As shown in fig. 2-4, the shutter assembly comprises a plurality of shutter strips 7, the shutter strips 7 are equidistantly and parallelly arranged, the shutter strips 7 are close to two sides of two ends and are fixedly connected with each other through side flexible pull ropes 9, the top ends of the two side flexible pull ropes 9 corresponding to the two sides are provided with rotating units, the positions of the shutter strips 7 between the corresponding side flexible pull ropes 9 are provided with through holes, middle flexible pull ropes 8 are penetrated through the through holes, the bottom ends of the middle flexible pull ropes 8 are arranged on one side of the shutter strips 7 positioned at the bottommost position, the top ends of the middle flexible pull ropes 8 are provided with rolling units, the shutter strips 7 are matched with one side of the short glass 2 and the long glass 3, which is close to each other, and the shutter strips 7 naturally droop under the action of self gravity through the arrangement of the shutter strips 7, the side flexible pull ropes 9 on two sides of the plurality of louver strips 7 can be enabled to present a height difference through rotation of the rotation unit, so that the louver strips 7 are relatively deflected, angles of the plurality of louver strips 7 are adjusted, the middle flexible pull ropes 8 are wound through the winding unit, the length of the middle flexible pull ropes 8 is changed, the height of the louver strips 7 on the bottommost side is adjusted, the length of the middle flexible pull ropes 8 is shortened, the louver strips 7 on the bottommost side are moved upwards, other louver strips 7 close to the bottommost side are automatically stacked from bottom to top to form a storage effect, when the length of the middle flexible pull ropes 8 is prolonged, the louver strips 7 on the bottommost side are moved downwards, and the other louver strips 7 close to the bottommost side are automatically separated from top to bottom to form a release effect, so that hollow areas of the louver strips 7 between the short glass 2 and the long glass 3 are adjusted.
As shown in fig. 4, the winding unit includes two winding wheels 17, a first rotating shaft 12 is rotatably installed on an inner wall of one side of the fixed box 4 through a first fixing seat 15, the two winding wheels 17 are sleeved on the first rotating shaft 12, the top end of the middle flexible pull rope 8 is installed on the corresponding winding wheel 17, a shifting unit is installed on one side of the middle flexible pull rope 8, a first motor 14 is installed on an inner wall of one side of the fixed box 4, a gear 13 is sleeved on an output shaft of the first motor 14 and the first rotating shaft 12, the two gears 13 are meshed, the first motor 14 drives the gear 13 to rotate and drives the first rotating shaft 12 to rotate, and the winding wheels 17 are driven to rotate, so that winding or releasing of the middle flexible pull rope 8 is realized, and a winding function is realized.
As shown in fig. 4, the displacement unit includes two wire guide wheels 18, the two wire guide wheels 18 are installed in parallel on an inner wall of one side of the fixed box 4, the middle flexible pull rope 8 is wound on the two wire guide wheels 18 and forms a zigzag shape, and one end of the middle flexible pull rope 8 is offset from the middle position of the fixed box 4 through the arrangement of the two wire guide wheels 18, so that larger gaps are reserved at two end regions of the fixed box 4, and other structures are convenient to arrange.
As shown in fig. 4, the rotating unit includes a rotating block 20, two second rotating shafts 19 are rotatably mounted on the inner side wall of the fixed box 4 through two second fixing seats 22, the rotating block 20 is sleeved on the corresponding second rotating shafts 19, the top ends of two side flexible pull ropes 9 are symmetrically mounted on the outer side wall of the corresponding rotating block 20, a second motor 23 is mounted on one side inner wall of the fixed box 4, one end of one second rotating shaft 19 is coaxially connected with an output shaft of the second motor 23, the second motor 23 drives the corresponding second rotating shaft 19 to rotate, so that the corresponding rotating block 20 rotates by a certain angle, and therefore, the two side flexible pull ropes 9 positioned on two sides form a height difference, and angle adjustment is realized.
