The structure of the first heating seal assembly 57 is the same as that of the second heating seal assembly 58, the first heating seal assembly 57 comprises a seal rack 576 hinged at the lower ends of a first auxiliary connecting rod 573 and a first main connecting rod 572, two winding rollers 577 are arranged on the seal rack 576, polytetrafluoroethylene cloth 578 is wound between the two winding rollers 577, a seal block 579 for contacting a packaging bag is arranged on the seal rack 576, a heating device is arranged on the seal block 579, the polytetrafluoroethylene cloth 578 is covered on the seal block 579, and the material belt is melted due to the fact that the temperature is too high when the heating device is directly contacted with the packaging bag after heating, the seal is affected, the seal can be effectively insulated and the seal is ensured at a certain temperature through the polytetrafluoroethylene cloth 578, the polytetrafluoroethylene cloth 578 is tensioned by the winding rollers 577, the polytetrafluoroethylene cloth 578 is tightly clung to the seal block 579, and the seal quality is ensured.
The pre-opening device 510 comprises two opening brackets fixedly mounted on the sealing fixing bracket 53, each opening bracket is provided with a sucker mounting bar 5101 in a transversely sliding manner, a plurality of pre-opening suckers 5102 in contact with the packaging bag are longitudinally arranged on the sucker mounting bars 5101, each pre-opening sucker 5102 mounting bar is further provided with a limit stop for limiting the pre-opening sucker 5102, each limit stop is provided with an upper bar-shaped groove 5104 corresponding to the lower bar-shaped groove 593, the opening brackets are provided with a third telescopic power device 5103 for driving the sucker mounting bars 5101 to transversely slide, the pre-opening suckers 5102 are communicated with the air exhaust system through air paths, and the pre-opening device 510 can pre-open the bag openings of the packaging bags which are clamped, so that the air exhaust pipe 54 can be conveniently inserted.
And the rear conveying device 6 is used for removing the sealed packaging bags from the rear conveying device 6.
The front conveyor 3 and the rear conveyor 6 may each be conveyed by a belt conveyor or a roller conveyor.
