Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing problems of the prior art, an object of the present application is to provide a display device, an electronic apparatus, and a display method of the display device, which can make the display of a display panel richer, more stereoscopic, more vivid, and more attractive in appearance by a structural design.
In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides a display device including:
the display panel comprises a plurality of annular display units, and the plurality of display units are sequentially nested from the center of the display panel from inside to outside;
the connecting piece is respectively connected with each display unit to connect the display units into a whole;
and the rotating mechanism is connected with the connecting piece to drive the display units to rotate.
In some embodiments, the connecting member includes connecting shafts respectively disposed at upper and lower opposite sides of the display panel, the connecting shafts sequentially penetrate through each display unit to connect a plurality of the display units, and the rotating mechanism is mounted on the periphery of the connecting shafts to drive each display unit to synchronously rotate around the connecting shafts.
In some embodiments, there is a space between adjacent ones of the display units to enable each of the display units to rotate separately.
In some embodiments, the spaces between adjacent ones of the display units are the same size.
In some embodiments, the connection shaft is a hollow structure, and the display device further includes a connection line disposed in the connection shaft, through which the plurality of display units are electrically connected and/or signal connected.
In some embodiments, the rotating mechanism comprises a slewing bearing mounted on the connecting shaft and a driving motor connected with the slewing bearing, and the slewing bearing is sleeved on the periphery of the connecting shaft so as to rotate under the driving of the driving motor and drive the display unit to synchronously rotate through the connecting shaft.
In some embodiments, the shape of the display unit includes a circular, oval, polygonal, or a special-shaped shape; the display unit is a PCB board.
In some embodiments, the display device further comprises a controller electrically and/or signally connected to the display panel and the rotation mechanism, respectively, for controlling the display of the display panel and the rotation of the rotation mechanism;
the controller comprises a splicing control module which is used for dividing the image data of the image to be displayed according to the display size of each display unit and outputting the divided data obtained after division to the corresponding display unit for display.
In some embodiments, the controller further includes a processing module, configured to adjust the split data according to a rotation size of the display unit, and output and display the adjusted split data on the display panel through the stitching control module.
The embodiment of the application also provides electronic equipment comprising the display device.
The embodiment of the application also provides a display method of the display device, the display device comprises a display panel, a connecting piece and a rotating mechanism, the display panel comprises a plurality of annular display units, the plurality of display units are sequentially nested from inside to outside from the center of the display panel and are connected into a whole through the connecting piece, and the rotating mechanism is connected with the connecting piece so as to drive the plurality of display units to rotate; the display method comprises the following steps:
acquiring image data of an image to be displayed;
dividing the image data of the image to be displayed according to the display size of each display unit to obtain corresponding divided data;
and respectively outputting the divided data to the corresponding display units for display.
In some embodiments, the display method further comprises:
the divided data is adjusted according to the rotation size of the display unit so that the divided data output to each display unit forms a continuous image.
Compared with the prior art, the display device, the electronic equipment and the display method of the display device provided by the application have the advantages that the display panel is arranged into the plurality of annular display units which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside along the center of the display panel, the display units are connected through the connecting piece, meanwhile, the connecting piece is connected with the rotating mechanism, the plurality of display units can be driven to synchronously rotate through the rotation of the rotating mechanism, the requirements of attractive appearance and diversified appearance design of the display device are met, and meanwhile, a user can adjust the angle of the display panel according to the watching requirement, so that the display of the display panel is richer, stereoscopic and vivid, and the visual experience of the user is improved.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present application.
Unless defined otherwise, technical or scientific terms used herein should be given the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terms "first," "second," and the like, as used herein, do not denote any order, quantity, or importance, but rather are used to distinguish one element from another. The word "comprising" or "comprises", and the like, means that elements or items preceding the word are included in the element or item listed after the word and equivalents thereof, but does not exclude other elements or items. The terms "connected" or "connected," and the like, are not limited to physical or mechanical connections, but may include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect. "upper", "lower", "left", "right", etc. are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, which may also be changed when the absolute position of the object to be described is changed.

Fig. 1 to 5 are schematic structural views of a display device according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present application provides a display device including:
the display panel 1 comprises a plurality of annular display units 11, and the plurality of display units 11 are nested in sequence from the center of the display panel from inside to outside;
a connector 2 connected to each display unit 11 to connect the display units 11 together;
the rotating mechanism 3 is connected with the connecting piece 2 to drive the plurality of display units 11 to rotate.
