Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a flat staple stapler which is stable in structure, simple and convenient to operate and capable of stapling staples with flat ends.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the flat staple stapler comprises an upper cover, a staple channel and a base, wherein the staple channel and the upper cover are hinged to the rear part of the base, a pressing device is arranged in the upper cover, a staple is contained in the staple channel, a staple outlet is formed in the front end of the staple channel, when the upper cover is pressed down, the pressing device is suitable for pushing out the staple from the staple outlet, a flat staple device and an interlocking device are arranged on the base, the flat staple device is suitable for being matched with the pressing device to bend two ends of the staple pushed out of the staple outlet, the flat staple device is suitable for enabling the two ends of the bent staple to be flat, the interlocking device is in a locking state and an unlocking state, the interlocking device is suitable for preventing the flat staple device from contacting the staple in the locking state, a pusher is rotationally connected to the upper cover, and comprises pushing arm parts positioned on two sides of the staple channel and is suitable for being matched with the pusher to enter the interlocking device in the unlocking state.
As an improvement, the interlocking device is provided with guide parts at two sides of the nail path, the pushing arm part is suitable for being propped against the interlocking device under the guidance of the guide parts, the pusher further comprises a limiting part, a movable cavity is arranged between the pressing device and the upper cover, the limiting part is suitable for moving in the movable cavity, and the limiting part is suitable for freely falling to the bottom of the movable cavity to enable the pushing arm part to be in soft contact with the guide parts.
As an improvement, the interlocking device includes a slide lock member, a front portion of which is adapted to cooperatively lock the staple device, and a reset device, which is adapted to restore the slide lock member to a locked state, a rear portion of which is provided with a pushing portion that cooperates with the guide portion, the pushing arm portion being adapted to collide with the pushing portion when the pressing device contacts the staple.
As an improvement, the flat nail device comprises a movable seat, a flat nail device and a jacking member, wherein the rear part of the movable seat is rotationally connected with the base, the flat nail device is symmetrically rotationally arranged at the front part of the movable seat, the jacking member is arranged below the movable seat, the jacking member is suitable for being propped against the flat nail device to be matched and pressed with the pressing device, and the sliding locking member is suitable for preventing the jacking member from being propped against the flat nail device under a locking state.
As an improvement, the sliding locking member is slidably arranged below the movable seat, a locking piece is arranged below the movable seat, a containing cavity is formed in the movable seat, the locking piece is suitable for entering the containing cavity when the movable seat and the jacking member are close to each other, the sliding locking member is suitable for preventing the locking piece from entering the containing cavity in a locking state, and the height of the locking piece is the same as the height required by the jacking member to jack the staple flattening device to flatten two ends of the staple; at least one end of the guide part is arc-shaped, at least one arc-shaped end of the guide part is positioned on the moving path of the top end of the pushing arm part, and an arc-shaped transition structure is arranged at the edge of the guide part.
Specifically, the pressing device comprises a pressing sheet and a pressing rod, wherein the pressing sheet is arranged at the front part of the upper cover, the pressing sheet comprises an elastic part and a nail outlet part, the elastic part is suitable for enabling the upper cover and the pressing rod to be far away from each other, the nail outlet part penetrates through the pressing rod and stretches into the nail channel, the nail outlet part is suitable for pushing out the staple from the nail outlet when the upper cover and the pressing rod are close to each other, connecting parts are arranged on two sides of the rear part of the pressing rod, the connecting parts are suitable for being hinged with the base, a reinforcing part connected with the pressing rod is arranged between the connecting parts, the reinforcing part is suitable for being clamped and embedded between the connecting parts on two sides, the reinforcing part and the pressing rod are integrally formed, and the connecting parts are suitable for being bent between the connecting parts on two sides.
The connecting part is provided with a first clamping groove, two sides of the reinforcing part are provided with first clamping parts, the first clamping parts are suitable for being matched and clamped into the first clamping grooves, the first clamping grooves extend to the outer sides of the connecting parts to form second clamping grooves, the inner sides of the connecting parts corresponding to the second clamping grooves are provided with reinforcing ribs, and the first clamping parts are provided with second clamping parts matched and clamped into the second clamping grooves.
