The shelter transfer car (buggy) of claim 2, wherein said wheel assembly comprises a wheel, a carrier beam, a connecting axle, a pendulum axle seat, a damping spring and a spring seat plate; the middle part of the bearing beam is rotatably connected with the bottom of the swing shaft seat through the connecting shaft, and two ends of the bearing beam are respectively provided with one wheel; the top of the swing shaft seat is rotationally connected with the support assembly; the spring seat plates are arranged on two sides of the upper part of the swing shaft seat, and the damping springs are arranged between the spring seat plates and the bearing beams; the lower end of the hand towing rod is connected with one side of the swing shaft seat.

The shelter transfer car (buggy) of claim 2, wherein an axle lock mechanism is provided between said pedestal assembly and said wheel assembly; the shaft locking mechanism comprises a shaft pin seat, a shaft locking pin, a shaft pin handle and a shaft locking seat; the shaft pin seat is arranged at the bottom of one end, far away from the connecting assembly, of the support assembly, deep clamping grooves are respectively formed in two sides of the shaft pin seat, and a shallow clamping groove is formed in one side, far away from the support assembly, of the shaft pin seat; the shaft lock pin penetrates through the shaft lock pin seat from top to bottom, and the top of the shaft lock pin is connected with one end of the shaft pin handle; the axle lock seat is arranged on the top of the lower end of the hand towing rod and two sides of the upper part of the wheel assembly, and the axle lock pin corresponds to the axle lock seat.