According to the display device provided by the embodiment of the application, the display panel 1 is arranged into the plurality of annular display units 11 which are sequentially nested from inside to outside along the center, the display units 11 are connected through the connecting piece 2, meanwhile, the connecting piece 2 is connected with the rotating mechanism 3, the plurality of display units 11 can be driven to synchronously rotate through the rotation of the rotating mechanism 3, the requirements of attractive appearance and diversified appearance design of the display device are met, a user can adjust the angle of the display panel 1 according to the watching requirement, the display of the display panel 1 is richer, stereoscopic and vivid, and the visual experience of the user is improved.
The display device further comprises a controller (not shown in the figures) electrically and/or signally connected to the display panel 1 and the rotation mechanism 3, respectively, for controlling the display of the display panel 1 and the rotation of the rotation mechanism 3.
The display device further comprises a connecting wire, and the plurality of display units 11 are electrically connected and/or signal-connected through the connecting wire, so that display signals and rotation signals output by the controller can be transmitted to each display unit 11, and synchronous display and rotation of each display unit 11 are realized. The controller comprises a splicing control module, which is used for dividing the image data of the image to be displayed according to the display size of each annular display unit, and outputting each divided data obtained after dividing to the corresponding display unit 11 for displaying, so that the display panel can display the complete image to be displayed.
In this embodiment, the image data of the image to be displayed is divided according to the annular display characteristic of the display panel 1, and the divided data is output to each display unit 11 to be spliced to form a complete display screen, so that the display is convenient, and the overall display effect of the display panel 1 can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the connection member 2 includes connection shafts respectively provided at upper and lower opposite sides of the display panel 11, the connection shafts sequentially penetrate through each display unit 11 to connect the plurality of display units 11, and the rotation mechanism 3 is mounted at the outer circumference of the connection shafts to drive the respective display units 11 to synchronously rotate around the connection shafts. The display units 11 can be reliably and fixedly connected through the connecting shafts arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the display panel 11; meanwhile, the rotating mechanism 3 is sleeved on the periphery of the connecting shaft, so that the connecting shaft can be used as a rotating shaft to drive the display units 11 to rotate together, and the structure is simple and reasonable.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the connection shaft may be hidden in each display unit 11, ensuring an attractive appearance of the entire display panel 1.
In some embodiments, there is a space between adjacent display units 11 to enable each display unit 11 to rotate separately.
Further, the size of the interval between the adjacent display units 11 is the same, so as to ensure the display uniformity of the display panel 1 formed by connecting the display units 11 together, and improve the overall display effect of the display panel 1; and the interval cannot be excessively large to ensure continuity of display between the display units 11. The gap is preferably 0.5-5mm.
The controller further comprises a processing module, configured to adjust the split data according to a rotation size (e.g. a selected angle or a rotated position coordinate) of the display unit 11, and output and display the adjusted split data on the display panel 1 through the stitching control module.
The adjusting the divided data according to the rotation size of the display unit 11 includes filling or compensating the divided data, for example, performing chromaticity or color level compensation, and even if the display units 11 are rotated, each display unit 11 may be located in a different plane, it is also ensured that the divided images output to each display unit 11 can be spliced to form a complete and continuous image, so that the output display image is more stereoscopic, vivid and continuous, and the visual experience of the user is improved. In addition, the display image adopts a split output mode, and compared with the prior art that the image to be displayed is directly output to the display panel 1 spliced into a whole for display, the display effect of the display image can be ensured, for example, when a certain part of display images deviate, the split data are output to different display units and are not easy to be perceived by a user, and when the image to be displayed is directly output to the display panel 1 spliced into a whole for display, the deviation exists in a certain part of display images, so that the deviation exists in the whole display images, and the whole display effect is influenced; the display image adopts a mode of dividing and outputting, the divided data of each display unit 11 can be respectively adjusted, the whole image data is not required to be adjusted, and the display adjustment is convenient.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the image data of the image to be displayed is stored in a data element format, for example, in a texture format (for example, R5G6B 5), instead of being stored in a picture format or the like, so that on one hand, the image data is conveniently divided, on the other hand, the subsequent divided data is conveniently filled or compensated (for example, a part of the texture is filled according to a rotation angle), so that when a more stereoscopic and vivid picture is ensured by the rotation of the display unit 11, the display continuity of each display unit 11 after the rotation is ensured, and the dislocation of the display image picture or the like caused by the rotation of a part of the display units 11 and the non-rotation of another part of the display units 11 is avoided.
In this embodiment, even if the image data can be stored in a picture format, the processing module can process it, convert it into a format of data elements, so as to perform division and then dynamically process the divided data according to the rotation of the display unit 11. That is, the processing module in this embodiment can avoid display discontinuity (for example, display dislocation) caused by that the display image content is a specific graph or object, so as to ensure the display effect after each display unit rotates.
The display device further includes a fixing portion to fix each display unit 11 when each display unit 11 is rotated to a preset position, so that each display unit 11 can be positioned on a different plane to form a display panel having a certain three-dimensional shape.
As shown in fig. 5, the plurality of display units 11 are sequentially staggered so that a certain included angle is formed between the adjacent display units 11, thereby forming a display panel having a certain three-dimensional shape. The first included angle is formed between the first display unit 111 and the second display unit 112, and the second included angle is formed between the second display unit 112 and the third display unit 113, so that the display picture is more stereoscopic, and the visual experience of a user is improved.
In some embodiments, each display unit 11 has a preset rotation range, and the rotation ranges of the display units 11 are at least partially different, so as to ensure the continuity of the display units 11 and ensure the overall display effect of the display panel. For example, based on the first display unit 111 located at the outermost side, the rotation range of the second display unit 112 relative to the first display unit 111 is 0-20 °, and the rotation range of the second display unit 112 relative to the first display unit 111 is 0-40 °, so that the display units 11 are staggered, a better display effect is provided, continuity of display of pictures of adjacent display units 11 is ensured, and the situation that the pictures at the edge of the first display unit 111 and the pictures at the edge of the second display unit 112 do not correspond due to any rotation of the display units 11 is prevented.
In a specific implementation, the rotation range of each display unit 11 is determined according to parameters such as the number of display units 11 and the size of each display unit 11. The rotation of each display unit 11 may be controlled manually or automatically by a rotating member provided in each display unit 11.
In some embodiments, the connecting shaft is of a hollow structure, and the connecting wires for connecting the display units 11 can be arranged in the hollow connecting shaft, so that the connecting shaft is reasonable in structure, convenient to wire and capable of effectively protecting the connecting wires.
In some embodiments, the rotation mechanism 3 includes a slewing bearing 31 mounted on a connecting shaft and a driving motor 32 connected to the slewing bearing 31, where the slewing bearing 31 is sleeved on the periphery of the connecting shaft, so as to rotate under the driving of the driving motor 32, and drive the multiple display units 11 to synchronously rotate through the connecting shaft, that is, the connecting shaft is used as a central rotating shaft of the display panel 1, so that the structure is simple and reasonable, and the rotation of the slewing bearing 31 drives each display unit 11 to rotate, so that stable and reliable rotation of the display panel 1 can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the rotation mechanism 3 further comprises a transmission member 33, and the slewing bearing 31 and the driving motor 32 are in transmission connection through the transmission member 33. The transmission member 33 may be a transmission gear or a transmission member such as a belt. The above-described slewing bearing 31 and the drive motor 32 can be conveniently arranged in a limited space through the transmission member 33, thereby realizing reasonable arrangement of the components of the rotating mechanism 3.
In some embodiments, the display device further includes a base 4 for supporting the display panel 1, a connection shaft at the lower side of the display panel 1 is mounted to the base 4, and the rotation mechanism 3 is mounted to the connection shaft at the lower side of the display panel 1. The chassis 4 may be a disk-shaped structure to provide stable support for the display panel 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the rotation mechanism 3 may be disposed at the bottom of the first display unit 111 located at the outermost side, so that the rotation mechanism 3 may be effectively protected and the overall appearance of the display panel 1 may be ensured to be attractive.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, to ensure the overall appearance of the display panel 1 is attractive, and avoid exposing too many components, the distance between the bottom of the display panel 1 and the base 4 is relatively short, so that the connecting shaft located at the lower side of the display panel 1 can be completely hidden, the connecting shaft can extend into the base 4, and the rotating mechanism 3 can be mounted on the connecting shaft located in the base 4.