As an improvement, a plurality of mounting positions are arranged on the pressure rod along the length direction, a sliding block is arranged in the nail channel, a connector is arranged between the pressure rod and the sliding block, the connector is suitable for driving the sliding block to move towards the rear part of the nail channel when the pressure rod rotates to be far away from the nail channel, and the connector is suitable for being connected with any mounting position.
The connector comprises a brace, wherein the mounting position comprises first connecting holes, the first connecting holes are formed in two sides of the pressure rod, two sides of the end portion of the brace are connected with the first connecting holes in a matched mode, the connector comprises a pull rod, the mounting position comprises second connecting holes, the second connecting holes are formed in two sides of the pressure rod, a rotating shaft is arranged at the end portion of the pull rod, two ends of the rotating shaft are connected with the second connecting holes in a matched mode, the connector comprises a tension spring, the mounting position comprises a connecting hook, and the end portion of the tension spring is connected with the connecting hook in a matched mode.
As an improvement, the connecting portion is provided with a positioning bump, the connector comprises a brace, the brace is suitable for being close to the connecting portion when the compression bar rotates away from the nail path, the brace is suitable for pressing the connecting portion to deform outwards so as to penetrate through the positioning bump, and the positioning bump is suitable for preventing the brace from being far away from the connecting portion.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the beneficial effects that:
1. this flat needle stapler makes upper cover and base linkage through setting up the impeller, and push device can trigger flat nail mechanism when pushing out the staple out the nail mouth, lets push device and flat nail mechanism cooperate voluntarily to realize the flat buckling of staple, the impeller can break away from and automatic butt joint interlock, need not manual operation, and easy operation is convenient, and the butt joint of impeller and interlock is stable smooth, is difficult for appearing blocking the trouble.
2. This flat needle stapler sets up additional strengthening on the depression bar, strengthens the structure of depression bar, and this additional strengthening carries out integrated into one piece on the basis of the original structure of depression bar, reduces the assembly process, makes assembly process simpler and more convenient, need not to install extra part and carries out supplementary fixed during the assembly, lets the depression bar can bear bigger pressure when cooperating with the upper cover, is difficult for appearing warping not hard up, promotes durability and life.
3. The compression bar of the flat staple stapler is provided with various installation positions, and the cooperation linkage between the compression bar and the staple channel in different structural forms can be realized by utilizing different installation positions, so that the applicability is improved.
4. This flat needle stapler is provided with location protective structure on the depression bar, and when the depression bar rotated to open to the biggest along with the upper cover, the location bump can carry out the joint spacing with the brace cooperation, prevents depression bar and upper cover to the nail way direction rotation and fold, plays interim positioning action, conveniently operates nail way, promotes safety in utilization.

As shown in fig. 1 to 10, a preferred embodiment of the present application includes an upper cover 1, a staple way 2 and a base 3, wherein the staple way 2 and the upper cover 1 are hinged at the rear part of the base 3, a pressing device 4 is arranged in the upper cover 1, staples are suitable for being accommodated in the staple way 2, a staple outlet 21 is formed at the front end of the staple way 2, and when the upper cover 1 is pressed down, the pressing device 4 is suitable for pushing out the staples from the staple outlet 21.
Be provided with flat nail device 5 and interlock 6 on the base 3, flat nail device 5 is suitable for buckling the both ends of the staple of ejecting out nail mouth 21 with pushing down the cooperation of device 4, and flat nail device 5 is suitable for making the both ends of the staple after buckling straight, lets the staple both ends after buckling can laminate the paper book, makes things convenient for the stack of paper book, reduces the occupation of stacking space.
