Background
In order to reasonably utilize the interior space of a dishwasher, a dish plate is generally arranged in the dishwasher. For example, the Chinese patent publication No. CN214760975U discloses a dish washer and a liner assembly thereof (application No. CN 202120130779.4), which is provided with a liner assembly, wherein the liner assembly comprises a dish and a guide rail arranged on the inner wall of the liner, and the dish is provided with a first pulley block sleeved with the guide rail so that the dish can be contained in the liner along with the displacement of the first pulley block on the guide rail.
Above-mentioned dish washer sets up the top layer at the dish washer inner bag with the tableware dish, and the dish washer on the market at present mostly adopts such arrangement mode to wash the tableware through the spray arm that locates the inner bag top. However, because the space at the top of the inner container of the dish washer is narrow, the installation of the spraying structure is limited, and the direction of the spraying water column is mostly unidirectional spraying, so that the washing effect of the tableware is poor.

Because the impeller floats from top to bottom under the buoyancy of water, consequently, the impeller can not be with second apopore, third apopore totally closed for a long time, but intermittent type nature switching or increase one of them flow, reduce the flow of another, the same can alternate control not too regional injection water column flow, pressure size, improves cleaning performance.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the tableware basket is arranged between the upper bowl basket and the lower bowl basket with larger space, the water collecting bin is arranged at the bottom of the tableware basket directly by utilizing the top spray arm, water flows are respectively sprayed to different areas of the tableware basket layer through the circumference and the bottom of the water collecting bin, the outer ring part is sprayed with flaky water which can sweep a large area, the inner ring part is sprayed with columnar water with larger strength, tableware suitable for cleaning difficulty can be placed in the corresponding area, and the spray strength is adjusted on the basis of multi-angle spray, so that the cleaning effect is improved.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the embodiments of the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the cleaning machine of the embodiment includes a box 1, an upper bowl basket 2, a lower bowl basket 3, a bottom spray arm 4, and a top spray arm 5, wherein the upper bowl basket 2 and the lower bowl basket 3 are arranged in the box 1 at intervals up and down, the bottom spray arm 4 is rotatably arranged below the lower bowl basket 3 and is used for spraying and cleaning tableware in the lower bowl basket 3, and the top spray arm 4 is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the upper bowl basket 2 and is used for spraying and cleaning tableware in the upper bowl basket 2.
A relatively large space is reserved between the upper bowl basket 2 and the lower bowl basket 3, a tableware basket layer 6 is arranged in the space, a water collecting bin 51 extending downwards is arranged at the bottom of the top spray arm 5, a water outlet 511 extending along the circumferential direction and spraying to the outer ring part of the tableware basket layer 6 in a sheet-shaped water track is formed in the side part of the water collecting bin 51, and a water outlet 512 capable of longitudinally spraying to the inner ring part of the tableware basket layer 6 is formed in the bottom of the water collecting bin 51.
Specifically, a barrel-shaped water collecting box 50 is arranged below the top spray arm 5, and the water collecting box 50 is hollow to form a water collecting bin 51. The bottom wall of the top spray arm 5 is provided with a water passing port 513 which is communicated with the water collecting bin 51, the water outlet 511 is arranged on the side wall of the water collecting box 50, and the water outlet 512 is arranged on the bottom wall of the water collecting box 50.
The water outlets 511 are elongated and open along the circumferential direction of the water collecting box 50, and the water outlets 511 are two and symmetrically arranged on the peripheral wall of the water collecting box 50. So that a large-area sheet-shaped water track is formed through the water outlet 511 along with the rotation of the top spray arm 5, and the washing effect on tableware is improved.
