Abstract

The embodiment of the disclosure provides an electronic certificate issuing method, device, equipment and storage medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining order statistical information of a plurality of historical orders of a target user and electronic coupon information corresponding to the plurality of historical orders; determining a first target privilege level corresponding to a target user in a plurality of privilege levels based on order statistical information and electronic privilege voucher information, wherein the plurality of privilege levels are respectively corresponding to different privilege amounts; and adjusting the discount level of the target user to be a first target discount level so as to issue the electronic discount voucher to the target user based on the discount amount corresponding to the first target discount level. The method and the device realize automatic adjustment of the discount grade of the target user through order statistical information and corresponding electronic discount voucher information, can increase rationality of issuing of the electronic discount voucher, further increase user viscosity of products, and can save discount resources.

Technical Field

The embodiment of the disclosure relates to the technical field of computer networks, in particular to an electronic certificate issuing method, device, equipment and storage medium.

Background

The rapid development of the internet economy has driven the rapid development of online freight services. In an online freight service scene, a user can submit a freight request to a server through a user side, and the server provides freight service based on the freight request.

In an actual application scenario, automatic adjustment of the electronic coupon cannot be realized for different users, and the issuance of the resource subsidy is not matched with the ordering condition of the user, so that the user viscosity is low, and further the user loss is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the disclosure provides an electronic voucher issuing method, an electronic voucher issuing device, electronic voucher issuing equipment and a storage medium, which are used for solving the problem that automatic adjustment of electronic voucher cannot be realized for different users.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic certificate issuing method, including:

acquiring order statistical information of a plurality of historical orders of a target user and electronic discount voucher information corresponding to the historical orders;

determining a first target discount grade corresponding to the target user in a plurality of discount grades based on the order statistical information and the electronic discount voucher information, wherein the plurality of discount grades respectively correspond to different discount quota;

and adjusting the discount level of the target user to the first target discount level so as to issue the electronic discount voucher to the target user based on the discount amount corresponding to the first target discount level.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the order statistics include at least one of: the total number of orders of the plurality of historical orders and the order interval time; the electronic coupon information includes at least one of: the historical orders correspond to the preferential amount, the average preferential amount corresponding to the historical orders and the minimum preferential amount corresponding to the historical orders.

According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the order statistical information and the electronic coupon information both comprise at least one, and each kind of the order statistical information and each kind of the electronic coupon information respectively correspond to different weight values; the plurality of preferential levels are respectively corresponding to different evaluation value intervals;

the determining a first target offer level corresponding to the target user in a plurality of offer levels based on the order statistics information and the electronic offer voucher information comprises:

determining a user evaluation value of the target user based on each type of order statistical information and each type of weight value corresponding to each type of electronic coupon information;

and determining the first target preferential level corresponding to the target user based on the user evaluation value and the evaluation value interval corresponding to each of the plurality of preferential levels.

According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the adjustment of the target user's offer level to the first target offer level, the method further includes:

acquiring the order quantity of the target user in a preset time period after the target user is adjusted to the first target privilege level;

determining a second target discount grade corresponding to the target user based on the order quantity, wherein the discount limit of the second target discount grade is different from that of the first target discount grade;

and adjusting the privilege level of the target user to be the second target privilege level so as to issue the electronic privilege voucher to the target user based on the privilege amount corresponding to the second target privilege level.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the determining a second target offer level corresponding to the target user based on the order quantity includes:

and if the order quantity is lower than a first preset threshold value, determining a second target privilege level with the privilege amount higher than the privilege amount corresponding to the first target privilege level as the privilege level of the target user.

and if the order number is higher than a second preset threshold value, determining a second target discount level with the discount amount lower than the discount amount corresponding to the first target discount level as the discount level of the target user.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the adjusting the target user's offer level to the first target offer level includes:

determining a target user group corresponding to the target user in a plurality of user groups, wherein each of the plurality of user groups comprises at least one user, and the plurality of user groups respectively correspond to different preferential level adjustment times;

and adjusting the discount level of the target user based on the discount level adjustment time corresponding to the target user group.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic certificate issuing apparatus, including:

the acquisition module is configured to acquire order statistical information of a plurality of historical orders of a target user and electronic coupon information corresponding to the historical orders;

a determining module configured to perform determining a first target discount level corresponding to the target user among a plurality of discount levels based on the order statistics information and the electronic coupon information, wherein the plurality of discount levels respectively correspond to different discount units;

and the adjusting module is configured to adjust the discount level of the target user to the first target discount level so as to issue an electronic discount certificate to the target user based on a discount amount corresponding to the first target discount level.