The interlocking device 6 has a locking state and an unlocking state, the interlocking device 6 is suitable for preventing the flat nail device 5 from contacting a staple in the locking state, the pusher 7 is rotationally connected to the upper cover 1, the pusher 7 comprises pushing arm parts 71 positioned on two sides of the nail channel 2, the pushing arm parts 71 are suitable for being matched with the upper cover 1 and the pusher 7 in a rotating way to push the interlocking device 6 to enter the unlocking state, when the pushing arm parts 71 are abutted to the interlocking device 6, the upper cover 1 continues to rotate, the top of the pushing arm parts 71 continues to move to push the interlocking device 6, at the moment, the pusher 7 can also rotate at a certain angle under the reaction force of the abutting of the interlocking device 6, the moving distance of the top of the pushing arm parts 71 is further improved, and stable linkage of the upper cover 1 and the interlocking device 6 is realized under a smaller rotating angle range.
The arm 71 is oriented to the hinge joint of the upper cover 1 and the base 3, and the preferable included angle between the arm 71 and the upper cover 1 is smaller than 90 degrees, so that the arm 71 can be conveniently hidden, the appearance of the stapler is more attractive overall, and the clamping danger generated by the arm 71 in the process of approaching the upper cover 1 and the base 3 can be reduced.
The interlocking device 6 is provided with the guide parts 51 at two sides of the nail channel 2, the pushing arm parts 71 are suitable for being abutted to the interlocking device 6 under the guidance of the guide parts 51, the guide parts 51 can enable the pushing arm parts 71 to be matched with the interlocking device 6 more smoothly, the situation that the pushing arm parts 71 move outside the interlocking device 6 and cannot be abutted successfully is avoided, at least one end of the guide parts 51 is arc-shaped, at least one arc-shaped end of the guide parts 51 is located on a moving path at the top end of the pushing arm parts 71, the moving smoothness of the pushing arm parts 71 is improved, arc-shaped transition structures are arranged at the edges of the guide parts 51, the moving smoothness of the pushing arm parts 71 is further improved, and the clamping of the pushing arm parts 71 is avoided.
The pusher 7 further comprises a limiting part 72, a movable cavity 8 is arranged between the pressing device 4 and the upper cover 1, the limiting part 72 is suitable for moving in the movable cavity 8, the limiting part 72 is suitable for falling to the bottom of the movable cavity 8 freely to enable the pushing arm part 71 to be in soft contact with the guiding part 51, and the smoothness and stability of the movement of the pushing arm part 71 are improved, wherein the soft contact means that when the pushing arm part 71 contacts the guiding part 51, if the pushing arm part 71 is of a fixed structure, the guiding part 51 interferes with the movement of the pushing arm part 71 to a certain extent, and at the moment, the limiting part 72 can move in the movable cavity 8 to guide the pushing arm part 71 to move along the guiding part 51, so that the interference phenomenon is relieved.
The interlocking device 6 includes a slide lock member 61, the front portion of which is adapted to fit to lock the flat nail device 5, and a resetter, which is provided between the base 3 and the slide lock member 61, the resetter being adapted to slide and restore the slide lock member 61 to a locked state, the resetter preferably using a spring, the rear portion of the slide lock member 61 being provided with a pushing portion 611 that is fitted with the guide portion 51, the pushing arm portion 71 being adapted to abut against the pushing portion 611 when the pressing device 4 contacts a staple, the pushing portion 611 being provided with a groove according to the orientation of the pushing arm portion 71, by which the rotation of the pusher 7 can be guided, avoiding the pushing arm portion 71 from slipping off the pushing portion 611.
The flat nailing device 5 comprises a movable seat 52, a flat nailing device 53 and a jacking member 54, wherein the rear part of the movable seat 52 is rotationally connected with the base 3, the flat nailing device 53 is symmetrically rotationally arranged at the front part of the movable seat 52, the jacking member 54 is arranged below the movable seat 52, the jacking member 54 is suitable for being abutted against the flat nailing device 53 to enable the jacking member 53 to be pressed in a matched mode with the pressing device 4, the sliding locking member 61 is suitable for preventing the jacking member 54 from being abutted against the flat nailing device 53 in a locking state, relative movement and fixation between the jacking member 54 and the flat nailing device 53 can be easily realized through the sliding locking member 61, false triggering of the flat nailing device 53 is avoided, and the use stability is improved.
