Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a vehicle authority authorization method which is used for solving the problem that potential safety hazards exist in the existing public vehicle authority authorization mode.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a vehicle authority authorization method, which comprises a vehicle authority authorization method based on the emergency situation of abnormal vibration and/or a vehicle authority authorization method based on the emergency situation of abnormal temperature;
the vehicle authority authorization method based on the vibration abnormal emergency situation comprises the following steps:
1.1 If the abnormal vibration of the vehicle is identified, judging the state of the vehicle and the collision situation around the vehicle;
1.2 If the vehicle is in a non-running state and no collision occurs around the vehicle, judging whether the duration of abnormal vibration exceeds a set time, and if so, starting an emergency authorization mode, wherein the emergency authorization mode comprises a closing authorization identification function;
the vehicle authority authorization method based on the emergency of temperature abnormality comprises the following steps:
2.1 Under the condition that the temperature abnormality of the vehicle is identified, judging the state of the vehicle and the combustion condition around the vehicle;
2.2 If the vehicle is in a non-driving state and combustion occurs around the vehicle, an emergency authorization mode is started, wherein the emergency authorization mode comprises a function of turning off authorization identification.
The vehicle safety control system has the advantages that the authorization identification function is closed under the condition that the vehicle is identified to be in an emergency, namely, the environment where the vehicle is located threatens the safety of the vehicle, namely, all people can use all functions of the vehicle, so that the vehicle can be quickly transferred when the vehicle parking environment is dangerous, the time for transferring the vehicle is saved, the vehicle transfer efficiency is improved, the safety of the vehicle is ensured, and the situation that the vehicle cannot be timely processed due to the fact that the use authority of the vehicle is limited is avoided.
Further, the emergency authorization mode may further include opening a vehicle door and/or opening a vehicle double flash. Through opening the vehicle door automatically to open the vehicle double flashing, make operating personnel find the vehicle in dangerous environment as early as possible, and avoided the live time that manual open the door, accelerated the process that the vehicle shifted, improved the efficiency that the vehicle shifted, and then improved the security that the vehicle shifted.
Further, if the duration of the abnormal vibration does not exceed the set time in step 1.2), recording abnormal data, and after the emergency authorization mode is started, uploading emergency information. When the vibration of the vehicle is abnormal and the vehicle is not finally in danger, abnormal data are recorded for later inspection of the vehicle to eliminate potential safety hazards of the vehicle, and information is sent to inform a vehicle manager to monitor the vehicle, so that further safety measures can be carried out on the vehicle, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.
Further, the method for authorizing the vehicle authority in the non-emergency situation is also included, and comprises the following steps:
And judging the state of the passenger door, if the passenger door is in an open state, acquiring biological characteristic information of the agent and comparing, and if the comparison is successful, opening corresponding equipment according to the authority level of the agent. By the vehicle authority authorization method, the process of obtaining the vehicle use authority by the key is simplified, and the management of the vehicle is facilitated.
The authority level is divided into five types according to the position requirements of agents, wherein the first type of authority is vehicle management authority which is all function authorities of all vehicles in a set area, the second type of authority is normal driving authority which is all function authorities of appointed vehicles, the third type of authority is charging management authority which is all function authorities of all vehicles in the set area, the fourth type of authority is vehicle cleaning authority which is all function authorities of inside and outside lamps of all vehicles in the set area, and the fifth type of authority is non-authority which is all function authorities of all vehicles in the set area which are not used. By dividing the authority level into the specific five types, different agents are realized to correspond to different authorities, and the use safety of the vehicle is ensured because the vehicle authorities which are not possessed by the agents are not opened while the agents can work normally.
Further, the biometric information includes at least one of a face, an iris, a fingerprint, a palmprint, and a voiceprint. The vehicle use permission corresponding to the agent is opened after the biological characteristic information of the agent is compared, the accuracy of agent identification is guaranteed through a biological identification mode, and the use safety of the vehicle is guaranteed after the permission is granted through biological identification.
Further, the device for identifying whether the surrounding of the vehicle collides in the step 1.2) and/or identifying whether the surrounding of the vehicle burns in the step 2.2) is a camera, the number of cameras is at least four, and the sum of the view angles of all cameras covers the surrounding of the vehicle. The cameras are arranged, the sum of the view angles of all the cameras covers the periphery of the vehicle, the equipment used for monitoring the periphery of the vehicle is collided and/or burnt, and the peripheral videos are recorded to be used as the basis for investigation of the accident process.
Further, the device for recognizing vibration in step 1.1) is an acceleration sensor, and the acceleration sensor is disposed in the vehicle instrument desk.
Further, the device for identifying the temperature in the step 2.1) is a temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor is arranged near a charging port of the vehicle and in a high-voltage battery compartment.
The authorization recognition function is further realized through the biological characteristic acquisition equipment, the installation method of the biological characteristic acquisition equipment comprises the steps of vertically installing on the upper surface of the instrument desk and vertically installing on the auxiliary platform of the instrument desk, and if the biological characteristic acquisition equipment is a camera, the installation method of the camera is to install on a stand column of a vehicle or embed into the instrument desk and is positioned above the combined instrument.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
Vehicle authority authorization method embodiment:
The invention relates to a vehicle, in particular to a pure electric bus (hereinafter referred to as a vehicle for short), which comprises a vehicle body, a power supply unit and a control system of the vehicle, wherein as shown in fig. 1, a vehicle body control module BCM is connected with an electric control system VCU, a battery management system BMS, lights inside and outside the vehicle, passenger doors and other devices and controls the devices to perform corresponding operations. The permission identification controller is connected with the permission identification switch, the vehicle power supply, the vehicle door external switch, the acceleration sensor, the temperature sensor, the biological information acquisition equipment, the combination instrument, the ON gear signal and the vehicle body control module. The vehicle authority authorization process is realized through the connection mode shown in fig. 1 and the interaction process between the devices. In this embodiment, the permission identification controller is separately provided, and as other embodiments, the permission identification module may be integrated with the vehicle controller of the vehicle. The acceleration sensor is used for detecting whether abnormal vibration exists in the vehicle, the temperature sensor is used for detecting whether abnormal temperature exists in the vehicle, the acceleration sensor is usually installed in an instrument desk of the vehicle, the acceleration sensor can be multiplexed with acceleration sensors contained in other devices on the vehicle, the temperature sensor is mainly installed near a charging port of the vehicle and in a high-voltage battery compartment, and the temperature sensor can be multiplexed with temperature sensors for other devices installed near corresponding positions. The biological information acquisition equipment is used for carrying out biological information acquisition ON the agent, compares through the permission identification controller after acquisition, opens the permission that the agent corresponds, namely through CAN communication, controls opening or closing of vehicle equipment, for example controls vehicle ON shelves power, VCU, high voltage system to power ON, and the permission identification controller is used for when receiving acceleration sensor or temperature sensor transmission's abnormal conditions information, controls permission identification switch and closes permission identification function promptly, and the permission identification controller still is used for under normal condition (i.e. under non-emergency condition), and after the door was opened, automatic opening permission identification switch carries out the discernment process to the agent.
The vehicle authority authorization method adopted by the vehicle comprises a vehicle authority authorization method based on the emergency situation of abnormal vibration and a vehicle authority authorization method based on the emergency situation of abnormal temperature.
The implementation process of the vehicle authority authorization method in the specific vibration abnormal emergency situation is as shown in fig. 5:
1) When the acceleration sensor on the vehicle detects that the vehicle has abnormal vibration and the vehicle is not in a running state, the permission identification controller can start the vehicle safety video recording equipment, start video recording and dynamically identify video recordings around the vehicle body, wherein the vehicle safety video recording equipment is a camera, and cameras are respectively arranged at the front, rear, left and right positions of the vehicle and are used for detecting that the vehicle around the vehicle or other dynamic objects collide with the vehicle. On vehicles, in particular buses, cameras are usually installed around the vehicle for video recording, which cameras can be multiplexed.
2) When the safety video equipment on the vehicle detects that the surrounding vehicle or other dynamic objects collide with the vehicle, the permission identification controller can send information to the vehicle management platform through the wireless network, warn corresponding vehicle surrounding accidents, store and upload accident data and video videos generated by the vehicle surrounding, and the vehicle detects the collision of the vehicle through the vibration sensor, including but not limited to the collision of the vehicle, the collision of other equipment, artificial intentional damage and the like. Recording surrounding video after collision is used as a basis for investigation of the incident process.
3) When the vehicle acceleration sensor detects that the vehicle is in vibration, the vibration intensity is high and the duration is long (accidents such as earthquake or surrounding explosion, building collapse and the like are suspected to happen in the area), the permission identification controller controls the vehicle to start an emergency mode, the permission identification controller closes the permission identification function and automatically opens all doors of the vehicle and opens double flashes of the vehicle (as other implementation modes, the processes of automatically opening the doors and opening the double flashes of the vehicle can be omitted), at the moment, any person can get on the vehicle to drive the vehicle, meanwhile, the permission identification controller can open the vehicle security video equipment to record video, information is uploaded, a warning is sent to a vehicle management platform, the occurrence of accidents corresponding to the surrounding of the vehicle is warned, and accident data and video recordings of the surrounding of the vehicle are stored and uploaded to the platform.
The implementation process of the vehicle authority authorization method under the specific emergency of abnormal temperature is as shown in fig. 6:
1) When a temperature sensor on the vehicle detects that the temperature around or inside the vehicle is abnormal and the vehicle is not in a running state, the permission identification controller can start the vehicle safety video recording equipment, start video recording, dynamically identify the video recording around the vehicle body and identify whether combustible combustion conditions exist, wherein the vehicle safety video recording equipment is a camera, and cameras are respectively arranged at the front, rear, left and right positions of the vehicle and are used for monitoring whether the equipment around the vehicle burns or not. On vehicles, in particular buses, cameras are usually installed around the vehicle for video recording, which cameras can be multiplexed.
2) When a temperature sensor on the vehicle does not detect the combustion condition around the vehicle or in the vehicle, the permission identification controller sends a warning to the vehicle management platform through a wireless network to warn that the temperature abnormality condition exists around the vehicle or in the vehicle, and stores and uploads data recorded by the vehicle and videos recorded by the vehicle safety video equipment to the platform;
3) When a temperature sensor on the vehicle detects that the temperature around the vehicle or the interior of the vehicle is too high or open fire combustion occurs, the permission identification controller controls the vehicle to enter an emergency mode, the permission identification controller closes the permission identification function, automatically opens all doors of the vehicle, opens the vehicle to double flash (as other embodiments, the processes of automatically opening the doors and opening the vehicle to double flash can be omitted, or other modes enabling surrounding people to notice the vehicle, such as opening a vehicle whistle function), any person can get on the vehicle to drive the vehicle, the permission identification controller can control a fire extinguishing or cooling device at a high temperature or an open fire position to work, the vehicle fire extinguishing or cooling device comprises but is not limited to fire extinguishing bombs, fire extinguishing agents, spraying systems, cooling water circulation and the like, meanwhile, the permission identification controller can open a vehicle security video recording device to record, send a warning to a bus management platform, warn that a corresponding vehicle has a fire accident, and store accident data and video recordings around the vehicle and upload the accident data and video recordings to the platform.
Detecting whether vibration abnormality and temperature abnormality exist around the vehicle through an acceleration sensor and a temperature sensor on the vehicle respectively, determining whether the vehicle is an abnormal situation endangering the safety of the vehicle through a vehicle camera, controlling the vehicle to enter an emergency mode through a permission identification controller of the vehicle under the emergency situation of threatening the safety of the vehicle, in the mode, any person can have the use authority of the vehicle, namely in the emergency mode, the authorization identification function is closed, so that when the vehicle is found to be in a dangerous condition, any person can transfer the vehicle, the high efficiency of vehicle movement in the emergency condition is ensured, and the safety of the vehicle is improved. And through opening the door and opening the vehicle double flashing automatically, warn the pedestrian and pay attention to the vehicle, reduced the time that the vehicle was found, and then guaranteed the time that the vehicle shifted. And by uploading information in the emergency, the manager can accurately and rapidly acquire the information of the vehicle, monitor the real-time state of the vehicle, and provide guarantee for carrying out the next safety measure on the vehicle and recovering the vehicle after the emergency.
In this embodiment, the emergency mode may also be triggered by a manual mode, and the specific process is as shown in fig. 4:
1) When a vehicle or station manager finds that the vehicle is in a place with a great safety risk and needs to be moved in an emergency, the manager issues emergency permission to the vehicle in charge of the manager through a mobile phone APP;
2) After receiving the emergency permission signal through the wireless network, the permission identification controller automatically closes the permission identification function, opens all doors of the vehicle and opens the double flash of the vehicle, and any person can get on the vehicle to drive the vehicle.
The emergency mode can be triggered by a manual mode, so that the high efficiency of vehicle moving is further improved, and the safety of the vehicle is ensured. In order to prevent the emergency permission from being operated by human error, an anti-misoperation mechanism is arranged at the APP end of the mobile phone, namely, in order to prevent the emergency permission from being executed by mistake at the vehicle end, the permission identification controller does not execute the emergency permission action when detecting that the vehicle is in normal running.
In this embodiment, when the vehicle is not in an emergency situation, a normal authority authorization flow is required before the corresponding function of the vehicle is used, and the vehicle use authority is divided according to the job requirements of the agent, and specifically, the vehicle use authority is divided into five categories, namely, 1, a primary authority (vehicle management authority) under which all the vehicle driving authorities in the agent owning company (or the vehicle parking station) are located (i.e. all the functions on all the vehicles in the agent opening setting area), 2, a secondary authority (normal driving authority) under which the driving authorities of a certain vehicle of the agent owning company (i.e. all the functions on the vehicle are designated to the agent) are located, 3, a tertiary authority (charging management authority) under which the charging related equipment use authority of all the vehicles in the agent owning company (or the vehicle parking station) is located (i.e. functions on the vehicle inside and outside the agent opening setting area, such as a vehicle inside and outside function, a plug-in gun charging function, a vehicle high-voltage charging function, an information inquiring function, etc.), 4, a quaternary authority (i.e. all the functions on the vehicle inside and outside the agent owning company (or the vehicle parking station) are located under the authority setting authority of the agent owning company (or the vehicle) are located in the relevant authority area) of the agent opening authority 5, an agent does not have all the functional rights to use all the vehicles within the company (or vehicle parking station) (i.e., all the functions of all the vehicles within the set area are not opened to the agent). As other embodiments, the classification of the vehicle usage right level may be performed more or less according to the actual application situation.
The vehicle authority authorization process required by a specific agent when using the vehicle is as shown in fig. 2:
1) A person needing to use the vehicle opens a storage battery cabin door, closes a manual power supply main switch positioned in the storage battery cabin, and opens the power supply of the whole vehicle;
2) The agent walks to the front door, the front door is opened by pressing a front door outer button or opening an outer air release valve, the switch signal of the front door outer button or the outer air release valve needs to be monitored at the stage, and after the vehicle door is opened, the vehicle BCM automatically wakes up the permission identification controller (through CAN communication);
3) When a person sits on the driving position (a pressure detection switch on the driving position detects that a person is on the driving position), the permission recognition controller starts a biological feature collection function, the instrument sends out corresponding prompts and collects biological features of the person on the driving position, the biological feature collection equipment can use but is not limited to facial recognition, fingerprint, palm print, voiceprint, iris and other biological feature recognition technologies, the biological feature collection equipment can be vertically arranged on the upper surface of the instrument desk or can be vertically arranged at the auxiliary table position of the instrument desk on the left hand of a driver, if the camera is adopted for biological feature collection, the camera can be arranged on the first upright column on the left side of the vehicle or can be embedded into the instrument desk and is positioned above the combined instrument, and collection is carried out through hollowed-out of the upper half of the steering wheel.