In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device, including: a memory, a processor; wherein the memory has stored thereon executable code which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the electronic certificate issuing method according to the first aspect.

In a fourth aspect, the disclosed embodiments provide a non-transitory machine-readable storage medium having stored thereon executable code, which when executed by a processor of an electronic device, causes the processor to perform the electronic credential issuance method according to the first aspect.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, assuming that automatic adjustment of electronic coupon is to be performed for different users, first, order statistics information of a plurality of historical orders of a target user and electronic coupon information corresponding to the plurality of historical orders are obtained; therefore, a first target discount grade corresponding to the target user can be determined in the multiple discount grades based on the order statistical information and the electronic discount voucher information, and the multiple discount grades respectively correspond to different discount limits; and finally, adjusting the privilege level of the target user to be a first target privilege level so as to issue the electronic privilege voucher to the target user based on the privilege amount corresponding to the first target privilege level. The method and the device realize automatic adjustment of the discount grade of the target user through order statistical information and corresponding electronic discount voucher information, can increase rationality of issuing of the electronic discount voucher, further increase user viscosity of products, and can save discount resources.

In order to make the technical solutions of the present disclosure better understood, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure.

In some of the flows described in the specification and claims of this disclosure and in the above-described figures, a number of operations are included that occur in a particular order, but it should be clearly understood that these operations may be performed out of order or in parallel as they occur herein, the order of the operations being 101, 102, etc. merely to distinguish between various operations, and the order of the operations by themselves does not represent any order of performance. Additionally, the flows may include more or fewer operations, and the operations may be performed sequentially or in parallel. The rapid development of internet economy has driven the rapid development of online freight services. The advent of online freight services also brings great convenience to people's lives. In an online freight service scene, a user can submit a freight request to a server through a user side, and the server provides freight service based on the freight request. In an actual application scene, each server can develop various preferential activities for improving the viscosity of the product and the user. However, automatic adjustment of electronic coupon issuance cannot be achieved for different users at present, efficiency and timeliness are low through manual adjustment, the problem that issuance of electronic coupons is not matched with ordering conditions of users can occur, user viscosity is low, and user loss is caused.

In order to solve the technical problem, the core idea of the electronic certificate issuing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is as follows: firstly, acquiring order statistical information of a plurality of historical orders of a target user and electronic coupon information corresponding to the plurality of historical orders; therefore, a first target discount grade corresponding to a target user can be determined in a plurality of discount grades based on order statistical information and electronic discount voucher information, and the plurality of discount grades respectively correspond to different discount quota; and finally, adjusting the privilege level of the target user to be a first target privilege level so as to issue the electronic privilege voucher to the target user based on the privilege amount corresponding to the first target privilege level.

The electronic certificate issuing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be carried out on a control device, and the control device can be an access terminal device such as a mobile phone, a PC, a notebook computer and the like, and can also be a server. The server may be a physical server or may also be a virtual server. The server can be a physical or virtual server at the user side, and can also be a cloud server.

In order to realize automatic adjustment of the privilege level of the target user, the target user needs to be analyzed in combination with the historical order of the target user. Firstly, a plurality of historical orders and order statistical information of a target user and electronic coupon information corresponding to the historical orders are obtained.

In practical applications, the historical orders of the target user in a preset time period may be obtained, and in this embodiment, the preset time may include one week, one month, one year, or the like. It should be noted that, the preset time period is only an exemplary embodiment, and the preset time period may be any time period according to specific implementation requirements.

In this embodiment, the historical order statistics information may include a total number of orders of the plurality of historical orders, an order interval time, and the like, and further, the historical order statistics information may further include a time of a last order of the target user, and the like; the electronic coupon information may include a coupon amount corresponding to each of the plurality of historical orders, an average coupon amount corresponding to the plurality of historical orders, a minimum coupon amount corresponding to the plurality of historical orders, and the like.

Based on the order statistics and the electronic coupon information, a first target offer level corresponding to the target user can be determined in a plurality of offer levels. Specifically, the habit of placing an order of a target user can be analyzed through order statistical information and electronic coupon information, for example, the preferential sensitivity of the target user can be analyzed through information such as average preferential amount and minimum preferential amount; alternatively, the viscosity of the product by the target user may be analyzed based on the total number of orders, the interval time between orders, and the like.

Through analysis of the target user, a first target offer level of the target user may be determined. In this embodiment, the offer levels may be divided into a plurality of offer levels, and the plurality of offer levels may correspond to different offer amounts respectively. Taking the example that the privilege level includes 5 levels, the privilege amounts corresponding to the first level to the fifth level may be sequentially increased.

In practical application, the first target privilege level of the target user can be determined based on the statistical result of the order statistical information and the electronic coupon information of the target user. For example, the current benefit level of the target user is three levels, and if the statistical result represents that the viscosity between the target user and the product is low, the first target benefit level of the target user may be determined as four levels or five levels. Otherwise, the privilege level of the target user can be reduced.

After the first target privilege level of the target user is determined, the privilege level of the target user can be adjusted to the first target privilege level, and then the target user can be issued with the electronic coupon based on the privilege amount corresponding to the first target privilege level. In this embodiment, the electronic coupon may include, for example, a voucher, a red envelope, and the like.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for determining a first target offer level according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes S201 to S202.

S201, determining a user evaluation value of the target user based on each order statistical information and each weight value corresponding to each electronic coupon information.

S202, a first target preferential level corresponding to the target user is determined based on the user evaluation value and the evaluation value interval corresponding to each of the multiple preferential levels.

In this embodiment, the order statistics information and the electronic coupon information each include at least one, and each of the order statistics information and each of the electronic coupon information corresponds to a different weight value.

In this embodiment, each of the plurality of preference levels corresponds to a different evaluation value section. Taking the overall range of the user evaluation value as 1-10 and the preferential levels as classified into first-level to fifth-level as an example, the evaluation value interval corresponding to the first-level preferential level may be 1-2, the evaluation value interval corresponding to the second-level preferential level may be 3-4, the evaluation value interval corresponding to the third-level preferential level may be 5-6, the evaluation value interval corresponding to the fourth-level preferential level may be 7-8, and the evaluation value interval corresponding to the fifth-level preferential level may be 9-10.

After the user evaluation value of the target user is determined, a first target preferential level of the target user can be determined according to the evaluation value interval corresponding to each of the multiple preferential levels.

In practical applications, after the target user is adjusted for the benefit level, in order to further improve the effect of adjusting the benefit level, the order of the user may be counted again. After the target user's privilege level is adjusted to the first target privilege level, the order number of the target user in the preset time period after the target user is adjusted to the first target privilege level can be obtained.

In this embodiment, the number of orders may be compared with a preset threshold, and then a second target benefit level of the target user may be determined based on the comparison result. The preset threshold may be determined, for example, according to a total number of orders of a plurality of historical orders, or the preset threshold may be an expected value for the target user.

Specifically, if the order number is lower than a first preset threshold value, a second target privilege level with the privilege amount higher than the privilege amount corresponding to the first target privilege level is determined as the privilege level of the target user. When the order number is lower than the first preset threshold value, it indicates that there is no obvious promotion effect on the target user after the target user's privilege level is adjusted to the first target privilege level.

And if the order number is higher than a second preset threshold value, determining a second target privilege level with the privilege amount lower than the privilege amount corresponding to the first target privilege level as the privilege level of the target user. And under the condition that the order number is higher than a second preset threshold value, the target user is obviously promoted after the discount level of the target user is adjusted to be the first target discount level, and the discount level of the target user can be properly reduced in order to improve the utilization rate of the electronic discount voucher.

It should be noted that the first preset threshold is different from the second preset threshold, and the second preset threshold may be higher than the first preset threshold.

Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an electronic certificate issuing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, first, order statistics information of a plurality of historical orders of a target user and electronic offer voucher information corresponding to the plurality of historical orders are obtained, then, a first target offer level of the target user is determined according to the order statistics information and the electronic offer voucher information, and the offer level of the target user is adjusted to the first target offer level.

After the discount level of the target user is adjusted to be the first target discount level, the order quantity of the target user in a preset time period after the target user is adjusted to be the first target discount level is obtained.

If the order quantity is lower than a first preset threshold value, the privilege level of the target user is adjusted to be a second target privilege level of which the privilege amount is higher than the privilege amount corresponding to the first target privilege level. If the order quantity is higher than a second preset threshold value, the discount grade of the target user is adjusted to be a third target discount grade of which the discount limit is lower than the discount limit corresponding to the first target discount grade. If the order quantity is higher than a first preset threshold value and lower than a second preset threshold value, the privilege level of the target user is not adjusted.

In order to improve the adjustment efficiency of the privilege level, the adjustment of the privilege level can be performed for a plurality of users at the same time. However, to avoid negative impact on the product due to a large number of adjustments, multiple users may be grouped and then adjusted for privilege levels based on the grouping for the multiple users in batches.

For example, a plurality of users may be screened out of the plurality of users in proportion, and then the preferential level of the screened out plurality of users may be adjusted. And then after a preset time interval, the preferential level of the rest users is adjusted.

According to an embodiment of the disclosure, the obtaining module is further configured to perform obtaining of the order quantity of the target user within a preset time period after the adjustment to the first target offer level.

The determining module is further configured to determine a second target discount grade corresponding to the target user based on the order quantity, wherein the discount amount of the second target discount grade is different from that of the first target discount grade;

and the adjusting module is also configured to adjust the discount grade of the target user to a second target discount grade so as to issue the electronic discount voucher to the target user based on the discount amount corresponding to the second target discount grade.

According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the determining module is further configured to determine, as the benefit level of the target user, a second target benefit level with the benefit amount being higher than the benefit amount corresponding to the first target benefit level if the order number is lower than a first preset threshold.

According to an embodiment of the disclosure, the determining module is further configured to determine, as the discount level of the target user, a second target discount level where the discount amount is lower than the discount amount corresponding to the first target discount level if the order amount is higher than a second preset threshold.

According to an embodiment of the disclosure, the determining module is further configured to determine a target user group corresponding to the target user in a plurality of user groups, each of the plurality of user groups includes at least one user, and each of the plurality of user groups corresponds to different offer level adjustment times.

And the adjusting module is also configured to adjust the privilege level of the target user based on the privilege level adjusting time corresponding to the target user group.

The electronic certificate issuing apparatus shown in fig. 4 may execute the electronic certificate issuing method shown in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the implementation principle and technical effect thereof are not described again. The specific manner in which each module of the electronic certificate issuing apparatus in the above embodiments performs operations has been described in detail in the embodiments related to the method, and will not be described in detail here.

In one possible design, the structure of the electronic certificate issuing apparatus shown in fig. 4 may be implemented as an electronic device. As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 500 may include: a processor 501 and a memory 502. Wherein the memory 502 has stored thereon executable code which, when executed by the processor 501, at least enables the processor 501 to implement the electronic certificate issuing method as provided in the embodiment illustrated in fig. 1 described above.

The control device may further include a communication interface 503 for communicating with other devices.

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 602, a memory 604, a power component 606, a multimedia component 608, an audio component 610, an input/output (I/O) interface 612, a sensor component 614, and a communication component 616.

The processing component 602 generally controls overall operation of the electronic device 600, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing component 602 may include one or more processors 620 to execute instructions to perform all or some of the steps of the methods S101-S105 described above. Further, the processing component 602 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 602 and other components. For example, the processing component 602 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 608 and the processing component 602.

The memory 604 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the electronic device 600. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device 600, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 604 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile and non-volatile storage devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.

Power supply component 606 provides power to the various components of electronic device 600. The power components 606 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the electronic device 600.

The multimedia component 608 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the electronic device 600 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 608 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the electronic device 600 is in an operation mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.

The audio component 610 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 610 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device 600 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 604 or transmitted via the communication component 616. In some embodiments, audio component 610 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.

The input/output interface 612 provides an interface between the processing component 602 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.

The sensor component 614 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the electronic device 600. For example, the sensor component 614 may detect an open/closed state of the electronic device 600, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the electronic device 600, the sensor component 614 may also detect a change in the position of the electronic device 600 or a component of the electronic device 600, the presence or absence of user contact with the electronic device 600, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the electronic device 600, and a change in the temperature of the electronic device 600. The sensor assembly 614 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 614 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 614 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.

The communication component 616 is configured to facilitate communications between the electronic device 600 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The electronic device 600 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi,2G or 3G or 4G or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 616 receives broadcast signals or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 616 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.

In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 600 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.

In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 604 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 620 of the electronic device 600 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.

In addition, the disclosed embodiments provide a non-transitory machine-readable storage medium having stored thereon executable code, which when executed by a processor of an electronic device, causes the processor to perform the electronic certificate issuing method provided in the foregoing embodiment shown in fig. 1.

The above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, wherein the various modules illustrated as separate components may or may not be physically separate. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.

Claims

1. An electronic credential issuance method, comprising:

acquiring order statistical information of a plurality of historical orders of a target user and electronic coupon information corresponding to the historical orders;

The method of claim 1, wherein the order statistics comprise at least one of: the total number of orders of the plurality of historical orders and the order interval time; the electronic coupon information includes at least one of: the historical orders correspond to the preferential amount, the average preferential amount corresponding to the historical orders and the minimum preferential amount corresponding to the historical orders.

The method according to claim 1, wherein each of the order statistics information and the electronic coupon information comprises at least one, and each of the order statistics information and each of the electronic coupon information respectively has a different weight value; the plurality of preferential levels are respectively corresponding to different evaluation value intervals;

determining a user evaluation value of the target user based on each type of order statistical information and each type of electronic coupon information corresponding weight value;

4. The method of claim 1, wherein after adjusting the target user's offer level to the first target offer level, the method further comprises:
