Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent multifunctional cloud desktop system, which comprises: a client configured to execute a remote desktop protocol; the virtual machine is configured to provide operation services for the client and map the operation services to the client for display, and comprises a host and working machines with different types of configurations, wherein the configuration of the host covers the working machines, and the data which can be processed by the host comprises data which can be processed by all the working machines; and a virtual machine manager configured to be accessible by the client through the network, the virtual machine manager providing mapping management between the client and the virtual machine. The cloud desktop system can be used for configuring the versatility of the virtual machine and realizing intelligent mapping between the user and the virtual machine.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of management systems, and particularly relates to an intelligent multifunctional cloud desktop system.
Background
The cloud desktop is also called desktop virtualization and cloud computer, and is a new mode for replacing the traditional computer; after the cloud desktop is adopted, a user does not need to purchase a host computer any more, and all components such as a CPU, a memory, a hard disk and the like contained in the host computer are virtualized in a server at the rear end, so that 1-50 unequal virtual hosts can be virtualized by a single high-performance server; the front-end equipment mainly adopts a thin client (similar to a television set top box) to connect a display and a key mouse, and a user accesses a virtual machine host on a back-end server through a special communication protocol to realize interactive operation after installing the client, so that the experience effect consistent with a computer is achieved.
In general, an enterprise deploys a cloud desktop to log on a virtual machine through an account, virtual machines are configured according to requirements, configuration requirements and data management of the virtual machines required by different working groups of the enterprise are different, and therefore, different functional virtual machines are required to be set to match different post requirements, that is, the account with authority is required to log on the virtual machines with different functions.

Aiming at the problem that in the prior art, a manager needs to set account numbers with different matching requirements corresponding to different working groups to configure virtual machines with different functions in the cloud desktop deployment process, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a client configured to execute a remote desktop protocol;
the virtual machine is configured to provide operation services for the client and map the operation services to the client for display, and comprises a host and working machines with different types of configurations, wherein the configuration of the host covers the working machines, and the data which can be processed by the host comprises data which can be processed by all the working machines;
and a virtual machine manager configured to be accessible by the client through the network, the virtual machine manager providing mapping management between the client and the virtual machine.
As a preferable aspect of the foregoing solution, the virtual machine manager includes:
an interface module configured to receive, transmit data;
the log management module is configured to store log information generated by a user due to logging, operation and other actions;
the user management directory module is configured to store user information and mapped virtual machine information;
the system comprises a policy management module, a user management module and a user management module, wherein the policy management module is configured to store management policies for authenticating, identifying and managing users;
and the central processing module is configured to search, call, process, generate and calculate data.
As an preferable implementation of the foregoing technical solution, the method for providing mapping management between a client and a virtual machine by using the virtual machine manager includes:
receiving an access request from a user of a client;
authenticating login rights of a user and identifying management rights of the user;
judging whether the user is a new user or not;
when the user is a new user, mapping between the client and the host is provided, an operation log is generated, and mapping between the new user and the working machine is generated based on the operation log;
when an old user, a mapping between the client and the work machine is provided.
As the preference of the technical scheme, after judging the old user, searching the user management directory and providing the mapping between the old user and the working machine according to the user management directory;
and after judging a new user, adding an entry in the user management directory, wherein the added entry is a generated new mapping with the working machine.
As a preferable mode of the above technical solution, the method for generating a new mapping between the user and the working machine based on the operation log includes:
setting marking information Ki of different positions, wherein the different marking information Ki corresponds to working machines of different positions;
marking information Ki for all office software on a host;
marking information Ki for all data on the host;
and counting the marking information Ki in the user operation log, wherein the peak corresponding to the marking information Ki is the new working machine in the generated mapping.
Preferably, the data processable on the host is mirror image data or preset data of the enterprise data, and the mirror image data or preset data is isolated from the original production data in the enterprise production management process.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) The cloud desktop system based on the multi-functionality of the configurable virtual machine can virtualize the virtual machines with different configurations and multiple functions capable of processing different data according to different post requirements of enterprises in a server section, so that the differential requirements in the enterprise production management process are met;
(2) The intelligent mapping between the user and the virtual machine can be realized by setting a virtual machine manager in the cloud desktop system and configuring the virtual machine as a host and virtual machines with different functions, and the intelligent matching mapping between the user and the virtual machine is realized by authentication, identification and classified management of the virtual machine manager to the user.

Description of the embodiments
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments.
