In this embodiment, the water supply mode is high-pressure direct water supply, and the water discharge mode is water discharge from the aboard fire monitor, and in this water discharge mode, after the direct water supply valve 205 is opened, an external high-pressure water source can be delivered to the location of the fire monitor 209 through the monitor water discharge valve 206 via a pipeline, so that the direct water supply valve 205 and the monitor water discharge valve 206 are controlled to be opened, and the water discharge control from the high-pressure direct water supply to the aboard fire monitor water discharge mode can be realized.
Referring to fig. 5, the specific flow of the water outlet control process of the fire fighting truck in this embodiment is as follows:
step 501: selecting direct water supply to the water outlet of the upper fire monitor through a mode selection controller;
step 502: on the basis of the step 501, a water outlet button is pressed down, so that a command for selecting a water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck is sent to the controller;
step 503: after receiving a selected instruction of the fire fighting truck water outlet mode, the controller determines that the target water outlet mode is a direct water supply to upper fire monitor water outlet mode, and controls a direct water supply valve and a monitor water outlet valve to be opened;
step 504: the fire monitor can successfully output water automatically.
In an exemplary embodiment, when the target water outlet mode is the external suction water supply to the lower fire hose water outlet mode, the water supply valve includes an external water suction valve 204, the water outlet valve includes a lower water outlet valve 207, one end of the external water suction valve 204 is connected to an external water source, the other end of the external water suction valve 204 is connected to the fire pump 201 and the vacuum pump 202, and the fire pump 201 is connected to the lower water outlet valve 207;
based on the preset water outlet condition corresponding to the target water outlet mode, the water outlet executive component of the fire-fighting truck is controlled, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
controlling the outer water suction valve 204 to be opened;
after the outer water suction valve 204 is determined to be opened, controlling the vacuum pump 202 to be started;
if the water inlet pressure is greater than the fourth pressure threshold value, controlling the fire pump 201 to start;
and if the effluent pressure is greater than the fifth pressure threshold, controlling the vacuum pump 202 to be closed, and controlling the lower vehicle effluent valve 207 to be opened.
In this embodiment, the water supply mode is external water supply, and the water discharge mode is water discharge from the lower fire hose, in this water discharge mode, the external water suction valve 204 is first opened, after it is determined that the external water suction valve 204 is opened, the vacuum pump 202 is started to pressurize water in the pipeline, when the water inlet pressure on the inlet side of the fire pump 201 is greater than the fourth pressure threshold, the fire pump 201 is started, and when the water discharge pressure on the outlet side of the fire pump 201 is greater than the fifth pressure threshold, the vacuum pump 202 is closed, and the lower fire water discharge valve 207 is opened, so that stable water discharge from the lower fire hose is realized under the condition of external water supply.
Referring to fig. 6, the specific flow of the water outlet control process of the fire fighting truck in this embodiment is as follows:
step 601: selecting external water suction and supply to the water outlet of the lower fire hose through a mode selection controller;
step 602: on the basis of the step 601, pressing a one-key water outlet key to send a command for selecting a water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck to the controller;
step 603: after receiving a selected instruction of the fire fighting truck water outlet mode, the controller determines that the target water outlet mode is an external suction water supply to lower fire fighting water belt water outlet mode, controls an external water suction valve to be opened, and controls a vacuum pump to be opened;
step 604: when the water inlet pressure is greater than a fourth pressure threshold value P4, controlling the fire pump to start;
step 605: controlling the vacuum pump to be closed until the effluent pressure is greater than a fifth pressure threshold value P5, and stopping vacuumizing;
step 606: controlling the opening of a lower vehicle water outlet valve;
step 607: the automatic water outlet of the fire hose is successful.
Under the water outlet mode from the outer water suction supply mode to the get-off fire hose, the get-off fire hose can safely and stably discharge water through the control process, and compared with a manual control mode, the control process is more efficient and reliable.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the case where the target water outlet mode is a water tank water supply to the lower fire hose water outlet mode, the water supply valve includes a tank outlet valve 203 including a lower vehicle outlet valve 207, one end of the tank outlet valve 203 is connected to a water tank 208 of the fire fighting vehicle, the other end of the tank outlet valve 203 is connected to the fire pump 201 and the vacuum pump 202, and the fire pump 201 is connected to the lower vehicle outlet valve 207;
