In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. The application provides a method for issuing a meal replacement instance, which mainly aims at an application scene that an enterprise issues meal replacement to staff through an online service platform, and provides a method for issuing with high flexibility.
For example, fig. 1-a shows an application system of the method of the present application, which includes at least one computer 101, a server 102 and a plurality of mobile phones 103, where the computer 101 represents a unit data processing end, i.e. a terminal device for setting meal supplement policies for an enterprise, the server 102 represents a service end based on an online service platform, the mobile phones 103 represents an employee data processing end, i.e. a terminal device for receiving and using meal supplements for an employee, and both the computer 101 and the mobile phones 103 can communicate with the server 102. The unit data processing end sends the set meal supplement setting strategy to the service end, and the service end generates a meal supplement instance according to the meal supplement setting strategy and sends the meal supplement instance to the employee data processing end. Based on the application system, the issuing method of the meal replacement example comprises the following steps:
The unit data processing end is operated with meal replacement issuing software based on the meal ordering platform, and enterprise users log in the unit account through the meal replacement issuing software and set meal replacement strategies so as to generate meal replacement setting strategies. In order to meet various meal replacement and hair delivery requirements, the meal replacement and hair delivery software provides multiple meal replacement type options for different types of meal replacement, including fixed period meal replacement, attendance meal replacement, travel meal replacement, custom meal replacement and the like. And (2) as shown in the schematic diagram of an interface of the meal replacement dispensing software shown in the figure 1-b, wherein a plurality of meal replacement type options are displayed on the interface, and a meal replacement setting interface of the meal replacement of the corresponding type can be accessed by clicking any meal replacement type option. In the meal complement setting interface of each type of meal complement, more detailed meal complement related information setting can be performed. Further, specific related information of each type of meal supplements can be classified, including meal supplement basic information, meal supplement sending strategy, meal supplement using strategy and the like.
When the meal supplements need to be issued in a fixed period, the meal supplements in the fixed period can be selected from a plurality of meal supplement type options, and meal supplement basic information such as meal supplement names, meal supplement issuing amounts, meal supplement using times, meal supplement effective periods and the like are set in a meal supplement setting interface of the meal supplements, meal supplement issuing strategies such as issuing periods, issuing start dates, issuing end dates, issuing objects and the like, and meal supplement using strategies such as the number of sheets used each time, whether the meal supplements can be shared, whether the meal supplements are available in non-working days and the like. As shown in fig. 1-c, a meal supplement setting interface of fixed-period meal supplements is shown, according to the set meal supplement related information, the meal supplements are issued to staff in 200 yuan per month, the meal supplements are executed for a long time from 2022 to 1 month and 1 day, the issued meal supplements are not limited in use number and effective period, the number of used meal supplements per time is not limited, and the meal supplements can be shared with other staff in the same unit and can be used in non-working days. This type of meal supplement may be uniformly distributed as a monthly or weekly fixed supplement to all employees.
In order to meet the requirement of fine management, the meal supplements can be issued according to the attendance condition of staff. Attendance, i.e., attendance of an employee at a particular location and within a particular time period, includes attendance, late arrival, early withdrawal, sick and false, wedding holidays, funeral, public holiday, working hours, overtime conditions, etc. If the staff does not normally arrive at the post on the working day, the meal supplement on the working day can be canceled, and if the staff arrives at the post on the non-working day, the meal supplement on the non-working day can be added, that is, when the staff attendance data meets a certain attendance data condition, the meal supplement is issued to the staff meeting the condition. For example, a overtime employee is determined from the attendance data and a meal replacement is issued to the overtime employee. The method comprises the steps of selecting attendance meal supplements from various meal supplement type options, and setting meal supplement basic information such as meal supplement names, meal supplement release amounts, meal supplement use times, meal supplement effective periods and the like in a meal supplement setting interface of the type of meal supplements, meal supplement release strategies such as attendance time limiting conditions, release modes and the like, and meal supplement use strategies such as the number of each use, whether the meal supplements can be shared, whether the meal supplements are available on non-working days and the like. 1-d, according to the set meal complement related information, the meal complement is a meal complement issued to an employee who meets overtime conditions, when the attendance data of the previous day of the employee meets that the attendance card is 9 am earlier and the attendance card is 7 pm later, the attendance card and the attendance card are separated by more than 10 hours, namely, the employee is issued with a 20-element meal complement in the next day, the issued meal complement can only be used once, the effective period is 30 days, only one meal can be used at a time, and the meal complement can be shared with other employees in the same unit, and the meal complement cannot be used in a non-working day.
