The monitor associates disease identification with disease treatment, making it convenient for medical staff to view the processing information of treatment tools associated with the disease information, to assist medical staff in the treatment of monitored objects, and to improve the continuity of clinical work.
Next, with reference to Figure 8, the monitoring method of the monitoring device of the present application will be described. The monitoring method can be based on the aforementioned monitor as the execution subject. On the premise of no conflict, the various technical features herein can be combined with each other.
S804:As an example, as shown in FIG. 8, the monitor monitoring method of the present application includes the following steps S801 to S804:
First, in step S801, the signals of the physiological parameters of the monitoring object are detected.
The monitor has one or more sensors, through which the signals of the physiological parameters of the object monitored by the monitor (that is, the monitored object) are detected. For example, the physiological parameters include at least one of the following parameters: blood pressure, respiration rate, heart rate, body temperature, pulse rate, blood oxygen saturation, cardiac output, end-tidal carbon dioxide, EEG, electrocardiogram, etc.
Next, in step S802, the current condition information of the monitoring object is determined according to at least one type of physiological parameters of the monitoring object. The current condition information may include but not limited to shock or asphyxia, and may also be other current condition information that can be determined through the data of physiological parameters.
For example, when the data of one or more types of physiological parameters of the object monitored by the monitor changes abnormally, for example, the data of one type of physiological parameters is abnormal, such as exceeding the threshold range, and for example, the data of at least two types of physiological parameters exceed their respective threshold ranges, then the current condition information of the monitoring object is determined according to the physiological parameters exceeding the threshold range, or when the ECG in the physiological parameters of the monitoring object is abnormal, the current condition information of the monitoring object is determined according to the characteristics of the abnormal electrocardiogram. The monitoring method of the present application can determine the condition of the monitored object according to at least one type of physiological parameters, and associate the identification of the condition with the treatment of the condition, so that the medical staff can view the processing information of the treatment tools associated with the condition information, assist the medical staff in the treatment of the monitored object, and improve the continuity of clinical work.
In one example, when at least the heart rate value, blood pressure value, and respiration rate among the physiological parameters of the monitoring object exceed their respective threshold ranges, it is determined that the current condition information of the monitoring object is shock; During monitoring, it can be determined that the current condition information of the newborn is asphyxia. The above-mentioned rules for judging the condition are only examples, and it does not preclude the adoption of other physiological parameters for consideration when a specific condition occurs in a patient, or only one physiological parameter may be adopted for consideration.
Next, in step S803, according to the current condition information, alarm information and processing information of the treatment tool associated with the current condition information are generated. Wherein, the processing information includes parameter information when using a treatment method corresponding to the treatment tool for the monitoring object, and/or, the processing information includes prompt information corresponding to the treatment tool.
When the monitor determines that the patient has a condition, it generates alarm information according to the current condition information, and the alarm information includes characters corresponding to the current condition information. For example, if the current condition information is shock, the alarm information includes the character "shock". Through such a setting method, when the alarm information is displayed on the monitor, the medical staff can quickly obtain the patient's current condition information, so as to timely provide appropriate treatment to the monitoring object with the disease, so that the monitoring object can quickly get out of danger and restore normal vital signs.
Displaying the alarm information in the alarm display area of the display interface of the display includes: controlling the display to differentially display the alarm information in a preset manner in the alarm display area of the display interface, so as to alert the user. As shown in Figure 2, for example, when the current condition information of the patient is shock, the display interface of the monitor, that is, the display screen of the monitor, displays characters corresponding to the shock, such as "patient shock alarm", or "shock alarm", or "shock" and the like.
The alarm information can be differentially displayed in any suitable preset manner, and the preset differential display mode includes at least one of the following display modes: highlight display, flashing display, additional symbol display, differentiated shading color display or differentiated font color display. For example, displaying alarm information in a red shading color, or any other display method that enables users to quickly identify alarm events. In an example, the alarm information of different conditions can be displayed in different preset ways, such as displaying in different shading colors, different font colors, etc., so as to quickly arouse the vigilance and attention of medical staff while alarming, so that appropriate treatment tools can be used for specific conditions, so that the monitored objects can quickly get out of danger and restore normal vital signs.
In one embodiment, different alarm messages can be triggered according to the threshold ranges of the data of the physiological parameters. For example, when the data of one or more types of physiological parameters exceed their respective first threshold ranges, the alarm messages are used to indicate that the monitored subject has a tendency to develop a specific disease. For example, patients have a tendency to suffer from shock, suffocation and other conditions. In this way, medical staff can quickly make appropriate treatment before the patient develops a specific condition, thereby reducing the risk of the patient's specific condition. For another example, when the data of one or more types of physiological parameters exceed their respective second threshold ranges, the alarm information is used to indicate that the monitored object has a specific disease, so that the medical staff can quickly obtain the patient's condition information, so as to timely perform appropriate treatment on the monitored object with the disease.
