Background
Knee joints are the most complex of all joints of the human body because they bear most of the weight of the human body, and the knee joints frequently move in daily life, which are key parts of the activities of the lower limbs of the human body. Because of this, the rate of knee joint injury is also the highest in all joints. For those patients with early and middle knee osteoarthritis, pain can be reduced by taking medicines, wearing orthotics and the like, symptoms can be relieved, and for patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis, knee joint replacement is an option for effectively relieving knee pain and restoring knee joint mobility. For the patient who chooses to make knee joint replacement, because the operation process can cut off partial bone, replace the knee joint of metal material, the growth of muscle and tissue around it is a very lengthy process, so general knee joint replacement patient's postoperative recovery cycle is very long, generally 1-2 years, and the time that resumes the state before the operation is longer, so how to let the patient more fast safer spends recovery period, it makes very significant.
The current knee joint protection device plays a role in stabilizing the knee by tightening the bandage, but long-term wearing can influence the blood circulation of the knee, and has negative influence on the recovery of the knee.

For pressing the strap 2, the locking buckle 3 further comprises a serrated pressure plate 26, and for better adapting to the strap 2 of different shapes and compacting the strap 2, one end of the rack 25 is hinged with the serrated pressure plate 26 by a connecting pin 28, and the other end slides in the rack guide 32, considering that the thickness of the strap 2 may be uneven. The two ends of the saw-tooth pressing plate 26 are limited between the top plate 33 and the bottom plate 35 of the locking buckle bracket 27, and when the rack 25 slides in the rack guide rail 32, the distance between the saw-tooth pressing plate 26 and the binding belt 2 can be changed, so that the binding belt 2 can be pressed or loosened. The gap exists between the two ends of the saw-tooth pressing plate 26 and the top plate 33 and the bottom plate 35, so that interference is avoided when the saw-tooth pressing plate 26 deflects. Preferably, the binding band 2 is provided with a plurality of holes matched with the sawtooth pressing plate 26, and the binding band 2 can be firmly pressed through the matching of the sawtooth pressing plate 26 and the holes at different positions on the binding band 2.
In order to compress the adjusted binding band 2, the locking buckle 3 further comprises a spring pressure pin 21, a pawl spring 22 and a pawl 23, wherein the spring pressure pin 21 is provided with threads and is arranged in a threaded hole of a top plate 33 of the locking buckle support 27, the lower end of the spring pressure pin 21 is fixedly connected with one end of the pawl spring 22, the other end of the pawl spring 22 is fixedly connected with one end of the pawl 23, and the other end of the pawl 23 (the tail end of the pawl 23) is hinged with the locking buckle support 27.
As another possibility of this embodiment, one end of the pawl spring 22 is connected to the latch bracket 27, the other end is connected to the front end of the pawl 23, the rear end of the pawl 23 is hinged to the latch bracket 27, the pawl 23 is in a rebound state under the action of the pawl spring 22, the lower end of the spring pressure pin 21 abuts against the front end of the pawl 23, the pawl 23 can be made to catch the ratchet 24 when the spring pressure pin 21 moves downward, and the pawl 23 rebounds to disengage from the ratchet 24 under the action of the pawl spring 22 when the spring pressure pin 21 moves upward. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the front end of the pawl 23 refers to an end of the pawl 23 for limiting rotation of the ratchet 24.