The water outlet 512 comprises a first water outlet 5121, a second water outlet 5122 and a third water outlet 5123, the first water outlet 5121 is a circular hole and is located at the central part of the bottom wall of the water collecting box 50, the second water outlet 5122 and the third water outlet 5123 are rectangular holes and are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the first water outlet 5121, and the second water outlet 5122 and the third water outlet 5123 are obliquely arranged along the water flow direction and have opposite oblique directions. By adopting the structure, the three water outlets respectively spray water columns in different directions and tracks, so that the spraying range can be increased, the cleaning dead angle can be eliminated, and the cleaning effect on tableware can be improved.
The second water outlet 5122 is disposed near the first water outlet 511a, the third water outlet 5123 is disposed near the second water outlet 511b, the second water outlet 5122 is inclined from the first water outlet 5121 to the first water outlet 511a on the adjacent side thereof in the water flow direction, the third water outlet 5123 is inclined from the second water outlet 511b on the adjacent side thereof in the water flow direction, and the second water outlet 5122 and the third water outlet 5123 form a symmetrical splayed structure with the first water outlet 5121 as the center in the cross section. The structure is favorable for forming a spraying area with relatively fixed range and track through the second water outlet 5122 and the third water outlet 5123, and the cleaning effect of the area is improved.
In this embodiment, the impeller 7 capable of rotating under the impact of water flow to alternately open and close the two water outlets 511 is provided in the water collecting box 50, and the second water outlet 5122 is kept open and the third water outlet 5123 is kept closed or the flow rate is reduced in a state that the first water outlet 511a is opened and the second water outlet 511b is closed, and the third water outlet 5123 is kept open and the second water outlet 5122 is kept closed or the flow rate is reduced in a state that the second water outlet 511b is opened and the first water outlet 511a is closed. The two water outlets are alternately opened and closed through the impeller 7, so that the flow and the pressure of water waves sprayed from the water outlets are increased, and the cleaning effect is improved. Because the impeller 7 floats up and down under the buoyancy of water, the impeller 7 cannot completely close the second water outlet 5122 and the third water outlet 5123 for a long time, but intermittently opens and closes or increases the flow of one of the two water outlets and reduces the flow of the other water outlet, and the structure can alternately control the flow and the pressure of the jet water column in a small area, so that the cleaning effect is improved.
The impeller 7 includes a first edge 72 formed in a semicircular shape and a second edge 73 formed in an S-shape and connected end to end with the first edge 72 in a plan view, and the impeller 7 is provided with a connecting shaft 73 extending vertically at a central portion of the S-shaped second edge 72, and a lower end of the connecting shaft 73 is rotatably inserted into the first water outlet 5121. With the above structure, the S-shaped second edge 72 is beneficial to driving the impeller 7 to rotate under the impact of water flow, and reduces energy loss.
The peripheral wall corresponding to the first edge 71 of the impeller 7 in this embodiment is used to control the alternate opening and closing of the two water outlets 511 when it rotates, and the bottom wall of the impeller 7 is used to control the alternate opening and closing or flow adjustment of the second water outlet 5122 and the third water outlet 5123 when it rotates.
The outer diameter of the connecting shaft 73 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first water outlet 5121, a gap 5120 is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the connecting shaft 73 and the inner circumferential surface of the first water outlet 5121 when the assembly is completed, a limit ring 731 capable of being limited against the outer bottom wall of the water collecting box 50 is arranged at the lower end of the connecting shaft 73, the impeller 7 floats up and down under the buoyancy of water and the water spraying power in the cleaning process, and a water guide gap 730 with automatically-adjusted height is formed between the upper surface of the limit ring 731 and the lower surface of the water collecting box 50. By adopting the structure, in the spraying process, the size of the water guide gap 730 is automatically adjusted along with the water flow and the buoyancy of water, so that the angle and the strength of sprayed water are controlled, the cleaning range is diffused, and the cleaning effect is improved.
In this embodiment, a water pump assembly 8 for supplying water is disposed at the bottom of the tank 1, a first water outlet of the water pump assembly 8 is connected with the bottom spray arm 4, and a second water outlet is connected with the top spray arm 5 through a water guide pipe 81.