For staff with travel, the conventional fixed-period meal supplements cannot meet the consumption expenditure due to different consumption levels of the travel places, such as higher consumption levels of the travel places, or the work time during the travel is different from the normal work time, and the attendance meal supplements cannot be issued to the travel staff. In this case, a travel meal supplement can be selected from multiple meal supplement type options, and basic meal supplement information such as meal supplement names, meal supplement delivery amounts configured according to cities, meal supplement use times, meal supplement effective periods and the like, meal supplement delivery strategies such as delivery periods, delivery dates and the like, meal supplement use strategies such as the number of used sheets per time, whether sharable, whether available on non-working days and the like are set in a meal supplement setting interface of the meal supplements. As shown in fig. 1-e, one meal supplement setting interface of the business trip meal supplement is shown, according to the set meal supplement related information, the meal supplement is a meal supplement which is issued to staff who go on the sea or go on the Beijing, the daily issuing amount of staff who go on the two places is 100 yuan, the business trip meal supplement is issued on the working day, the number of times of use of the issued meal supplement is unlimited, the effective period is up to 2022, 12 months and 31 days, the number of used meal supplements per time is unlimited, and the meal supplement cannot be shared with other staff in the same unit, and can not be used on the working day.
In addition, for special objects in special cases, such as secretary instead of meal ordering and the like, certain staff can be independently issued by setting custom meal supplements. The method comprises the steps of selecting custom meal supplements from multiple meal supplement type options, and setting meal supplement basic information such as meal supplement names, meal supplement release amounts, meal supplement use times, meal supplement effective periods and the like in a meal supplement setting interface of the type of meal supplements, meal supplement release strategies such as release objects, release modes and the like, and meal supplement use strategies such as the number of each use, whether sharable, whether available on non-working days and the like. An exemplary meal supplement setting interface of the custom meal supplements is shown in fig. 1-f, and according to the set meal supplement related information, the meal supplements are supplementary to the meal order of the secretary of 18 yuan specially issued by the staff named as Zhang x, are issued on the same day, the number of times of use of the issued meal supplements is not limited, the effective period is not limited, the number of used meal supplements per time is not limited, and the meal supplements can be shared with other staff in the same unit, and can also be used on non-working days.
The meal supplement type is selected, the setting of relevant information of the selected meal supplement type is completed, namely, a meal supplement setting strategy is generated, then the meal supplement setting strategy is sent to a service end of a meal ordering platform through a unit data processing end, and the service end determines staff to be provided with meal supplements according to specific relevant information of the meal supplement type and staff relevant information provided by the enterprise, such as all staff information, attendance data, travel data and the like. For example, if the meal supplement type is a fixed period meal supplement, the corresponding meal supplement is determined to be issued to all employees, if the meal supplement type is an attendance meal supplement, the corresponding meal supplement is determined to be issued to the employees meeting the attendance data condition, if the meal supplement type is a travel meal supplement, the corresponding meal supplement is determined to be issued to the employees with travel, and if the meal supplement type is a custom meal supplement, the corresponding meal supplement is determined to be issued to the set issuing object. And the server generates a meal compensation instance according to the meal compensation description information in the meal compensation setting strategy, the meal compensation use strategy and the information of the staff who is about to send out the meal compensation.
