Abstract
The invention discloses a self-locking corrugated box which comprises a first box body plate, a second box body plate, a third box body plate and a fourth box body plate, wherein opposite sides of the first box body plate and the third box body plate are fixedly connected through the second box body plate, one side, far away from the second box body plate, of the third box body plate is fixedly connected with the fourth box body plate, and the top and the bottom of the first box body plate are respectively fixedly connected with a top sealing plate and a bottom sealing plate. The folding of the second clamping mechanism and the plugging of the second clamping mechanism into the second clamping groove are adopted in the using process, so that the bottom box body plate and the bottom sealing plate can be mutually clamped and fixed, and the first clamping mechanism can be plugged into the first clamping groove after the folding is finished, so that the top sealing plate and the top box body plate can be subjected to self-locking sealing, and the sealing arrangement can be used for locking the corrugated box by utilizing the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism.

Background
Corrugated paper is a plate-like article formed by bonding liner paper and corrugated paper formed by corrugating using corrugating rolls, and is generally classified into a single corrugated board and a double corrugated board, and is classified into A, B, C, E, F types according to the size of the corrugations. The existing corrugated case needs to be sealed on the surface by using the adhesive tape in the using process, so that a certain adhesive tape is wasted, two persons are needed to be matched for sealing in the using process, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are wasted in the sealing mode, and therefore, the self-locking corrugated case is provided.

In the use process, the second clamping mechanism is folded and is inserted into the second clamping groove, so that the bottom box body plate and the bottom sealing plate are clamped and fixed with each other, the first clamping mechanism can be inserted into the first clamping groove after being folded, thus the top sealing plate and the top box body plate can be self-locked and sealed, and the corrugated box can be locked by the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism.
Preferably, a bonding part for enabling the first box plate and the fourth box plate to be fixedly connected with each other is fixedly connected to one side of the first box plate.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a self-locking corrugated box, which comprises a first box board 1, a second box board 2, a third box board 3 and a fourth box board 4, wherein opposite sides of the first box board 1 and the third box board 3 are fixedly connected through the second box board 2, one side of the third box board 3 far away from the second box board 2 is fixedly connected with the fourth box board 4, the top and the bottom of the first box board 1 are respectively and fixedly connected with a top sealing board 6 and a bottom sealing board 7, two groups of first clamping grooves 12 are formed in the surface of the top sealing board 6 in a penetrating way, two groups of second clamping grooves 13 are formed in the surface of the bottom sealing board 7 in a penetrating way, the top and the bottom of the second box board 2 and the bottom box board 4 are respectively and fixedly connected with the top box board 9 and the bottom box board 8, two sides of the top box board 3 are fixedly connected with a first clamping mechanism 10 which is fixedly and self-locking with the first clamping grooves 12, and two sides of the bottom box board 8 are fixedly connected with the first clamping mechanism 1 and the second box board 4, and two sides of the first clamping mechanism is fixedly connected with the first box board 1 and the second box board 4.
The first box board 1 and the second box board 4 are bonded with each other by using the bonding part 5 in the using process, so that the first box board 1, the second box board 2, the third box board 3 and the fourth box board 4 form a complete whole, in the locking process, the second clamping mechanism 11 is folded and inserted into the second clamping groove 13, so that the bottom box board 8 and the bottom sealing board 7 are clamped and fixed with each other, the first clamping mechanism 10 can be inserted into the first clamping groove 12 after being folded, the top sealing board 6 and the top box board 9 can be sealed in a self-locking manner, the sealing arrangement can lock the corrugated box by using the first clamping mechanism 10 and the second clamping mechanism 11, the corrugated box can be fixed without using an adhesive tape, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are saved to a certain extent.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the two sides of the bottom case plate 8 are provided with first connecting portions 14, the second clamping mechanism 11 includes a first self-locking plate 16 and a second self-locking plate 17, the first self-locking plate 16 and the second self-locking plate 17 are fixedly connected, one side of the first self-locking plate 16 is provided with a second connecting portion 15 fixedly connected with the first connecting portion 14, the first self-locking plate 16 and the second self-locking plate 17 penetrate through the top of the second clamping groove 13 and extend to the bottom of the second clamping groove 13, and a first bending line 18 is provided between the first self-locking plate 16 and the second self-locking plate 17.

After the bottom sealing plates 7 are assembled, the two sets of top sealing plates 6 are bent, then the third self-locking plate 21 and the fourth self-locking plate 22 are bent at a first step along the second bending line 23, then the bent third self-locking plate 21 and fourth self-locking plate 22 are bent at a second step along the third connecting portion 19 and the fourth connecting portion 20, then the bent third self-locking plate 21 and fourth self-locking plate 22 are inserted into the first clamping groove 12, and then the inserted third self-locking plate 21 and fourth self-locking plate 22 can be opened by themselves, so as to complete the sealing and fixing of the top sealing plates 6.