4) After the biological characteristics of the agent are acquired by the biological characteristic acquisition equipment, corresponding digital information is transmitted to the permission identification controller through the vehicle internal network, and the permission identification controller compares the biological characteristics of the agent with the biological characteristics stored in the permission identification controller;
5) After the rights identification controller finishes identification, the granted vehicle rights are informed to the agent by the instrument through characters (or symbols), and the specific operation is as follows according to different rights:
1. primary authority (emergency driving authority):
1.1 Meter prompt "you have been granted driving rights to the vehicle";
1.2 The authority identification controller controls the power-ON of the vehicle ON gear power supply, the VCU and the high-voltage system through CAN communication, and the instrument displays READY to indicate that the high-voltage power-ON of the vehicle is completed;
1.3 The instrument prompts that the brake is stepped down and the vehicle is in gear, at the moment, an agent steps down the brake, a D gear key or an R gear key is pressed down, and the instrument displays GO to indicate that the vehicle enters a running state;
1.4 The agent releases the hand brake, presses down the accelerator, and the vehicle starts to run normally;
1.5 After the driver parks the vehicle in place, the driver presses the upper P gear of the vehicle and pulls up the hand brake at the same time, and the vehicle enters a stop state;
1.6 When the right identification controller detects that the driver leaves the driver through a pressure detection switch ON the driver, the driver hangs in a P gear, a hand brake is pulled up, and the vehicle BCM is controlled to automatically start the power-down operation of the vehicle through the vehicle CAN communication when the vehicle speed is 0, and the power-down of the power supply of the ON gear of the whole vehicle, the power-down of the high voltage and the power-down of the VCU are controlled;
1.7 The agent leaves the driving position, presses a front door outer button or closes an outer door air release valve, and the vehicle BCM closes the vehicle door;
1.8 A person turns off a manual power supply main switch, and the whole primary authority using process is finished;
2. secondary right (normal driving right):
the whole workflow of the secondary authority is consistent with the primary authority, the difference is mainly that the primary authority is granted for vehicles of the whole company (or station), and the secondary authority is granted for single vehicles.
3. Three-level authority (charge management authority):
3.1 Meter prompt "you have been granted charging rights to the car";
3.2 The authority identification controller starts a vehicle ON gear power supply, a VCU and a BMS through power output, and a high-voltage system is electrified;
3.3 At the moment, the agent can open the socket of the charging gun and connect the vehicle with the charging pile to start charging the vehicle;
3.4 During charging, the instrument displays the SOC percentage in real time, and simultaneously, an agent can operate the instrument submenu to look up the high-voltage information of the vehicle;
3.5 After the charging is completed, the instrument displays that the charging is completed, at the moment, an agent pulls out a charging gun, a charging gun socket is closed, and the permission identification controller controls the power-down of the ON gear power supply of the whole vehicle, the power-down of the high voltage, the power-down of the BMS and the power-down of the VCU;
3.6 The agent leaves the driving position, presses a front door outer button or closes an outer door air release valve, and the vehicle BCM controls to close the vehicle door;
3.7 A person turns off the manual power supply main switch, and the whole three-level authority using process is finished;
4. four-level authority (vehicle cleaning authority):
4.1 The instrument prompts that you have been granted the light use permission to the vehicle;
4.2 At this time, the agent can decide whether to turn on the lights inside and outside the vehicle according to the self-demand to cooperate with the vehicle cleaning work;
4.3 After the cleaning work of the vehicle is finished, pressing a front door outer button or closing an outer door air release valve, and controlling to close a vehicle door by a vehicle BCM;
4.4 A person turns off the manual power supply main switch, and the whole four-level authority using process is finished;
5. Five-level rights (no rights):
5.1 When the rights identification controller compares the biological characteristics of the agent, the rights granted personnel consistent with the biological characteristics of the agent is not found in the database, and the personnel is identified to use the vehicle without rights;
5.2 The meter prompts that the authority identification fails, please turn off the power supply of the vehicle or contact the administrator;
5.3 The authority identification controller opens the vehicle security video equipment and starts video recording;
5.4 At the moment, if the agent leaves the driving position, the front door outer button is pressed or the door outer air release valve is closed, the vehicle door is closed, and the manual power supply main switch is closed, so that the whole process is finished;
5.5 If the agent does not turn off the manual power supply main switch within half an hour, the permission identification controller sends a warning to the public transportation management platform through a wireless network to warn whether a corresponding vehicle is logged in by a person with permission or not, the power supply of the vehicle is not turned off, and the biological characteristic information of the agent is stored and uploaded to the platform;
5.6 The vehicle (or station) manager arrives at the scene and processes the event according to the corresponding information on the alarm platform and the video stored in the vehicle safety video equipment.
