The virtual ticket selling mechanism is a non-truly existing ticket selling mechanism, and flexible and controllable rules must be formulated for the definition of the virtual ticket selling mechanism, including avoiding confusion with the definition of the real ticket selling mechanism, fixed length, easy identification, etc., in order to facilitate the management of the airline company and the processing of the system.
The definition of the real existing air ticket selling organization in the current system is three letters and three digits, generally the distribution, the sorting and the definition are carried out according to regions, and the current system is designed in a mode that the two-word codes and four digits of the airlines are legal virtual air ticket selling organization definition modes.

Deleting the virtual ticket selling mechanism:
the newly added virtual ticket selling mechanism needs to carry out different treatments according to whether the mechanism is associated by the group of the airlines or not and the price release:
if the institution has not directionally issued any freight rates or proxy fees, then a delete may be made;
if the mechanism has the freight rate or the proxy fee which is released in a directed way, the direct price deletion is not allowed, and the freight rate is required to be cut off or released again after the release is canceled; the relevant mechanism is set mainly to keep the historical sales behavior and freight rate data of the sales organization.
2. Directional issuing of air ticket price
The marketing policy is formulated according to actual needs, the policy contains information such as a route and the like, comprises limiting conditions, and is matched with corresponding return-change rules and prices, formulated products can be directionally issued aiming at different virtual ticket marketing institutions, so that channel differentiated pricing is realized, namely, the same products are sold in different channels, and of course, because of larger difference of service capacities of different channels, different products can be sold in different channels, so that the effect of maximizing the advantages of the channels is achieved.
The virtual ticket selling mechanisms are piled in a classification mode specified by the airline company business management, the virtual ticket selling mechanisms exist in a group after being piled, the formulated freight rate products are directionally issued to the group, and at the moment, all selling mechanisms (including the virtual ticket selling mechanism and the real ticket selling mechanism) in the group can use the freight rate policy.

Next, calculation processing is performed according to the information of the freight rate, taking the above table 4 as an example, assuming that the user subscribes to the air ticket through the sales organization with the organization code XX1010, and subscribes to the Y compartment of PEK-SHA, the freight rate result is 950 cells after calculation according to the price of the official network, when the price of the official network is 1000 cells.

And calculating the agency fee according to the result of the freight rate calculation and the journey and sales organization identity in the request. The information of the air ticket price, the agent fee price and the like is integrated, and standard freight price output content, such as FC items, FN items, FP items, EI items and the like, is generated according to the result spelling rule of the freight price.
The invention is a high-efficiency low-cost implementation for a multi-channel sales differentiation policy. The invention meets the development needs of civil aviation industry, supports flexible and diversified policy products of airlines, and provides more opportunities and choices for both supply side and consumption side. The invention can be applied to the virtual ticket selling mechanism, not only achieves the purpose of distinguishing the virtual ticket selling mechanism from the real ticket selling mechanism, but also greatly multiplexes links and methods of the real ticket selling mechanism in the ticket selling process, and has less change on the whole flow. The invention effectively avoids the possibility of manual intervention price generation, brings great convenience to airline settlement, improves auditing efficiency, reduces error generation to the greatest extent, reduces income loss, and also supports differentiated pricing, so that different channels can exert respective advantages.
Before the scheme is implemented, the concept of the virtual ticket selling mechanism is not proposed, the sales policies of different channels or the proxy fee policies of the same ticket selling mechanism can only be solved by manual recording (off-line recording) of an airline company, the information cannot be quickly converted into ticket prices or proxy fees in the selling process, the training cost of sales personnel is greatly increased, the possibility of error generation is greatly increased, and the efficiency of calculation and auditing is greatly reduced. Without automated holding, multiple channel online to C sales cannot be realized. The invention solves the more and more common business scenario of automatic calculation of different sales policies or agency fee policies of different channels of the same ticketing institution, is accurate and rapid, and reduces the cost and increases the efficiency.
Corresponding to the method shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the invention also provides a device for acquiring the air ticket selling price information, which is used for supporting the specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 1, and can be arranged in an air department system.

a second determining unit 604 for determining an air ticket freight rate matching the passenger trip information based on an air ticket freight rate policy issued in advance for the sales group;
an extracting unit 605 for extracting agent fee data from the passenger trip information and the passenger information;
a third determining unit 606 configured to determine an air ticket agent fee corresponding to the agent fee data based on an agent fee policy issued in advance for the sales group;
and an integration unit 607, configured to integrate the ticket freight rate with the ticket agent fee to obtain ticket selling rate information.
In another apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a first determining unit 603 of the apparatus includes:
An acquisition subunit, configured to acquire an organization code in the sales organization identity information;
a first determination subunit for determining an institution type of the sales institution based on a format of the institution code;
and the second determining subunit is used for determining a sales group to which the sales organization belongs in each sales group of the organization type based on the sales organization identity information.
In another apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention, a second determining unit 604 of the apparatus includes:
the judging subunit is used for judging whether the air ticket freight rules issued for the sales mechanism exist in the air ticket freight policy;
a third determining subunit, configured to determine, when it is determined that there is an air ticket freight rule issued for the sales mechanism in the air ticket freight policy, whether there is an air ticket freight rule corresponding to the passenger trip information in the air ticket freight rule issued for the sales mechanism;
and the fourth determination subunit is used for determining the air ticket freight rate based on the air ticket freight rate rule corresponding to the passenger journey information when determining that the air ticket freight rate rule corresponding to the passenger journey information exists in the air ticket freight rate rules issued by the sales organization.
In another apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention, a third determining unit 606 of the apparatus includes:
a traversal subunit, configured to traverse each proxy fee rule of the proxy fee policy;
a fifth determining subunit, configured to determine, among the agent fee rules, an agent fee rule that matches the agent fee data;
and a sixth determining subunit configured to determine an air ticket agent fee based on an agent fee rule that matches the agent fee data.
In another apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
a second receiving unit configured to receive a mechanism configuration request;
a fourth determining unit configured to determine an organization type of the sales organization to be configured based on the organization configuration request;
a generation unit configured to generate an organization code for a sales organization to be configured, based on an organization code generation rule of the organization type;
and the setting unit is used for setting corresponding contents in each information field for the sales mechanism to be configured based on each information field of the mechanism type, and completing the configuration of the sales mechanism.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, which comprises stored instructions, wherein the equipment where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the method for acquiring the air ticket selling price information when the instructions run.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an electronic device, the structure of which is shown in fig. 7, specifically including a memory 701 and one or more instructions 702, where the one or more instructions 702 are stored in the memory 701, and configured to be executed by the one or more processors 703 to execute the method for acquiring the ticket selling price information by the one or more instructions 702.

Claims (10)

1. The method for acquiring the ticket selling price information is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
receiving an air ticket selling price operation request sent by a preconfigured selling organization;
acquiring sales organization identity information, passenger journey information and passenger information in the air ticket price request;
determining the mechanism type of the sales mechanism and the sales group to which the sales mechanism belongs based on the sales mechanism identity information, wherein the mechanism type is one of a virtual air ticket sales mechanism and a non-virtual air ticket sales mechanism;
determining an air ticket freight rate matching the passenger travel information based on an air ticket freight rate policy issued in advance for the sales group;
extracting agent fee data from the passenger trip information and the passenger information;
determining an air ticket agent fee corresponding to the agent fee data based on an agent fee policy issued in advance for the sales group;
and integrating the air ticket freight rate and the air ticket agency fee to obtain air ticket selling rate information.
2. The method of claim 1, the determining, based on the sales organization identity information, an organization type of the sales organization and a sales group to which the sales organization belongs, comprising:
Acquiring an organization code in the sales organization identity information;
determining an institution type for the sales institution based on a format of the institution code;
based on the sales organization identity information, a sales group to which the sales organization belongs is determined among the sales groups of the organization type.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the ticket price matching the passenger trip information based on the ticket price policy issued in advance for the sales group comprises:
judging whether an air ticket freight rule issued for the sales organization exists in the air ticket freight policy or not;
when the air ticket freight rate rules issued for the sales organization exist in the air ticket freight rate policies, determining whether the air ticket freight rate rules corresponding to the passenger journey information exist in the air ticket freight rate rules issued for the sales organization;
and when the air ticket price rule corresponding to the passenger journey information exists in the air ticket price rule issued by the sales organization, determining the air ticket price based on the air ticket price rule corresponding to the passenger journey information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining an air ticket agent fee corresponding to the agent fee data based on an agent fee policy issued in advance for the sales group comprises:
Traversing each proxy fee rule of the proxy fee policy;
determining a proxy fee rule matched with the proxy fee data in each proxy fee rule;
an air ticket agent fee is determined based on agent fee rules that match the agent fee data.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the sales organization preconfigured process comprises:
receiving a mechanism configuration request;
determining an institution type of the sales institution to be configured based on the institution configuration request;
generating an organization code for a sales organization to be configured based on an organization code generation rule for the organization type;
and setting corresponding contents in each information field for the sales organization to be configured based on each information field of the organization type, and completing the configuration of the sales organization.
6. An apparatus for acquiring ticket selling price information, comprising:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving an air ticket selling price operation request sent by a preconfigured selling organization;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring sales mechanism identity information, passenger journey information and passenger information in the air ticket price request;
a first determining unit, configured to determine, based on the sales organization identity information, a sales group to which the sales organization belongs;
A second determining unit configured to determine an air ticket freight rate matching the passenger trip information based on an air ticket freight rate policy issued in advance for the sales group;

and the fourth determination subunit is used for determining the air ticket freight rate based on the air ticket freight rate rule corresponding to the passenger journey information when determining that the air ticket freight rate rule corresponding to the passenger journey information exists in the air ticket freight rate rules issued by the sales organization.
9. A storage medium comprising stored instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed, control a device in which the storage medium is located to perform the method of acquiring ticket vending information as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and one or more instructions, wherein the one or more instructions are stored in the memory and configured to perform, by the one or more processors, the method of acquiring ticket vending information as claimed in any one of claims 1-5.