Examples
Fig. 1 shows a schematic architecture diagram of a multifunctional cloud desktop system, where the cloud desktop system includes a client 101, a network 102, a virtual machine manager 103, and a virtual machine 104, and the client 101 is generally configured as a thin client 101-a, and of course includes smart devices in the prior art, such as: a PC101-b and a smart phone 101-c; the client 101 obtains cloud desktop services through the network 102 using remote desktop protocols, which all employ protocols executable in the prior art.
The cloud Desktop service provides a carrier of a remote Desktop, a Virtual Desktop (Virtual Desktop) of a user exists on a cloud server in the form of a Virtual Machine (VM) 104, and the Virtual machine 104 is formed by virtualizing components of the cloud server, wherein the Virtual machine 104 in this embodiment is correspondingly divided into 1-class Virtual machines, 2-class Virtual machines, 3-class Virtual machines and 4-class Virtual machines … … n-class Virtual machines according to configuration requirements, and the number of each class of Virtual machines can be configured into a plurality of Virtual machines according to requirements. The difference between the virtual machines of each type is that the configuration on the virtual machines is different and the processing authority for the enterprise data is different, the virtual machine of type 1 is configured as a switchboard, the switchboard is provided with software and hardware configuration conditions required by the work of all posts of the enterprise, meanwhile, the switchboard is also provided with processing authority for all the data of the enterprise, other virtual machines except the virtual machine of type 1 (including the virtual machine of type 2, the virtual machine of type 3 and the virtual machine of type 4 … … n) are configured as working machines, and the working machines are provided with software and hardware configuration conditions required by the work of the corresponding posts and are granted with authority capable of processing the enterprise data of the corresponding posts. For example, if the class 2 virtual machine is configured as a working machine for financial posts, the class 2 virtual machine is configured with corresponding financial class management software and hardware configuration capable of meeting financial work requirements, and meanwhile, the class 2 virtual machine is simultaneously granted permission capable of processing financial related enterprise data; similarly, other virtual machines are configured with different software, hardware conditions and processing authorities of enterprise data according to different post requirements, and the configuration of the virtual machines is specifically configured according to different enterprises.
The virtual machine manager 103 is configured to provide mapping management between the client 101 and the virtual machine 104, after a user logs in through the client 101, the user will first connect to the virtual machine manager 103, and the virtual machine manager 103 performs intelligent matching between the user and the virtual machine 104, so as to meet the matching requirements of users with different posts on the working machine, the user accesses the virtual machine 104 (i.e. virtual desktop) allocated to the user through the client 101, and the virtual machine 104 transmits the content accessed by the user to the client 101 of the user through a remote desktop protocol for display.
The virtual machine manager 103 may be a server, a computer terminal for management, or another virtual machine, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The virtual machine manager 103 can perform authentication, identification and classification management on the login account, referring to fig. 2, the method for performing authentication, identification and classification management on the login account is as follows:
the user logs in through the client 101;
the virtual machine manager 103 receives the access request from the client 101, the virtual machine manager 103 authenticates the account number and the password information of the logged-in user, and identifies whether the user has login rights and management rights, wherein the login rights can be identified through account number and password matching strategies, the management rights are identified through account number difference management strategies, the number of users with the management rights is small, the users only can operate and manage the cloud desktop system personnel, and the users in enterprises are basically non-management users. For example, an account having management authority may be set to be in the format of "addmi-xx", and an account not having management authority may be set to be in the format of "user-xx", and the management user and the non-management user may be identified by arranging management policies on the virtual machine manager 103
When the user passes the authentication and is identified as a non-management user, searching a management log, judging whether the user is a new user, if so, mapping the new user to a class 1 virtual machine, and simultaneously starting an operation log of the new user on the class 1 virtual machine; if the old user is judged, the user management directory is searched, and the old user is mapped to the corresponding virtual machine 104. In this process, the management log refers to log confidence that the user logs in and any operation can generate, such as log generated by logging, log of operation generated by operating on the virtual machine 104, and so on.
The user management directory includes both new users and old users, and is different in that after the management log does not find log information and determines that the user is a new user, the default matching value of the virtual machine 104 in the user management directory is a virtual machine of class 1, and the old user generates a corresponding matching entry of the virtual machine 104 in the user management directory.
