Through the structure, when the fixing plate 8 pushes the front sliding rod 7 to move towards the rear side, the L-shaped front connecting rod 10 is driven to synchronously move, and the L-shaped rear connecting rod 11 is forced to move towards the front side through the meshing rotation of the rack 12 and the gear 13, so that the rear sliding rod 14 synchronously moves towards the front side.

The auxiliary installation guide mechanism is composed of a guide ring plate 25, a mounting plate 27, a positioning component, an installation guide component and the like. The positioning assembly is composed of a through hole plate 28, a detection rod 29 and a limiting baffle 30. The through hole plate 28 is provided with a through hole, the inner diameter of the through hole is matched with the outer diameter of the detection rod 29, the detection rod 29 is vertically arranged in the through hole on the through hole plate 28, and when the height requirement of the detection rod 29 is lowered to be in contact with the positioning rod 18, the upper end part of the detection rod 29 can not be separated from the through hole plate 28. The through hole on the through hole plate 28 provides a guiding function for the detection rod 29, and in order to prevent the detection rod 29 from being completely separated from the through hole on the through hole plate 28, the top of the detection rod 29 is provided with a protruding part; the limiting baffle plate 30 is arranged on the rod part of the detection rod 29, and the limiting baffle plate 30 is used for being matched with the through hole plate 28 to limit the detection rod 29 to descend when the detection rod 29 is not in use and does not need to slide downwards; further, an opening 28a communicating with the through hole is formed in the through hole plate 28, and when the detection rod 29 is required to descend, the limit stop piece 30 is rotated to be aligned with the opening 28a, so that the limit of the detection rod 29 can be released.
The installation guide assembly is composed of four guide risers 31 and a return spring 32 which are connected into a whole. The mounting plate 27 is provided with a mounting hole 27a which is matched with the shape of the motor plate, the size of the mounting hole 27a is slightly larger than the outer outline size of the motor plate, the side wall of the periphery of the mounting hole 27a is provided with a side slot which is matched with the thickness size of the guide riser 31, the guide riser 31 is correspondingly and vertically arranged in the side slot in the mounting hole 27a, four guide risers 31 which are connected into a whole form a guide channel, and when the height of the guide riser 31 is required to be contacted with the inner side wall of the barrel cover, the upper end part of the guide riser 31 can be higher than the upper plate surface of the mounting plate 27 by a certain distance. One end of the return spring 32 is connected to the upper end of the guide riser 31, and the other end is connected to the mounting plate 27, so that the guide riser 31 is reset after being used.

Specifically, an operator firstly places the barrel cover on the tabletop of the processing table 1, so that the positioning mechanism is positioned in the smallest through hole of the barrel cover, then pushes the fixing plate 8 by hand, enables the fixing pin 4 to prop against the circular outer side wall of the barrel cover, then rotates the rotary clamping piece 9 to clamp the fixing plate 8, thereby fixing the position of the barrel cover, avoiding shaking of the barrel cover during auxiliary installation, and simultaneously, automatically centering the barrel cover to enable the barrel cover to be concentric with the rotation center of the swing rod 15; then, the swing rod 15 is rotated, when the swing rod 15 is close to a threaded connecting column to be positioned, the shifting plate 21 is lifted, the sliding block 17 is pushed to move towards the tail end of the swing rod 15, the positioning rod 18 extends out of the swing rod 15, then the swing rod 15 is continuously rotated, and the positioning rod 18 stops after touching the threaded connecting column; then, the guide ring plate 25 is pulled to the upper part of the barrel cover, the mounting plate 27 is rotated, when the mounting plate 27 is about to vertically coincide with the swing rod 15, the detection rod 29 is rotated, the limit baffle 30 is aligned with the opening 28a, the detection rod 29 is lowered, then the mounting plate 27 is continuously rotated, the detection rod 29 stops after touching the positioning rod 18, at this time, the mounting hole 27a on the mounting plate 27 is aligned up and down with the motor plate on the barrel cover, then the guide riser 31 is pressed to the bottom to contact with the barrel cover, then the motor plate is placed in the guide riser 31, the motor plate falls onto the motor plate mounting point under the guidance of gravity and the guide riser 31, finally, the guide riser 31 is slowly released, the detection rod 29 is reset, and the guide ring plate 25 is moved away, then an operator fixes the motor plate by using a pneumatic screw gun or a screw.