The employee data processing end is operated with an order platform application, the order platform application logs in the personal account and checks the meal supplements, so that corresponding meal supplement examples issued by the server according to the meal supplement issuing strategy can be received, and the meal supplement examples can be displayed in the form of meal supplement coupons. 1-g are display interfaces for viewing four types of meal supplements through a terminal device, namely fixed cycle meal supplements, attendance meal supplements, travel meal supplements and custom meal supplements in sequence from top to bottom, each meal supplement displaying a name, an amount, a number of uses, a validity period, a number of uses per time, prompt information about whether a non-working day is available or not, and an entry control for sharing and inviting others to share. Wherein, the entry control on the travel coupon for sharing and inviting others to share is gray, indicating that the coupon is not shareable. The staff can use according to the prompt information on the meal coupon to deduct the payment amount, and can share the meal coupon with staff of the same unit or invite the staff of the same unit to share the meal coupon with the staff of the same unit.
When sharing the meal supplements with other people or inviting the other people to share the meal supplements, the meal ordering platform application can provide a sharing object list or an inviting object list, and normally the meal supplements can only be shared among staff of the same unit. Fig. 1-h shows an interface for displaying a list of sharing objects selected after clicking an entry control for sharing with others, where the staff in the list of sharing objects and the staff performing the sharing operation belong to the same entity. In addition, when sharing the meal supplements with other people or inviting the other people to share the meal supplements, the meal ordering platform application can also provide the sharing amount setting item or inviting the sharing amount setting item. FIG. 1-i shows an interface for selecting a sharing object and displaying a sharing amount setting frame after determination.

First embodiment
The first embodiment of the present application provides a method for issuing a meal replacement instance, which is applied to a server, and a specific flow is shown in fig. 2, and is a flowchart of the method for issuing a meal replacement instance provided in the first embodiment of the present application. The method for issuing the meal replacement instance shown in fig. 2 comprises the following steps of S201, S202, obtaining staff information of a meal replacement instance to be issued for the meal replacement setting policy according to unit information corresponding to a unit data processing end, S203, obtaining the meal replacement instance for the staff information according to the meal replacement setting policy and the staff information, and S204, sending the meal replacement instance to the staff data processing end corresponding to the staff information.
The following describes in detail the specific implementation of each step in the embodiment shown in fig. 2.
S201, obtaining a meal complement setting strategy sent by a unit data processing end.
The unit data processing end is used for running an online-to-offline service (O2O, online to Offline) platform, logging in a unit account through the online-to-offline service platform to set a meal compensation strategy, so that a meal compensation setting strategy is generated and sent to terminal equipment of the service end, and the terminal equipment can be a computer, a smart phone, a tablet personal computer and the like. The online-to-offline service platform may be meal replacement release software or an application based on a meal order platform. And the meal complement setting strategy is that the staff information for determining the meal complement example to be issued and the data information of the meal complement example related information are set on the online-to-offline service platform, such as meal complement issuing amount, meal complement issuing object, meal complement issuing condition, meal complement using condition and the like.
In some embodiments, corresponding meal complement type information can be obtained according to the meal complement setting strategy, for example, multiple meal complement type options are provided on meal complement sending software or application, each meal complement type option corresponds to preset meal complement type information, and corresponding meal complement type information can be found according to the meal complement type in the set meal complement setting strategy. In addition, the meal complement setting policy may also include meal complement type information, for example, the meal complement sending software or the application provides a plurality of meal complement type options, and by clicking any meal complement type option, specific meal complement type information can be set for the meal complement type, so that the meal complement type information can be obtained in the set meal complement setting policy.