As shown in fig. 4, a synchronous connecting rod 21 is installed between the two rotating blocks 20, and the two rotating blocks 20 form a whole by the arrangement of the synchronous connecting rod 21 and can synchronously rotate, so that the angle adjustment of the louver strip 7 is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 7, the inside of the spacer 11 is of a hollow structure and is provided with a drying agent 28, one side of the spacer 11 far away from the adhesive 10 is provided with a plurality of small holes 29, one side of the long glass 3 is provided with a baffle bar 30 near the spacer 11, two ends of the baffle bar 30 and the shutter bar 7 are provided with overlapping areas, the drying agent 28 is arranged in the spacer 11, water in the hollow areas is convenient to absorb, the probability that water mist is precipitated on one side of the short glass 2 and the long glass 3 close to each other due to temperature difference is reduced, the visual field is influenced, the baffle bar 30 is arranged, light leakage of the shutter bar 7 at two ends can be prevented, and privacy is increased.
As shown in fig. 6, the two ends of the spacer 11 are both provided with wedge plugs 16, one side of the wedge plugs 16 extends beyond one end of the short glass 2 to form a step state in parallel, the other side is attached to one side of the long glass 3, and by means of the arrangement of the wedge plugs 16, the two ends of the spacer 11 can be plugged, and meanwhile, a slope transition structure can be formed between the short glass 2 and the long glass 3.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a circle of sealing strip 25 is installed on the outer side wall of the fixing box 4 along the peripheral side of the avoidance port 27, one side of the sealing strip 25 is matched with one side of the short glass 2, the long glass 3 and the wedge-shaped plug 16, and through the arrangement of the sealing strip 25, a sealing effect can be formed at the hollow position between the short glass 2 and the long glass 3, so that the hollow region can be kept in a dry state conveniently.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the outer side wall of the fixing box 4 is provided with an adhesive tape 26 at a position close to the sealing strip 25, one side of the adhesive tape 26 is adhered and matched with one side of the long glass 3, and the adhesive tape 26 can increase the bonding degree between the fixing box 4 and the long glass 3, so that the sealing strip 25 is conveniently pressed, and a better sealing effect is achieved.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
through the arrangement of the short glass 2 and the long glass 3, a hollow gap is formed under the isolation of the spacing bar 11 and is fixed through the adhesive 10 to form an integral structure, one end of the integral structure forms a step-shaped structure and a opening under the length difference of the short glass 2 and the long glass 3, the integral structure is arranged on the window frame 1 to form a frame body, the mounting hole is positioned on the frame body and near the top end position and corresponds to the step-shaped structure, the shutter assembly is arranged in the fixed box 4, thus the fixed box 4 and the shutter assembly can be formed into a whole and are arranged at the mounting hole position, the installation and the disassembly are convenient, the shutter assembly can be extended to the hollow positions of the short glass 2 and the long glass 3 through the avoiding opening 27, the shutter assembly can be operated, the shutter of the hollow glass can be regulated, and when the maintenance is needed, the cover plate 5 can be elastically disassembled, the inside of the fixed box 4 is maintained, the fixed box 4 and the shutter components can be integrally disassembled and replaced by disassembling the fastening screw 6, the fixed box is convenient and quick, the shutter strips 7 naturally droop under the action of self gravity through the arrangement of the shutter strips 7, the side flexible pull ropes 9 at the two sides of the shutter strips 7 can be enabled to present a height difference through the rotation of the rotating unit, so that the shutter strips 7 are relatively deflected, the angles of the shutter strips 7 are adjusted, the middle flexible pull rope 8 is wound by the winding unit, the length of the middle flexible pull rope 8 is changed, the height of the shutter strip 7 at the bottommost side is adjusted, the length of the middle flexible pull rope 8 is shortened, the shutter strip 7 at the bottommost side is moved upwards, and other shutter strips 7 close to the bottommost side are automatically stacked from bottom to top, so as to form a storage effect, when the length of the middle flexible stay cord 8 is prolonged, the louver strips 7 positioned at the bottommost side move downwards, and other louver strips 7 close to the bottommost side are automatically separated from top to bottom to form a release effect, so that the hollow area of the louver strips 7 between the short glass 2 and the long glass 3 is adjusted.