based on the preset water outlet condition corresponding to the target water outlet mode, the water outlet executive component of the fire-fighting truck is controlled, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
controlling the tank outlet valve 203 to open;
if the opening time of the tank water outlet valve 203 reaches a second time threshold, controlling the fire pump 201 and the vacuum pump 202 to start;
and if the effluent pressure is greater than the sixth pressure threshold, controlling the vacuum pump 202 to be closed, and controlling the lower vehicle effluent valve 207 to be opened.
In this embodiment, the water supply mode is water tank water supply, the water outlet mode is water outlet of the fire hose of the lower vehicle, under this water outlet mode, first, tank outlet valve 203 is opened, introduce the water in water tank 208, after the opening duration of tank outlet valve 203 reaches the second duration threshold value, fire pump 201 and vacuum pump 202 are started, pump in the pipeline is sent to one side of lower vehicle outlet valve 207 through fire pump 201, pressurize for the water in the pipeline through vacuum pump 202 simultaneously, when the water outlet pressure is greater than the sixth pressure threshold value, vacuum pump 202 is closed, the pressurization is stopped, and lower vehicle outlet valve 207 is opened, thereby realize the steady water outlet of the fire hose of the lower vehicle under the condition that the water tank supplies water.
Referring to fig. 7, the specific flow of the water outlet control process of the fire fighting truck in this embodiment is as follows:
step 701: selecting a water tank to supply water to the water outlet of the get-off fire hose through a mode selection controller;
step 702: on the basis of the step 701, pressing a one-key water outlet key to send a command for selecting a water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck to the controller;
step 703: after receiving a selected instruction of the water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck, the controller determines that the target water outlet mode is a water outlet mode from water supply of the water tank to water outlet of the lower fire fighting water belt, and controls the water outlet valve of the tank to be opened;
step 704: when the opening time of the tank water outlet valve reaches a second time threshold T2, controlling the fire pump and the vacuum pump to start;
step 705: until the effluent pressure is greater than a sixth pressure threshold value P6, controlling the vacuum pump to be closed, and stopping vacuumizing;
step 706: controlling the opening of a lower vehicle water outlet valve;
step 707: the getting-off fire hose can automatically discharge water successfully.
Under the water outlet mode of supplying water from the water tank to the lower fire hose, the water outlet of the lower fire hose can be safely and stably realized through the control process, and compared with a manual control mode, the control process is more efficient and reliable.
It can be understood that, to the play water mode that the water pitcher supplied water in this embodiment, in control process, after jar outlet valve opened for a certain duration, just opened the vacuum pump and carry out automatic evacuation, this operation can effectively ensure that jar outlet valve opening process is more steady, reliable, and then has improved the stability of water process.
In summary, the water outlet control method for the fire fighting truck provided by the embodiment of the invention can determine the target water outlet mode according to the selected instruction of the user on the water outlet mode, and control the corresponding water outlet execution part on the fire fighting truck to act based on the preset water outlet condition, so that different water outlet requirements under various water outlet modes can be met, and stable and efficient water outlet control is realized.
The following describes the water outlet control device of the fire fighting truck provided by the invention, and the water outlet control device of the fire fighting truck described below and the water outlet control method of the fire fighting truck described above can be referred to correspondingly.
Fig. 8 shows a water outlet control device of a fire fighting truck, which includes:
an instruction receiving module 801, configured to receive a selected instruction of a water outlet mode of the fire engine;
a first processing module 802 for determining a target water outlet pattern of the fire fighting vehicle based on the selected instruction, the target water outlet pattern including at least two;
the second processing module 803 is configured to control the water outlet execution element of the fire fighting truck based on the preset water outlet condition corresponding to the target water outlet mode, so as to control the fire fighting truck to outlet water according to the target water outlet mode;
the preset water outlet condition is established based on the water inlet pressure, the water outlet pressure and the execution sequence of the water outlet execution piece, wherein the water outlet execution piece comprises at least one part of a water supply valve, a water outlet valve, a fire pump and a vacuum pump.