The meal supplement type is used for classifying the meal supplements according to the meal supplement dispensing requirement and can comprise fixed-period meal supplements, attendance meal supplements, travel meal supplements, custom meal supplements and the like. The meal replacement type information is specific related information set for each meal replacement type, and comprises information such as meal replacement names, meal replacement delivery amounts, meal replacement delivery conditions, meal replacement use conditions and the like. For example, a fixed-cycle meal supplement is a meal supplement that is issued in a fixed cycle, and the meal supplement type information is fixed-cycle meal supplement information, which may include an issue cycle, an issue start date, an issue end date, and the like, so as to ensure that the meal supplement can be issued periodically for a period of time. The attendance meal supplement is meal supplement which is issued according to the attendance data, the meal supplement type information is the attendance meal supplement information, the attendance data condition information of issuing the meal supplement example can be included, and when the attendance data of the staff meets the attendance data condition information, the attendance meal supplement can be issued to the staff. The business trip supplements are the supplements issued according to business trip data, the type information of the supplements is business trip supplements, the business trip supplements can comprise issued amount configured according to cities, and the like, and when staff have business trip data, the staff can be issued corresponding supplements according to business trip places. The custom meal supplements are meal supplements issued to specific staff according to specific conditions, and the meal supplement type information is custom meal supplement information and can comprise specific issuing objects and the like, namely, the meal supplements are issued to the staff corresponding to the specific issuing objects.
In other embodiments, the meal complement setting policy includes meal complement description information, meal complement delivery policy, meal complement usage policy, and the like, that is, data information for determining employee information of a meal complement instance to be delivered and meal complement instance related information is set in a classified manner. The meal replacement description information is generally used for representing basic information of the meal replacement, including the name of the meal replacement, the dispensing amount of the meal replacement, the number of times of using the meal replacement, the term of validity of the meal replacement and the like. The meal replacement issue strategy is used for determining meal replacement issue objects, issue time, issue modes and the like. The meal supplement use strategy is used for determining the use mode of the meal supplement by staff, the limit conditions during use and the like.
In other embodiments, the meal replacement type information may be combined with meal replacement description information, a meal replacement sending policy, a meal replacement using policy, and the like, that is, specific contents of each meal replacement type information are set in a classified manner, that is, each meal replacement type information includes meal replacement description information, a meal replacement sending policy, and a meal replacement using policy, but contents required to be set in each meal replacement type information, the meal replacement sending policy, and the meal replacement using policy are not necessarily the same. For example, the meal replacement description information in the fixed period meal replacement information can comprise a unified standard release amount, the meal replacement description information in the travel meal replacement information can comprise a release amount configured according to a city, the meal replacement release strategy in the fixed period meal replacement information can comprise a release period, and the meal replacement release strategy in the attendance meal replacement information can comprise attendance data conditions.
In other embodiments, the meal complement setting policy includes employee information of the proposed meal complement instance set by the unit data processing end, that is, employee information of the specified meal complement delivery object in the set meal complement setting policy. The employee information can include related information such as employee name, job position, work number, contact information, meal order platform application account and the like, which can locate the meal replacement issuing object and the terminal equipment thereof.
And sending the meal supplement setting strategy set by the unit data processing end to the server, and after the server obtains the meal supplement setting strategy sent by the unit data processing end, determining employee information of the meal supplement instance to be issued and forming the meal supplement instance.
S202, staff information of a meal replacement instance to be issued aiming at the meal replacement setting strategy is obtained according to the unit information corresponding to the unit data processing end.
And if the meal complement setting strategy corresponds to the meal complement type information, obtaining the meal complement type information corresponding to the meal complement setting strategy. Further, if the meal complement setting policy includes meal complement type information, the meal complement type information may be directly obtained from the meal complement setting policy. And obtaining employee information of the meal replacement instance to be issued according to the meal replacement type information and the unit information, namely determining employee information of the meal replacement instance issuing object.
Specifically, according to the unit information corresponding to the unit data processing end, all employee information corresponding to the unit information is obtained, and employee information matched with the meal compensation type information is screened out from all employee information to serve as employee information of a meal compensation example to be issued aiming at the meal compensation setting strategy. All employee information corresponding to the unit information can be imported in advance or invoked in real time through an interface.
