaginable. In order to solve this problem, a linear aspalaxyl extract is added, and as can be seen from the comparison of the data of example 1 and comparative example 6 in table 4, the hair in example 1 has a rain-out degree, and the tensile strength improvement rate and the gloss improvement rate are both greater than those in comparative example 6, and with the addition of the linear aspalaxyl extract, the linear aspalaxyl extract coordinates the synergistic combination of the extract of sophora flavescens roots, olive oil and shea butter, so that the hair tail oil has multiple effects of strengthening and strengthening hair, keeping fluffy, keeping gloss and resisting bacteria.
