Detailed Description
For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present application based on the embodiments herein.
The following disclosure provides many different embodiments, or examples, for implementing different structures of the invention. In order to simplify the present disclosure, components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. They are, of course, merely examples and are not intended to limit the invention. Furthermore, the present invention may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples. This repetition is for the purpose of simplicity and clarity and does not in itself dictate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or configurations discussed.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for processing medical information according to an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the steps of:
step 101, acquiring attribute information of a first target user, and acquiring a corresponding medical advice template based on the attribute information;
it should be noted that, the doctor's advice in the embodiment of the present application refers to the instruction of the doctor in terms of diet, medication, assay, etc. for the patient according to the needs of the patient's condition and treatment, and refers to the medical instruction issued by the doctor in the medical activity. In addition, the first target user in the embodiment of the present application is a user who fills in the order information, such as an attending doctor, or other users authorized by the doctor, a practicing doctor, etc. The attribute information of the first target user refers to a category of doctor, such as a physician, a surgeon, a dentist, etc. Therefore, different doctors issue different order information, and doctors of the same category have similarity to filling in the order information, so that different types of first target users correspond to different categories of order templates. For example, the dentist basically fills medical instructions about teeth and oral cavity, so that a lot of common medical order information about teeth and oral cavity is filled in the medical order template of the dentist, and the dentist can correspondingly fill in the medical order information according to the specific situation of the patient.
Step 102, acquiring a target medical record document corresponding to an order template based on a first association relationship, wherein the first association relationship is used for representing association relationships between different types of order templates and a plurality of medical record documents; the target medical record document is one of a plurality of medical record documents;
the medical record file is a record of the medical activities such as examination, diagnosis and treatment of the occurrence, development and transformation of the diseases of the patient by medical staff. According to the medical advice template, a plurality of medical records can be associated, namely the types of the medical records can be divided into an admission medical record and an discharge medical record according to discharge and admission, and different types of medical records can be determined according to specific conditions of a patient, for example, a patient possibly has various pains, the medical records with different pains can be correspondingly required to be separately written, and if a patient has only one kind of pains, only the medical records with one kind of pains can be written.
And 103, displaying a medical advice template, a medical record document and time information of the medical record document, wherein the time information is used for representing the time length for filling the medical record document.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the time information may be set according to actual needs, for example, the duration represented by the time information may be 1 hour, 2 hours, or the like.
Through the steps 101 to 103, in the embodiment of the present application, after the corresponding medical advice template is obtained according to the attribute information of the first target user, the corresponding medical record document can be automatically generated, that is, the medical record document is also automatically generated after the medical advice template is generated, the user does not need to manually generate the medical record document, and delay of the generation of the medical record document caused by the manual operation is avoided.
It can be seen that in the embodiment of the application, after the order template is created, the order template and the medical record document are bound. When a doctor issues an order, the system automatically triggers corresponding document generation. Once the doctor makes an admission order, the system automatically creates a record of the admission record, with other orders being similar. By the automatic mode, timeliness of the medical record document is ensured, the medical record document can be created immediately after the medical advice is generated, and delay and drag which may exist in the traditional mode are avoided.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, for the manner of generating the medical record document corresponding to the medical order template based on the first association relationship referred to in the step 102, the method may further include:
step 11, acquiring filled medical advice information in the medical advice template, and extracting keywords from the medical advice information;
step 12, acquiring a plurality of medical record documents corresponding to the medical advice templates from a database based on the first association relation;
step 13, determining a target medical record document from a plurality of medical record documents based on the keywords; wherein any of the plurality of medical records is associated with one or more keywords.
Since the order information may include: care routine, care grade, diet category, posture, various examinations and treatments, drug name, dosage, and usage. Therefore, in the above steps 11 to 13, the keywords extracted from the doctor order information may be keywords related to nursing, keywords related to diet, keywords related to medicine names, and the like. In a specific example, the keywords extracted from the physician order information include a medication name keyword a, a check keyword B, and a diet keyword C. Because the medical records related to the medical advice template are provided with the corresponding keywords, the keywords among different medical records can be repeated, but the keywords corresponding to the different medical records are not completely the same, so that the medical records related to the keywords A, B and C can be screened from the medical records related to the medical advice template. Of course, there is also a case where the keywords of the medical record document 1 are: keyword A, keyword B, keyword C and keyword D, the keywords of the medical record document 2 are: the keywords A, B and C are related to the keywords A, B and C, and the medical record document 1 and the medical record document 2 are preferably selected in the application, namely, the target medical record document determined by the keywords B and C is the medical record document 2. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the medical record document is further refined, different types of medical record documents can be preset according to different conditions, and the different types of medical record documents are used for meeting different requirements so as to improve the requirements of filling medical records. Therefore, after filling the medical advice information, the corresponding medical record document can be determined by extracting the keywords in the medical advice information, and the medical record document can be efficiently and quickly filled after the corresponding medical record document is found.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, in a case where there are a plurality of keywords, the determining, based on the keywords, the target medical record document from the plurality of medical record documents in the step 13 may further include:
step 21, screening medical record documents associated with the keywords from the plurality of medical record documents;
step 22, sorting the screened medical record documents based on the number of the related keywords to obtain a sorting result;
and step 23, determining the medical record document with the most associated keywords in the sorting result as a target medical record document.