And naturally, the meal complement release object in the fixed period meal complement information can also be part of staff, for example, a certain staff, and part of staff information corresponding to the release object is found out from all staff information, namely, the staff information matched with the meal complement type information.
When the meal compensation type information is the attendance meal compensation information, the attendance meal compensation information comprises attendance data condition information for issuing a meal compensation example, for example, a work-in card is earlier than 9 am, a work-out card is later than 7 pm, and the work-in card and the work-out card are separated by more than 10 hours, wherein the attendance data condition information belongs to an attendance standard of overtime, namely, staff for screening overtime is taken as a meal compensation issuing object. And obtaining attendance data condition information of the meal supplement issuing example from the attendance meal supplement information, judging whether the attendance data corresponding to each employee information in all the employee information meets the attendance data condition information, and determining the employee information of which the attendance data meets the attendance data condition information as the employee information matched with the attendance meal supplement information.
When the meal replacement type information is the meal replacement information, the staff with the meal replacement data is a meal replacement issuing object, whether each staff information in all staff information has the meal replacement data is judged, and the staff information with the meal replacement data is determined to be the staff information matched with the meal replacement information.
When the meal replacement type information is custom meal replacement information, wherein the meal replacement issuing object is a specific employee generally, and the specific employee information corresponding to the issuing object is found out from all employee information, namely the employee information matched with the meal replacement type information.

The embodiment is a scheme for obtaining the overall rule of staff sharing behaviors based on big data and for helping to set meal compensation setting strategies.
In this embodiment, the third meal replacement instance for the information of the third employee is sent to the third employee data processing end, and the third meal replacement instance can be shared, and the third employee also shares the third meal replacement instance to the fourth employee multiple times. For example, for any one of the other employee information, the number of times of use requirement of the predicted food supplement instance is 5 times, the predicted average use credit requirement data is 20 yuan, and the current remaining credit data of the food supplement instance of the employee is 75 yuan, then in 5 times of future use, the average usable credit data is 15 yuan, and the average usable credit data 15 yuan is smaller than the predicted average use credit requirement data by 20 yuan, and it is obvious that the current remaining credit data of the food supplement instance of the employee cannot meet the future use requirement.
And if the current residual amount data of the meal replacement instance of any one of the other staff information can not meet the meal replacement requirements, determining that the staff is the staff with the meal replacement requirements.

For example, a first predicted usage total amount of demand data for employees with meal replacement demand is 100 yuan, and a second predicted usage total amount of demand data for employees with meal replacement instances near deadlines is 50 yuan. If the current remaining credit data of the meal replacement instance close to the deadline is 100 yuan, subtracting 50 yuan from the current remaining credit data by the second prediction total credit data, wherein the remaining 50 yuan can be used as the meal replacement instance to share the credit data. In this embodiment, the first meal replacement instance for the first employee information is sent to the first employee data processing side, and the first meal replacement instance can be shared. The first employee can actively share the meal replacement instance owned by the first employee, and after receiving the sharing invitation sent by the second employee, the first employee can be invited to share the meal replacement instance owned by the second employee. And through operation on the meal ordering platform software or the application of the first employee data processing end, a meal compensation sharing request message for requesting to share the first meal compensation instance corresponding to the first employee information to the second employee information is sent to the server. When generating the second meal replacement instance corresponding to the second employee information according to the first meal replacement instance, it is generally required to determine the sharing amount first, that is, according to the available amount data in the first meal replacement instance, that is, the meal replacement issue amount in the first meal replacement instance, to obtain the to-be-shared amount data to be shared to the second employee information. And then obtaining information copies of other information except the available credit data in the first meal compensation example, namely, generating information copies according to other information in the first meal compensation example, such as meal compensation names, meal compensation using times, meal compensation effective periods, number of used sheets each time, whether sharable, whether available on non-working days and the like, besides the available credit data.
