Background
Collagen is a biological high molecular substance, has various biological functions and plays a role of a binding tissue in an animal connective tissue. Collagen is one of the most critical raw materials in the biotechnology industry, and is also the best medical, moisturizing, repairing, aging delaying, nutrition and other materials with huge demand. Is a main component for maintaining the shape and structure of skin, tissues and organs, and is also an important raw material for repairing each damaged tissue.
The primary way for obtaining natural collagen and collagen peptide in the past is from animal skin tissues of livestock and poultry, and the possibility of infection of mad cow disease and other related diseases exists, so that the use of the collagen and the collagen peptide product of the terrestrial mammals is limited. Nowadays, the method is gradually turning to collagen peptides such as fish skin, fish scale and the like, and the fish collagen is obviously superior to the collagen of terrestrial animals in some aspects, such as having the characteristics of low antigenicity, low allergy and the like, and can gradually replace the collagen of terrestrial animals.
More than 100 catfishes in the world belong to scale-free economic fishes, the catfishes have omnivorous meat preference, fast growth, wide application range and rich meat nutrition, swim bladders live in water body to balance up-and-down activities, and the swim bladders contain the most abundant collagen. In the world, catfishes without muscle bones are convenient to process into various aquatic products, swimming bladders are processed at the low end of the processing of the aquatic products, and at present, few processing enterprises adopt organic solvents such as acid, alkali and the like to extract collagen of the catfish swimming bladders of the catfishes, so that the environmental pollution is easily caused, the product quality and purity are low, the impurity content is high, secondary pollution of chemical substances and the like is caused, and side effects are generated on human bodies.