Through the vehicle authority authorization process under the non-emergency condition, corresponding vehicle use authorities are opened for corresponding agents, and when the agents do not have the vehicle use authorities, the conditions are sent upwards, so that the use safety of the vehicle is ensured, the process of handing over the vehicle is simplified, and the use of the vehicle is facilitated.
The embodiment also considers the abnormal condition of the vehicle authority authorization process caused by the failure of the biological characteristic information comparison, so that the function of starting the vehicle by the traditional key is compatible, namely, the vehicle key corresponds to the second-level authority (normal driving authority) of the vehicle, and the process of obtaining the authority authorization by the vehicle key is as follows:
1) A person needing to use the vehicle opens a storage battery cabin door, closes a manual power supply main switch positioned in the storage battery cabin, and opens the power supply of the whole vehicle;
2) The agent walks to the front door, the front door is opened by pressing a front door outer button or opening an outer air release valve, the switch signal of the front door outer button or the outer air release valve needs to be monitored at the stage, and after the vehicle door is opened, the vehicle BCM automatically wakes up the permission identification controller (through CAN communication);
3) After the agent sits on the driving position, a vehicle key is inserted into the ignition lock and the vehicle is started;
4) After receiving a starting signal of an ignition lock, the right identification controller powers ON an ON gear power supply, a VCU and a high-voltage system, and an instrument displays 'READY' to indicate that the high-voltage power ON of the vehicle is completed;
5) The agent uses the vehicle, and after the vehicle is driven and parked, the agent pulls out the key of the vehicle, closes the door and closes the manual power master switch.
The authority authorization process of the embodiment includes a connection diagram of a personnel authorization system shown in fig. 3, and the specific working process is as follows:
1) The method comprises the steps that a company operation manager collects biological characteristic information of relevant responsible persons such as a driver, a station maintenance manager, a charging manager, a sanitation manager and the like which are engaged in service and company operation through collection equipment attached to a computer terminal, and inputs the biological characteristic information into a system;
2) Classifying the collected personnel information by an operation manager and granting corresponding grade authority;
3) The station manager uses the handheld equipment to connect with a permission identification controller installed on the vehicle and updates information into the permission identification controller; the handheld device can be applied by adopting a mobile phone and an APP installed on the mobile phone, and can also be replaced by adopting other handheld devices with wireless communication functions, wherein the connection mode of the handheld device and the permission identification controller can be Bluetooth connection or WIFI connection;
4) In the normal operation process, if personnel change, the operators can directly collect the information of the newly added (or deleted) personnel through the computer end, and the operators can set the authority and update the information through the computer end or the handheld device.
The biological information of the agent is input, the corresponding permission is allocated, and the biological information and the corresponding permission data are downloaded to the permission identification controller, so that the permission identification controller can start the permission corresponding to the agent after the biological identification of the agent, and the process of vehicle permission authorization is realized.
