Abstract
The invention discloses a formula and a manufacturing method of a wood-grain-like commodity micro-foaming injection molding material. The paint consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 85-93% of polypropylene, 5-12% of thermoplastic rubber, 1-2.3% of foaming agent, 0.7-1.5% of polyethylene wax, 0.28-0.5% of pigment and 0.18-0.35% of white mineral oil; the pigment is formed with wood grain color. The injection molding material is integrally injection molded, can form a wood grain imitation effect, has strong environmental adaptability, is moisture-proof and insect-proof, has stable quality, and can be made into daily necessities such as clothes hangers, toothpick barrels, paper towel barrels, trays and the like, and the injection molded wood grain imitation micro-foaming injection molding material is not cracked when being dried.

A preparation method of a wood-grain-like commodity micro-foaming injection molding material comprises the following steps:
1. firstly, putting the components in percentage by weight into a color mixer, mixing and stirring for 20-50 minutes;
2. then putting the material mixed with the wood grain color in the step 1 into a plastic dryer for heating and drying so as to discharge the moisture in the material;
3. putting the dried material in the step 2 into a mold of an injection molding machine for integral molding;
4. and (4) pressing, cooling and molding the material in the step (3) in a mold, and cooling for 11-15 seconds after molding is finished.

Preferably, the mixing and stirring time of the color mixer in the step 1 is 30 minutes.
Preferably, the heating temperature in the step 2 is 100 ℃.