if the opening time of the tank water outlet valve reaches a first time threshold, controlling the fire pump and the vacuum pump to start;
if the water outlet pressure is greater than the first pressure threshold value, controlling the vacuum pump to be closed, and controlling the cannon water outlet valve to be opened;
and after the cannon water outlet valve is opened, controlling the fire pump to operate according to a first rotating speed value.

In an exemplary embodiment, the water outlet control device of the fire fighting truck in this embodiment, the instruction receiving module 801 may be specifically configured to:
and under the condition that a selection instruction of the water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck is received and a water outlet input instruction of the fire fighting truck is received, determining that the selection instruction of the water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck is received.
In summary, in the water outflow control apparatus for a fire fighting truck according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first processing module determines the target water outflow mode corresponding to the selected instruction, and the second processing module controls the water outflow actuator of the fire fighting truck based on the preset water outflow condition corresponding to the target water outflow mode to control the fire fighting truck to discharge water according to the target water outflow mode.
Fig. 9 shows a water outlet control system of a fire fighting truck provided by an embodiment of the invention, and the system includes: an instruction input device 901 and a controller 902;
the command input device 901 is used for sending a selected command of the water outlet mode of the fire engine to the controller 902;
the controller 902 is used for receiving a selected instruction, and determining a target water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck based on the selected instruction, wherein the target water outlet mode comprises at least two modes; controlling a water outlet executive component of the fire fighting truck based on a preset water outlet condition corresponding to the target water outlet mode so as to control the fire fighting truck to outlet water according to the target water outlet mode;
the preset water outlet condition is established based on the water inlet pressure, the water outlet pressure and the execution sequence of the water outlet execution piece, wherein the water outlet execution piece comprises at least one part of a water supply valve, a water outlet valve, a fire pump and a vacuum pump.
The controller 902 may be a controller inside the fire engine or a controller outside the fire engine. In fig. 3, a controller is shown as an example of a controller outside the fire fighting vehicle, and accordingly, the command input device 901 and the fire fighting vehicle 903 are both connected to the controller 902.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the instruction input device 901 may specifically include a mode selection controller 1001 and a water output input module 1002, where the mode selection controller 1001 is mainly used for a user to select one water output mode from a plurality of water output modes as a target water output mode, and the water output input module 1002 is mainly used for the user to determine that water is output according to the selected water output mode, where the water output input module 1002 in this embodiment may be a one-key water output key, and a water output input instruction may be triggered after the one-key water output key is pressed.
In an exemplary example, a first pressure sensor 211 is arranged at the inlet of the water outlet actuator, and the first pressure sensor 211 is used for detecting the water inlet pressure of the water outlet actuator;
a second pressure sensor 212 is arranged at an outlet of the water outlet actuator, and the second pressure sensor 212 is used for detecting the water outlet pressure of the water outlet actuator.
In this embodiment, the water outlet performing element may specifically include key components on the water outlet pipeline, such as the valve component 1004, the fire pump 201, the vacuum pump 202, and the like, the valve component 1004 mainly includes a water outlet valve and a water supply valve, the water supply valve includes a tank water outlet valve, a straight water supply valve, and an external water suction valve, the water outlet valve includes a lower vehicle water outlet valve and a cannon water outlet valve, and the first pressure sensor 211 and the second pressure sensor 212 are specifically disposed on two sides of the fire pump.
When the target water outlet mode is the condition that the water tank supplies water to the water outlet mode of the fire monitor of the upper truck, the water supply valve comprises a tank water outlet valve, the water outlet valve comprises a monitor water outlet valve, one end of the tank water outlet valve is connected with the water tank of the fire truck, the other end of the tank water outlet valve is connected with the fire pump and the vacuum pump, and the fire pump is connected with the monitor water outlet valve;
the controller may be specifically configured to:
controlling the opening of a water outlet valve of the tank;
if the opening time of the tank water outlet valve reaches a first time threshold, controlling the fire pump and the vacuum pump to start;
if the water outlet pressure is greater than the first pressure threshold value, controlling the vacuum pump to be closed, and controlling the cannon water outlet valve to be opened;
and after the cannon water outlet valve is opened, controlling the fire pump to operate according to a first rotating speed value.

