Description

Artificial ostomy device

The present invention relates to an auxiliary artificial replacement organ applied to the human body, in particular to an artificial stoma device.

Background technique

Referring to FIG. 1, it is a conventional artificial ostomy device 1, suitable for being installed on a human body 2, the human body 2 includes an intestinal tract 21 having a radial side opening 210, and an intestinal tract 21 having a position corresponding to the diameter Epidermal tissue 22 of through port 220 that opens 210 to the side. The intestinal tract 21 includes an upstream section 211 located upstream of the radial side opening 210 and a downstream section 212 located downstream of the radial side opening 210 . The ostomy device 1 comprises a solid unit 11 adapted to extend from the radial side opening 210 to the downstream section 212 , and a solid unit 11 adapted to extend from the radial side opening 210 to the upstream section 211 The hollow unit 12 is extended. The hollow unit 12 includes a conduit 121 and two ports 122 located at opposite ends of the conduit 121 respectively. The hollow unit 12 and the solid unit 11 are co-located between the intestinal tract 21 and the epidermal tissue 22 of the human body 2, and the ports 122 are respectively connected to the upstream section 211 of the intestinal tract 21 and the outside, so that the Excrement from the upstream section 211 that should continue to be conveyed to the downstream section 212 for excretion can enter the conduit 121 from one of the ports 122 , and then be discharged from the other port 122 through the conduit 121 .

However, since the intestinal tract 21 of the human body 2 is a living organ that pushes excrement through peristalsis, and has elasticity and good extensibility, even if the artificial ostomy device 1 is properly installed, it is still difficult to protect the intestinal tract The upstream section 211 of 21 does not move relative to the catheter 121 of the hollow unit 12. When the upstream section 211 moves relative to the catheter 121 due to peristalsis, the intestinal tract 21 has elasticity and ductility. In this case, a part of the upstream section 211 may be pushed into the conduit 121 to cause blockage. When a part of the upstream section 211 is blocked in one of the ports 122, not only the excrement cannot be effectively discharged through the catheter 121, but the practitioner may also have an inflammatory reaction. A serious condition that may cause the necrosis of the 21 part of the intestine.