In other embodiments, the rotating mechanism 3 may also be mounted on a connecting shaft located on the upper side of the display panel 1, and the connecting shaft located on the upper side of the display panel 1 may be lifted, so that the hanging use of the display device may be realized, and the application range of the display device is improved. Alternatively, the shape of the display unit 11 may be a regular shape such as a circle, an ellipse, or a polygon (e.g., triangle, square), or a special shape such as a petal, so as to improve the user experience while meeting the requirements of different shapes of the display device.
Further, the display unit 11 is a PCB board, has a certain hardness, can be reliably rotated, and can avoid any collision from damaging the display unit 11.
In this embodiment, the display panel 1 may be a liquid crystal display panel or an organic electroluminescent display panel; similarly, the ring-shaped display unit 11 may be a liquid crystal display unit or an organic electroluminescent display unit.
The embodiment of the application also provides electronic equipment comprising the display device. The electronic device may be an independent device such as a television, or may be a device such as a desktop (PC) that needs different component combinations, and when the electronic device is a desktop, the display device is a display of the desktop.
Fig. 6 shows a flowchart of a display method of the display device according to the embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 6, the embodiment of the present application further provides a display method of a display device, where the display device includes a display panel 1, a connecting member 2, and a rotating mechanism 3, where the display panel 1 includes a plurality of annular display units 11, and the plurality of display units 11 are sequentially nested from inside to outside from the center of the display panel 1 and are connected together by the connecting member 2, and the rotating mechanism 3 is connected with the connecting member 2 to drive the plurality of display units 11 to rotate; the display method comprises the following steps:
s101: acquiring image data of an image to be displayed;
s102: dividing the image data of the image to be displayed according to the display size of each display unit 11 to obtain corresponding divided data;
s103: the divided data are respectively output to the corresponding display units 11 for display.
Specifically, the controller of the display device obtains the image data of the image to be displayed through an input/output interface (I/0) arranged on the display device, then segments the image data according to the display size of each display unit 11 to obtain corresponding segmented data, generates corresponding segmented images according to each segmented data, outputs the corresponding segmented images to the corresponding display units 11 respectively for display, and splices the segmented images displayed on each display unit 11 to form a complete display image picture.
In particular, since the display sizes of the display units 11 are generally in a certain proportion, in this embodiment, the image data of the image to be displayed may be divided directly based on the display proportion of each display unit 11, so as to improve the image processing capability, and make the output of the display screen more convenient and faster.
According to the display method of the display device, the plurality of display units 11 which are connected into a whole and are sequentially nested are arranged, and the plurality of display units 11 are driven to rotate through the rotating mechanism 3, so that a user can adjust the angle of the display panel 1 according to watching needs, the display of the display panel 1 is richer, more stereoscopic and vivid, meanwhile, the image segmentation and splicing technology is utilized, after the image data of the image to be displayed are segmented according to the display size of each display unit 11, the image data are respectively output to each display unit 11 for displaying, the display is convenient, the complete and continuous display images can be output, and the display effect is better. In addition, the display image adopts a split output mode, and compared with the prior art that the display image is directly output to the display panel 1 spliced into a whole for display, the split data of each display unit 11 can be respectively adjusted while the overall display effect of the display panel 1 is ensured, the whole image data is not required to be adjusted, and the display adjustment is convenient.
In some embodiments, the display method further comprises:
the divided data is adjusted according to the rotation size of the display unit 11 so that the divided data output to each of the display units 11 forms a continuous image.
The adjusting the divided data according to the rotation size of the display unit 11 includes filling or compensating the divided data, for example, performing chromaticity or tone compensation, and even if the display units 11 are rotated, each display unit 11 may be located on a different plane, so that the divided images output to each display unit 11 can be spliced to form a complete and continuous image, so that the output display image frames are more stereoscopic, vivid and continuous, and the visual experience of the user is improved.
The display method of the display device provided in the embodiment of the present application corresponds to the display device in the above embodiment, and based on the above display device, those skilled in the art can understand the specific implementation manner of the display method of the display device and various modifications thereof in the embodiment of the present application, and any optional item in the embodiment of the display device is also suitable for the display method of the display device, which is not repeated herein.