In an exemplary embodiment, the controller may be specifically configured to: and under the condition that a selection instruction of the water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck is received and a water outlet input instruction of the fire fighting truck is received, determining that the selection instruction of the water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck is received.
In summary, the water outlet control system of the fire fighting truck provided in the embodiment of the present invention cooperates with the fire fighting truck through the instruction input module and the controller, determines the target water outlet mode corresponding to the selected instruction through the controller, and controls the water outlet execution element of the fire fighting truck based on the preset water outlet condition corresponding to the target water outlet mode to control the fire fighting truck to discharge water according to the target water outlet mode.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a fire fighting truck, which uses the water outlet control method or comprises the water outlet control device of the fire fighting truck or comprises the water outlet control system of the fire fighting truck.
In this embodiment, the fire engine can realize stable and efficient water outlet operation by using the water outlet control method or the water outlet control device comprising the fire engine or the water outlet control system comprising the fire engine.
Fig. 11 illustrates a physical structure diagram of an electronic device, and as shown in fig. 11, the electronic device may include: a processor (processor) 1101, a communication Interface (Communications Interface) 1102, a memory (memory) 1103 and a communication bus 1104, wherein the processor 1101, the communication Interface 1102 and the memory 1103 are communicated with each other via the communication bus 1104. In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 1103 can be implemented in the form of software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the logic instructions are sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. In another aspect, the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is executed by a processor to implement the method for controlling water outflow of a fire fighting truck provided in the foregoing embodiments, where the method includes: receiving a selected instruction of a water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck; determining a target water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck based on the selected command, wherein the target water outlet mode comprises at least two modes; controlling a water outlet executive component of the fire fighting truck based on a preset water outlet condition corresponding to the target water outlet mode so as to control the fire fighting truck to outlet water according to the target water outlet mode; the preset water outlet condition is established based on the water inlet pressure, the water outlet pressure and the execution sequence of the water outlet execution piece, wherein the water outlet execution piece comprises at least one part of a water supply valve, a water outlet valve, a fire pump and a vacuum pump.

1. A water outlet control method of a fire engine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a selected instruction of a water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck;
determining a target water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck based on the selected instruction, wherein the target water outlet mode comprises at least two modes;

wherein the preset water outlet condition is established based on the water inlet pressure and the water outlet pressure of the water outlet executive component and the execution sequence of the water outlet executive component, and the water outlet executive component comprises at least one part of a water supply valve, a water outlet valve, a fire pump and a vacuum pump.

The water discharge control method of a fire fighting vehicle according to claim 1, wherein, when the target water discharge mode is a water tank water supply to a fire monitor water discharge mode of an upper vehicle, the water supply valve includes a tank water discharge valve, the water discharge valve includes a monitor water discharge valve, one end of the tank water discharge valve is connected to the water tank of the fire fighting vehicle, the other end of the tank water discharge valve is connected to the fire pump and the vacuum pump, and the fire pump is connected to the monitor water discharge valve;
based on the preset water outlet condition corresponding to the target water outlet mode, the water outlet executive part of the fire fighting truck is controlled, and the control method comprises the following steps:
controlling the opening of the tank outlet valve;
if the opening time of the tank water outlet valve reaches a first time threshold, controlling the fire pump and the vacuum pump to start;
if the water outlet pressure is larger than a first pressure threshold value, controlling the vacuum pump to be closed, and controlling the cannon water outlet valve to be opened;
and after the cannon water outlet valve is opened, controlling the fire pump to operate according to a first rotating speed value.