When a new user logs in to use the 1-type virtual machine for the first time, corresponding office software is used on the 1-type virtual machine according to the characteristics of posts of the new user, corresponding office data is processed, and then an operation log with the post characteristics is generated and recorded on the operation log; before the new user logs in for the second time, matching the post and the corresponding virtual machine 104 for the user through a post matching strategy, and adding a user catalog in a user management catalog; if the new user is a financial post, more financial management software and financial data are used when the new user logs on the class 1 virtual machine for the first time, so that the new user can be more clearly matched to the financial post and the class 2 virtual machines corresponding to the financial post by setting a matching strategy; when the user logs in again, the management log can be searched to judge that the user is an old user, the virtual machine 104 matched with the user is found to be a class 2 virtual machine in the user management directory, and the old user is mapped to the corresponding class 2 virtual machine.
In addition, it should be noted that, operations of all old users on the virtual machine 104 also correspondingly generate operation record logs, so as to facilitate production management of enterprises.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the enterprise data on the class 1 virtual machine is mirror image data or preset data, and is not the original production data in the enterprise production management process, so that all new users access the class 1 virtual machine and only affect the mirror image data or preset data on the operation thereof, and cannot affect the original production data in the enterprise production management process, that is, the mirror image data or preset data is isolated from the original production data in the enterprise production management process, so as to achieve the protection of the original production data of the enterprise.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic architecture diagram of the virtual machine manager 103. The virtual machine manager 103 includes:
an interface module configured to receive, transmit data;
the log management module is configured to store log information generated by a user due to actions such as login and operation;
a user management directory module configured to store user information and mapped virtual machine 104 information;
the policy management module is configured to store various management policies related to authentication, identification and management of users;
and the central processing module is configured to search, call, process, generate and calculate various data, such as searching log information in the log management module, searching user information and mapped virtual machine 104 information in the user management directory module, calling management strategies stored in the strategy management module and processing data to be managed (such as operation record log generated according to new user operation matches virtual machine 104 required to be mapped by the user).
In this embodiment, the method for matching the operation log generated according to the new user operation with the virtual machine 104 that the user needs to map is:
setting marking information Ki of different posts, wherein if K1 is a financial post 1, K2 is a structural design post, K2 is a material research and development post and the like;
marking all office software on the class 1 virtual machine, wherein if the software is needed for the job of the post, the software marks the mark information Ki of the post, and the software can mark a plurality of mark information Ki;
marking all data on the class 1 virtual machine, wherein if the post works by outputting or outputting corresponding data, the data marks the mark information Ki of the post, and the data can mark a plurality of mark information Ki;
and counting the marking information Ki in the user operation log, wherein the peak value corresponding to the marking information Ki is the corresponding post, and the virtual machine 104 to be mapped can be matched according to the post.

Claims (6)
1. An intelligent multifunctional cloud desktop system, comprising:
a client configured to execute a remote desktop protocol;
the virtual machine is configured to provide operation services for the client and map the operation services to the client for display, and comprises a host and working machines with different types of configurations, wherein the configuration of the host covers the working machines, and the data which can be processed by the host comprises data which can be processed by all the working machines;
and a virtual machine manager configured to be accessible by the client through the network, the virtual machine manager providing mapping management between the client and the virtual machine.
2. The intelligent, multi-function cloud desktop system of claim 1, wherein the virtual machine manager comprises:
an interface module configured to receive, transmit data;
the log management module is configured to store log information generated by a user due to logging, operation and other actions;
the user management directory module is configured to store user information and mapped virtual machine information;
the system comprises a policy management module, a user management module and a user management module, wherein the policy management module is configured to store management policies for authenticating, identifying and managing users;
and the central processing module is configured to search, call, process, generate and calculate data.
3. The intelligent multifunctional cloud desktop system according to claim 2, wherein the method for providing mapping management between the client and the virtual machine by the virtual machine manager comprises the following steps:
receiving an access request from a user of a client;
authenticating login rights of a user and identifying management rights of the user;
judging whether the user is a new user or not;
when the user is a new user, mapping between the client and the host is provided, an operation log is generated, and mapping between the new user and the working machine is generated based on the operation log;
when an old user, a mapping between the client and the work machine is provided.
4. The intelligent multifunctional cloud desktop system according to claim 3, wherein after the old user is judged, searching the user management directory and providing mapping between the old user and the working machine according to the user management directory;
and after judging a new user, adding an entry in the user management directory, wherein the added entry is a generated new mapping with the working machine.
5. The intelligent, multi-purpose cloud desktop system of claim 3, wherein the method for generating a new mapping with the work machine for the user based on the operation log comprises:
