As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the glue outlet box 42 includes a box body 421 fixedly connected to a side wall of the glue storage box 41, a glue applying portion 422 is arranged at the bottom of the box body 421, a glue applying opening is arranged at the bottom of the glue applying portion 422, a comb-shaped glue applying sheet 423 is fixedly connected to one side of the glue applying opening, the glue applying sheet includes a transverse sheet 423a, the transverse sheet 423a bends towards the glue applying roller 2, a plurality of vertical sheets 423b are uniformly arranged below the transverse sheet 423a, a glue guiding sheet 423c is arranged at the other side of the glue applying opening, and the glue guiding sheet 423c bends towards the transverse sheet 423 a.
The glue outlet box 42 comprises a box body 421, glue liquid is filled in the box body 421, the glue liquid flows downwards into the glue applying part 422, then flows to the transverse pieces 423a of the comb-shaped glue applying piece 423 from the glue applying opening, then flows to the vertical pieces 423b along the transverse pieces 423a, the glue liquid is divided into a plurality of glue liquid by the vertical pieces 423b, finally the glue liquid is coated on the glue spreading roller 2 along the vertical pieces 423b, and the glue liquid can be guided to the transverse pieces 423a by the glue guiding pieces 423c, so that the glue liquid is prevented from directly dripping from the glue applying opening. As shown in fig. 5, under the action of the comb-shaped glue applying sheet 423, a plurality of mutually parallel glue solutions are formed on the glue applying roller 2, after the glue applying roller 2 is connected with the non-woven fabric 7, a plurality of mutually parallel glue solution strips 103 can be formed on the non-woven fabric 7, after the non-woven fabric 7 is bonded with the absorption core layer 102, a whole piece cannot be formed between the absorption core layer 102 and the non-woven fabric 7, the core layer between the two glue solution strips 103 is not bonded with the non-woven fabric 7, when the absorption core layer 102 absorbs urine, the part of the absorption core layer 102 which is not bonded with the non-woven fabric 7 can expand downwards, so that the absorption rate of the absorption core layer 102 is improved, the urine is prevented from accumulating above the absorption core layer 102, and the effects of leakage prevention and high water absorption are achieved; and the absorption core layer 102 is adhered with the non-woven fabric 7 through the parallel glue solution strips 103, so that the diaper bottom surface can form organ-shaped folds, the flexibility of the diaper bottom surface is improved, and the diaper can be more comfortable to wear. The surface of the diaper is also adhered with a surface covering layer, leakage-preventing side edges, etc., and therefore, even if there is no complete adhesion between the absorbent core layer 102 and the nonwoven fabric 7, urine does not leak out.
As shown in fig. 4, a baffle 423d is arranged at the edge of the glue applying sheet close to the glue applying roller 2, the baffle 423d is perpendicular to the glue applying sheet, and the height of the baffle 423d is 3-5 mm.