The water discharge control method for the fire engine according to claim 1, wherein when the target water discharge mode is an external suction water supply to upper fire monitor water discharge mode, the water supply valve includes an external suction valve, the water discharge valve includes a monitor water discharge valve, one end of the external suction valve is connected to an external water source, the other end of the external suction valve is connected to the fire pump and the vacuum pump, and the fire pump is connected to the monitor water discharge valve; based on the preset water outlet condition corresponding to the target water outlet mode, the water outlet executive part of the fire fighting truck is controlled, and the method comprises the following steps: controlling the outer water suction valve to be opened; after the outer water suction valve is opened, controlling the vacuum pump to start; if the water inlet pressure is larger than a second pressure threshold value, controlling the fire pump to start; if the water outlet pressure is greater than a third pressure threshold value, controlling the vacuum pump to be closed, and controlling the cannon water outlet valve to be opened; after the cannon water outlet valve is opened, controlling the fire pump to operate according to a second rotating speed value;
or when the target water outlet mode is a high-pressure direct water supply to upper fire monitor water outlet mode, the water supply valve comprises a direct water supply valve, the water outlet valve comprises a monitor water outlet valve, one end of the direct water supply valve is connected with a high-pressure direct water supply source, and the other end of the direct water supply valve is connected with the monitor water outlet valve; the preset water outlet condition based on the target water outlet mode corresponds to control the water outlet executive component of the fire-fighting vehicle, and the control method comprises the following steps: and controlling the opening of the direct water supply valve and the cannon water outlet valve.

The water discharge control method for the fire engine according to claim 1, wherein when the target water discharge mode is an external suction water supply to lower fire hose water discharge mode, the water supply valve includes an external suction valve, the water discharge valve includes a lower fire hose water discharge valve, one end of the external suction valve is connected to an external water source, the other end of the external suction valve is connected to the fire pump and the vacuum pump, and the fire pump is connected to the lower fire hose water discharge valve;

controlling the outer water suction valve to be opened;
after the external water suction valve is determined to be opened, controlling the vacuum pump to be started;
if the water inlet pressure is larger than a fourth pressure threshold value, controlling the fire pump to start;
and if the water outlet pressure is greater than a fifth pressure threshold value, controlling the vacuum pump to be closed, and controlling the lower vehicle water outlet valve to be opened.

The water discharge control method for a fire engine according to claim 1, wherein, when the target water discharge mode is a water tank supply to lower fire hose discharge mode, the water supply valve includes a tank water discharge valve, the water discharge valve includes a lower fire hose discharge valve, one end of the tank water discharge valve is connected to the water tank of the fire engine, the other end of the tank water discharge valve is connected to the fire pump and the vacuum pump, and the fire pump is connected to the lower fire hose discharge valve;

and if the water outlet pressure is greater than a sixth pressure threshold value, controlling the vacuum pump to be closed, and controlling the lower vehicle water outlet valve to be opened.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the selected command for the fire engine water-out mode is received by a process comprising:

wherein the preset water outlet condition is established based on the water inlet pressure and the water outlet pressure of the water outlet executive component and the execution sequence of the water outlet executive component, and the water outlet executive component comprises at least one part of a water supply valve, a water outlet valve, a fire pump and a vacuum pump.
8. A water discharge control system of a fire engine, comprising: an instruction input device and a controller;
the command input device is used for sending a selected command of the water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck to the controller;
the controller is used for receiving the selected instruction, and determining a target water outlet mode of the fire fighting truck based on the selected instruction, wherein the target water outlet mode comprises at least two modes; controlling a water outlet execution part of the fire fighting truck based on a preset water outlet condition corresponding to the target water outlet mode so as to control the fire fighting truck to discharge water according to the target water outlet mode;
wherein the preset water outlet condition is established based on the water inlet pressure and the water outlet pressure of the water outlet executive component and the execution sequence of the water outlet executive component, and the water outlet executive component comprises at least one part of a water supply valve, a water outlet valve, a fire pump and a vacuum pump.
9. The fire fighting vehicle outlet control system according to claim 8, wherein a first pressure sensor is provided at an inlet of the outlet actuator, the first pressure sensor being configured to detect an inlet pressure of the outlet actuator;
and a second pressure sensor is arranged at an outlet of the water outlet execution part and is used for detecting the water outlet pressure of the water outlet execution part.

A fire fighting vehicle, characterized in that the fire fighting vehicle uses the water outlet control method of the fire fighting vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 6 or comprises the water outlet control device of the fire fighting vehicle according to claim 7 or comprises the water outlet control system of the fire fighting vehicle according to claim 8 or 9.