The staple flat 53 is provided with the fixing groove 531, the fixing groove 531 is suitable for preventing the two ends of the staple from slipping from the staple flat 53, the bending stability of the staple is improved, the outer side of the staple flat 53 is rotationally connected with the movable seat 52, when the jacking member 54 ascends, the outer end of the fixing groove 531 firstly contacts the staple to bend, the jacking member 54 drives the staple flat 53 to rotate, and the two ends of the staple are bent along with the staple flat 53 and finally extruded to be in a flat state.
The sliding locking member 61 is slidably arranged below the movable seat 52, the locking piece 521 is arranged below the movable seat 52, the accommodating cavity 522 is formed in the movable seat 52, the locking piece 521 is suitable for entering the accommodating cavity 522 when the movable seat 52 and the jacking member 54 are close to each other, the sliding locking member 61 is suitable for preventing the locking piece 521 from entering the accommodating cavity 522 in a locking state, the height of the locking piece 521 is the same as the height required by the jacking member 54 to jack the staple flat 53 to enable the staple flat 53 to be flat, the staple flat 53 moves along with the movable seat 52, and when the height of the movable seat 52 changes, the staple flat 53 is smoothly triggered and operated, the staple flat 53 is prevented from being exposed outside the movable seat 52, the use and the structural stability of the staple flat 53 are lifted, the use state of the staple flat 53 can be conveniently observed, and the staple flat 53 is convenient to use.
The pushing arm 71 and the sliding locking member 61 are preferably plate-shaped structures, the pushing portion 611 is symmetrically and integrally formed on two sides of the plate-shaped structures, and the pushing portion 611 is also preferably plate-shaped structures, so that space can be saved, and the influence on storage and use caused by overlarge volume of the stapler can be avoided.
Be provided with the spring between the nail way 2 and the flat nailing device 5, this spring is used for making nail way 2 and flat nailing device 5 keep away from each other, conveniently carries out the staple operation of next time, also is provided with the spring in the nail way 2, and this spring is used for making the slider remove to the front portion of nail way 2, conveniently pushes up the staple that waits to use to go out nail mouth 21 and conveniently goes out the nail.
The pressing device 4 comprises a pressing sheet 41 and a pressing rod 42, the pressing sheet 41 is arranged at the front part of the upper cover 1, the pressing sheet 41 comprises an elastic part 411 and a nail outlet part 412, the elastic part 411 is suitable for enabling the upper cover 1 and the pressing rod 42 to be far away from each other, the nail outlet part 412 penetrates through the pressing rod 42 and stretches into the nail channel 2, the nail outlet part 412 is suitable for pushing out a staple from the nail outlet 21 when the upper cover 1 and the pressing rod 42 are close to each other, the nail outlet function can be achieved when the pressing sheet 41 is pressed, and the principle of resetting the upper cover 1 and the pressing rod 42 can be achieved when the pressure at the pressing sheet 41 contacts with each other, so that one part can have multiple functions and space is saved.
As shown in fig. 6, the circular arc transition is arranged at both sides of the lifting member 54 and below the inner side of the tacker 53, so that the tacker 53 can smoothly rotate when being lifted by the lifting member 54, and the stability of the flat needle operation is improved.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the two sides of the rear portion of the compression bar 42 are provided with connecting portions 421, the connecting portions 421 are suitable for being hinged to the base 3, reinforcing portions 422 connected with the compression bar 42 are arranged between the connecting portions 421, the reinforcing portions 422 are suitable for being clamped and embedded between the connecting portions 421 on the two sides, stability of the connecting structure between the reinforcing portions 422 and the connecting portions 421 can be guaranteed through a clamped and embedded structure, the reinforcing structure can be suitable for parts with smaller volume, no additional connecting parts are needed, and production and assembly are convenient.
The extension line of connecting portion 421 length direction and the extension line of depression bar 42 length direction are crisscross each other, can promote anti deformability, and reinforcing portion 422 and depression bar 42 integrated into one piece, connecting portion 421 are suitable for buckling to between the connecting portion 421 of both sides, and integrated into one piece structure can further promote the stability between reinforcing portion 422 and the connecting portion 421, and reinforcing portion 422 and connecting portion 421 after the connection are difficult for deformation more.
