the flushing assembly (4) comprises a movable frame (41) which is spirally connected on a unidirectional screw rod (38), the bottom of the movable frame (41) is slidingly connected on a guide rod (39), two flushing pipes (42) with the same size are rotationally connected on the movable frame (41), a gear five (43) is arranged at the bottom end of each flushing pipe (42), a gear seven (48) is connected with the outer side of each gear five (43) in a meshed manner, two positioning seats (45) with L-shaped vertical sections are fixedly arranged on the movable frame (41), positioning grooves matched with the positioning seats (45) are formed in the gear one (44), two gears six (46) with the same size are connected at the bottom end of each gear one (44) in a meshed manner, a transmission shaft (47) is fixedly connected in each mounting shaft hole of each gear six (46), a gear seven (48) is arranged at the other end of each transmission shaft (47), a unidirectional bearing (49) is connected between each gear seven (48) and each transmission shaft (47),
