Detailed Description
The application is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1-6.
The embodiment of the application discloses a heating and barbecue dual-purpose furnace. Referring to fig. 1, the dual-purpose stove for heating and roasting comprises a base 1, a stove body 2 and a net cover 3, wherein the base 1 is arranged at the bottom of the stove body 2, a stove head 21 is arranged on the upper surface of the stove body 2, and the stove head 21 in the embodiment of the application is an annular stove head. An electronic igniter 22 is arranged on the side wall of the furnace body 2. The net cover 3 is fixedly arranged on the edge of the upper surface of the furnace body 2 in a surrounding manner, and an opening is formed in the upper portion of the net cover 3. The burner 21 is covered in the net cover 3, and a plurality of air passing holes 31 are formed in the circumferential side wall array of the net cover 3.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a supporting frame 4 is detachably arranged on the net cover 3, and a baking tray 5 is arranged on the supporting frame 4. The edge of the baking tray 5 is provided with an annular flange 51, and the baking tray 5 is provided with an oil leakage hole 52. The upper surface of the baking tray 5 is provided with a strip-shaped protrusion 53. The support frame 4 includes a support tube 41 and a reinforcement ring 42, and in order to improve the stability of the baking tray 5 support, the support tube 41 is at least three, and the support tube 41 is hollow. The three support cylinders 41 in this embodiment are detachably clamped along the circumferential direction of the upper edge of the mesh enclosure 3. Specifically, the bottom of the supporting cylinder 41 is connected with a clamping block 411, the clamping block 411 is bent, the clamping block 411 and the bottom clamping groove 412 of the supporting cylinder 41 are clamped at the upper edge of the net cover 3 through the clamping groove 412, and therefore the supporting cylinder 41 is convenient to assemble and disassemble.

The top of the supporting cylinder 41 is provided with a positioning hole 413 for inserting the positioning convex ring 4211, the upper surface of the supporting block 421 is provided with a yielding hole 4213 communicated with the positioning convex ring 4211, the baking tray 5 is placed on the supporting block 421, and the oil leakage hole 52 of the baking tray 5 corresponds to the yielding hole 4213. The bearing blocks 421 on the reinforcing ring 42 are inserted into the positioning holes 413 of the supporting cylinder 41 through the positioning convex rings 4211, so that the stability of placing the baking tray 5 on the supporting frame 4 is improved, meanwhile, the oil leakage holes 52 on the baking tray 5 enable oil generated in the baking process to enter the supporting cylinder 41 through the yielding holes 4213, and therefore the oil is prevented from directly splashing in the furnace body 2, and the oil is prevented from splashing to hurt other people.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the upper part of the mesh enclosure 3 is inclined outwards, and the support cylinder 41 is clamped at the edge of the mesh enclosure 3. The upper part of the net cover 3 is arranged in an outward inclined way, so that grease entering the supporting cylinder 41 can be guided into the furnace body 2 through the inclined net cover 3 for full combustion, and the effect of saving resources is achieved.
Referring to fig. 4, the base 1 includes a support ring 11 and support pieces 12, the support pieces 12 being provided in plurality, and the plurality of support pieces 12 being provided between the furnace body 2 and the support ring 11 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the support ring 11. The support pieces 12 in this embodiment are provided in four. The stability of the overall placement can be improved by the support ring 11 on the base 1. And the diameter of the baking tray 5 is smaller than that of the supporting ring 11, and the diameter of the reinforcing ring 42 is smaller than that of the supporting ring 11.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the support frame 4 and the baking tray 5 are conveniently placed and carried after being disassembled. The reinforcing ring 42 includes a plurality of reinforcing rods 422 that are separately provided, and a detachable fixing assembly is provided between two adjacent reinforcing rods 422. The reinforcing ring 42 in this embodiment is provided in three separate pieces. And the end of the reinforcing rod 422 is provided with a notch 423, and the notches 423 of two adjacent reinforcing rods 422 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the complete reinforcing ring 42 is formed by matching. Specifically, the fixing assembly includes a bolt 424 and a nut 425, the bolt 424 is vertically fixed at the end of one of the reinforcing rods 422, the end of the adjacent other reinforcing rod 422 is provided with a mounting hole, and the bolt 424 passes through the mounting hole of the other reinforcing rod 422 and is fixed by the nut 425.
Referring to fig. 5, the lower portion of the support plate 12 is inwardly bent with a caulking groove 121, and the reinforcing ring 42 can be inserted into the caulking groove 121, so that the reinforcing ring 42 can be fastened to the support plate 12 in a clasping manner, and the baking tray 5 can pass through the support ring 11, so that the baking tray 5 is placed on the bearing block 421 in the base 1. The detachable fixing component is arranged on the reinforcing ring 42 in an embedded mode, the detachable fixing rod can be embedded on the caulking groove 121, meanwhile, the fixing component is used for fixing the fixing ring on the supporting plate 12 in a fastening mode, the baking plate is placed inside the base 1 through the bearing block 421 on the reinforcing ring 42, and the detached supporting cylinder 41 is placed on the baking tray 5, so that the baking tray is convenient to carry.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the net cover 3 is detachably provided with a cover 6, and a handle 61 is provided on the cover 6. Specifically, the side wall of the mesh enclosure 3 is provided with three horizontally arranged limiting blocks 32 along the circumferential direction at intervals, the inner side of the cover 6 is horizontally provided with three clamping blocks 62 along the circumferential direction, the clamping blocks 62 can be positioned on the lower surface of the limiting blocks 32 through the rotation of the cover 6, one side of each limiting block 32 is downwards provided with a stop block 33, the clamping blocks 62 are limited, and elastic protrusions 34 are downwards arranged on the limiting blocks 32 on one side far away from the stop blocks 33. The handle 61 on the cover 6 clamped by the net cover 3 is convenient for carrying and moving the heating stove.
The dual-purpose stove for heating and barbecue has the implementation principle that the baking tray 5 is supported on the stove body 2 through the detachable support frame 4, so that the stove body 2 can radiate heat outwards effectively and barbecue can be carried out simultaneously, the bearing blocks 421 on the reinforcing ring 42 are inserted into the positioning holes 413 of the supporting cylinder 41 through the positioning convex rings 4211, so that the stability of the baking tray 5 placed on the support frame 4 is improved, meanwhile, the oil leakage holes 52 on the baking tray 5 enable oil produced in the barbecue process to enter the supporting cylinder 41 through the yielding holes 4213, so that the oil is prevented from being splashed into the stove body 2 directly, so that people are injured by the oil splash, the detachable fixing rods can be embedded in the embedded grooves 121 through the detachable fixing components in the reinforcing ring 42, the reinforcing ring 42 is fastened on the supporting sheet 12, the baking sheet is placed in the base 1 through the bearing blocks 421 on the reinforcing ring 42, and the detached supporting cylinder 41 is placed on the baking tray 5, so that the dual-purpose stove is convenient to carry.