The reinforcing part 422 is provided with the assembly clearance between the end close to the compression bar 42 and the connecting part 421, so that structural interference between the reinforcing part 422 and the connecting part 421 due to assembly errors in the bending process is avoided, assembly difficulty is increased, and even damage is avoided.
The connection form of the reinforcing part 422 and the connecting part 421 is that a first clamping groove 4212 is formed in the connecting part 421, first clamping parts 4221 are arranged on two sides of the reinforcing part 422, the first clamping parts 4221 are suitable for being matched and clamped into the first clamping grooves 4212, and deformation and movement between the reinforcing part 422 and the connecting part 421 are prevented through the matching of the first clamping parts 4221 and the first clamping grooves 4212.
In order to further improve the connection strength of the reinforcing portion 422 and the connecting portion 421, the first clamping groove 4212 extends to the outer side of the connecting portion 421 to form a second clamping groove 4213, the connecting portion 421 is provided with a reinforcing rib 4214 on the inner side corresponding to the second clamping groove 4213, and the first clamping portion 4221 is provided with a second clamping portion 4222 which is matched with and clamped to the second clamping groove 4213.
The compression bar 42 is provided with a plurality of mounting positions 423 along the length direction, a slidable sliding block is arranged in the nail channel 2, a connector 9 is arranged between the compression bar 42 and the sliding block, the connector 9 is suitable for driving the sliding block to move towards the rear part of the nail channel 2 when the compression bar 42 rotates away from the nail channel 2, the connector 9 is suitable for being connected with any mounting position 423, and different mounting positions 423 can be connected with connectors 9 in different structural forms, so that the assembly and the usability are improved.
One structural form of the connector 9 comprises a brace, the mounting position 423 comprises first connecting holes 4231, the first connecting holes 4231 are formed in two sides of the compression bar 42, two sides of the end portion of the brace are connected with the first connecting holes 4231 in a matched mode, the brace has the advantages of being high in structural strength, good in durability, not easy to separate, and stronger in follow-up performance of the sliding block.
Another structural form of the connector 9 includes a pull rod, the mounting position 423 includes a second connecting hole 4232, the second connecting hole 4232 is disposed at two sides of the compression rod 42, a rotating shaft is disposed at an end of the pull rod, two ends of the rotating shaft are connected with the second connecting hole 4232 in a matching manner, and the pull rod has the advantage of being more convenient to mount.
Still another structural style of connector 9 includes the extension spring, and mount 423 includes coupling hook 4233, and the tip and the coupling hook 4233 cooperation of extension spring are connected, and the extension spring's advantage lies in being more nimble to the pulling of slider, can make the activity of slider and the rotation of depression bar 42 between separate each other, can manually pull the position of adjusting the slider.
The connecting portion 421 is provided with the positioning convex point 4211, the connector 9 comprises a brace, the brace is suitable for being close to the connecting portion 421 when the compression bar 42 rotates to be far away from the nail way 2, two sides of the brace are suitable for pressing the connecting portion 421 to enable the connecting portion 421 to deform outwards to pass through the positioning convex point 4211, the deformation process is difficult or simple, a proper material is required to be selected for manufacturing the connecting portion 421, materials with certain flexibility and toughness can be selected, the deformation difficulty is reduced, the resetting capability is improved, the connecting portion 421 is required to be provided with a proper thickness, the brace is prevented from being difficult to pass through the positioning convex point 4211, or the positioning convex point 4211 cannot play a role in positioning, the positioning convex point 4211 is suitable for preventing the brace from being far away from the connecting portion 421, the positioning convex point 4211 can limit the brace in a clamping mode, the compression bar 42 and the upper cover 1 are prevented from rotating and folding towards the nail way 2, a temporary positioning role is played, the nail way 2 is convenient to operate, and the use safety is improved.
The base 3 is provided with a rotating shaft, the pressing rod 42 and the nail channel 2 are hinged to the rotating shaft, the positioning convex points 4211 are suitable for being matched with the rotating shaft to clamp and fix the connector 9, positioning stability of the connector 9 is further improved, and the connector 9 is prevented from moving.
