the audio and video signal flow direction of the court terminal is the same as that of the court trial terminal;
the court trial management server is responsible for monitoring the running states of the court trial terminal and the court terminal in the network and providing real-time configuration parameters and running state information for both sides of the system.
3. The on-cloud sharing court of claim 2, wherein: the court trial management system is used for providing a human-computer interface for the user and sending a related operation command to the court trial management server when the user clicks a corresponding key; when a user starts to start a remote court trial, the court trial terminal is a local terminal, and the court terminal is a remote terminal;
after the remote trial is started, the signal flow direction for switching the remote audio and video source is as follows:
the court trial management system is used as a trigger source of the local-end remote court trial, and when a corresponding key is clicked to start the remote court trial operation, the court trial management system sends a starting command to the local-end court trial room access switch through the Ethernet;
the local court trial room access switch receives the start command and then immediately sends the start command to the local court shooting system and the court audio amplifying system to start the live broadcast of the audio and video stream, and simultaneously sends the start command to the court trial management server;

when the local court trial management system receives a command of successfully opening the court trial management server and the local court trial room access switch, the command of connecting an audio and video source is sent to the remote court trial management system and the local court trial room access switch, and when the court trial management system receives the command of connecting the audio and video source, the command is sent to the remote court trial room access switch;
after the remote court room access switch is successfully connected with the audio and video source, a connection success command is sent to the remote court trial management system and is forwarded to the court trial management server by the court trial management system at the remote end; after the local court trial room access switch is successfully connected with the audio and video source, a connection success command is sent to the court trial management server; after receiving the successful connection command of the remote court trial management system and the local court trial management system, the court trial management server returns a successful opening confirmation message to the local court trial management system, and completes the process of opening the remote court trial.
4. The on-cloud shared court of claim 3, wherein: the court trial management server also comprises an intelligent court trial auxiliary module and an intelligent court trial guide module,
the intelligent court trial guide module is used for inquiring and displaying case trial information which has already opened according to years; displaying case trial information of the opened family according to case types; displaying case trial information of a court according to the name of the court; and the user provides a flexible and convenient query mode, and the conditions for providing the query are as follows: case number, case type, court trial mode, court time, court trial number, court name, judge; the scheduling management module is used for maintaining case information; providing maintenance and remote court trial of the court trial scheduling information;
the intelligent court trial auxiliary module is connected with an intelligent complaint automatic terminal and a complaint risk intelligent evaluation self-service terminal; the intelligent complaint automatic terminal is used for printing and downloading complaint files and evidence file information;
the intelligent assessment self-service terminal for the complaint risks is used for inquiring and assessing the complaint risks.
5. The court-sharing on-cloud of any of claims 2 to 4, wherein: the digital media control host computer comprises:
a main control module: the master control module is used as the whole digital media control host and is responsible for controlling, configuring and state detecting each module in the equipment and processing and analyzing commands sent by other equipment in the local area network;
a central control module: the auxiliary module is used for the main control module and is mainly used for controlling external equipment;
video matrix: the system is used for realizing that any input of standard definition video signals can be switched into any output port, the input of the standard definition video signals is externally connected with a camera, and the output of the standard definition video signals is connected with a monitor;
VGA matrix: any input for realizing high-definition video signals can be switched to any output port, and the input can be externally connected with a computer or a high-definition camera; the output is connected with a television, a display or a projector;
audio mixing matrix: the audio mixer is used for mixing audio signals and switching to local power amplifier equipment according to requirements; the input of the audio/video conference system is a computer or a recording pen, and the output of the audio/video conference system is connected with power amplifier equipment, an audio/video conference terminal or background monitoring equipment;
a synthesizer: the device is used for realizing that a plurality of paths of images are reduced according to a certain proportion and are combined into one image, so that the signals of the cameras at a plurality of angles can be observed in one image;
a frequency booster: the method is mainly used for digitally amplifying the image when the standard definition signal is input so that the image can be displayed in high-definition display equipment;
a frequency demultiplier: the method is mainly used for displaying the image in standard definition display equipment after the image is subjected to digital reduction processing when a high-definition signal is input.
6. The on-cloud sharing court of claim 5, wherein: the media resource management server comprises a synchronous recording module, a live broadcasting module, a main control module, a file uploading and downloading module and an audio and video stream receiving module;
the synchronous recording module: the device is used for synchronously recording video, audio and VGA (video graphics array) signals of the dynamic screen content of the computer, namely synchronously recording the content displayed on the screen of the computer;
a live broadcast module: the system is used for live broadcasting of video, audio and computer dynamic screens of court trial sites on the network in a unicast or multicast mode, and a user can log in a server through a network terminal to receive live broadcasting video, audio and computer dynamic screen contents in real time; when the live broadcast module is used for processing real-time live broadcast, the audio and video stream comes from the receiving module; when the stream is used for processing the on-demand, the stream processed by the on-demand module is live broadcast or multicast to the network; an on-demand module: the court trial management system is internally provided with an on-demand function, and a user can order and record files stored on the streaming media server in a network terminal mode; the content viewable on demand includes video, audio and computer screen content; and supports multi-level on-demand user permission control;
the main control module: the master control module is used as the whole software and is responsible for carrying out thread scheduling, control, configuration and state detection on each module in the software and carrying out communication processing among the modules; the command analysis processing module: and is responsible for processing and analyzing the commands sent by the trial administration server and the recording and broadcasting server in the local area network;
the file uploading and downloading module comprises: the system is used for processing uploading of files recorded on the recording and broadcasting server to the media resource management server, and is also applied to uploading and downloading of files among the media resource management servers, and is used for solving the problem of centralized data storage;
the audio and video stream receiving module: the system is used for processing audio and video stream data from the recording and broadcasting server and the court trial management server.
7. The on-cloud sharing court of claim 6, wherein: the record module also comprises a record marking unit and a record complementing unit,
the record marking unit is used for marking the section of voice and requiring a post-recording;
the pen recording and supplementing unit is used for synchronously intercepting audio and video stream data in the video signal flow direction 2 of the time-interval recording and playing server and sending the audio and video stream data to the audio and video stream receiving module, so that a bookkeeper can conveniently supplement and play in the later period.
8. The on-cloud sharing court of claim 7, wherein: when the writer performs the writing and recording, the signal flow for intercepting the audio and video source is as follows:
the additional recording marking unit is used as a trigger source of audio and video stream data connection of the recording and broadcasting server, when the additional recording marking unit is clicked and started, the court hearing management system at the bookmarker end forms a writing marking plug-in a writing text, meanwhile, the court trial management server sends the audio and video source command of the connected recording and broadcasting server to the court trial management server through a court private network, after receiving the audio and video source command of the connected recording and broadcasting server, recording the audio and video source of the recording and playing server immediately, then sending the currently recorded audio and video stream to an audio and video stream receiving module in the media resource management server, after the audio and video stream receiving module packages the received audio and video stream into an audio and video stream file for playing, when the writer performs writing and additionally recording, the live broadcast module outputs the recorded audio and video streaming files which are stored in the media resource management server through the writer end court trial management system by clicking the writing and marking plug-in.