For the above steps 21 to 23, in a specific example, the keywords extracted from the doctor order information include a medicine name keyword a, a check keyword B, and a diet keyword C. Since each of the plurality of medical records associated with the order template has a corresponding keyword, the medical records associated with the keyword a, the keyword B, and the keyword C may be selected from the plurality of medical records associated with the order template, and if there are a plurality of medical records associated with each other, it is necessary to further confirm which of the medical records associated with each other is the target medical record, for example, the medical records associated with each of the keywords B and C include: medical record document 1, medical record document 2, medical record document 3; wherein, the medical record document 1 is associated with the keyword A and the keyword B, the medical record document 2 is associated with the keyword B and the keyword C, and the medical record document 3 is associated with the keyword A, the keyword B and the keyword C. It can be seen that the medical record document 3 is the most keywords associated with the medical record document 1 and the medical record document 2 compared to the medical record document 1, and thus the medical record document 3 is the target medical record document.
In another example, a medical record document associated with a keyword B and a keyword C includes: medical record document 1, medical record document 2, medical record document 3; wherein, the medical record document 1 is associated with the keyword A and the keyword B, the medical record document 2 is associated with the keyword A, the keyword B, the keyword C and the keyword D, and the medical record document 3 is associated with the keyword A, the keyword B and the keyword C. It can be seen that the number of keywords associated with the medical record 3 and the medical record 2 is as large, but the medical record 3 is associated with only the keywords a, B, and C, and the medical record 2 is associated with the keywords D in addition to the keywords a, B, and C. That is, the medical record document 3 is perfectly matched with the keywords a, B, and C, and thus the medical record document 3 is determined as the target medical record document. Therefore, by means of the embodiment of the application, after the plurality of medical records are preset, the corresponding medical records can be found through the keywords, so that the efficiency of filling the medical records is improved.
In an alternative implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the method of the embodiment of the present application may further include:
step 104, periodically sending reminding information to the first target user when the time represented by the time information is exceeded and the medical record document is not filled in;
and 105, deleting the medical record document under the condition that the sent reminding information exceeds a preset threshold value.
For the above steps 104 and 105, in a specific example, if the duration represented by the current time information is half an hour, and when the duration is more than half an hour and the medical record document corresponding to the medical advice template is still unfilled, the reminding information needs to be sent to the first target user, specifically, the reminding information may be sent to an account bound to the first target user, for example, a working computer of the first target user or a mobile phone of the first target user, or sent to other users associated with the first target user. In addition, in a specific example of the embodiment of the present application, the periodic transmission may be performed according to a preset period, for example, the alert information is transmitted every five minutes, or the alert information is transmitted every three minutes. The specific time interval can be set correspondingly according to the requirements, if the current medical record file is a short time interval which can be set to send the reminding information and is needed to be filled in a relatively urgent manner, and if the current medical record file is not needed in a relatively urgent manner, the time interval which can be set to send the reminding information is slightly longer.
In addition, the preset threshold in the embodiment of the present application may be set correspondingly according to actual requirements, for example, the preset threshold may be set to 3, 5, or the like. After the preset threshold is exceeded, the medical record document can be deleted, so that the medical record document is prevented from being displayed all the time, and the medical record document can be called out again when needed later.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method of the embodiment of the present application may further include:
and step 106, after the first target user completes filling in the medical order template and the medical record document, the medical order template and the medical record document are sent to the second target user.
In the embodiment of the application, for the same patient, doctors in a plurality of departments are required to carry out joint diagnosis and treatment on various diseases during hospitalization, doctors in the plurality of departments are required to fill in the doctor's advice templates and medical record documents, so that under the condition, after the doctor in the current department fills in the doctor's advice templates and medical record documents, the filled doctor's advice templates and medical record documents are also sent to doctors in another department to fill in, and therefore a plurality of doctor's advice templates and medical record documents are not required to be established, namely, all conditions of the patient are known on one doctor's advice templates and one medical record document, the utilization rate of the doctor's advice templates and medical record documents is improved, and the efficiency of diagnosing the patient is further improved.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method of the embodiment of the present application may further include:
step 107, after the medical advice template and the medical record document are filled, establishing a second association relationship among account information of the target user, the medical advice template and the medical record document; the target users comprise a first target user and a second target user;
and step 108, saving the filled medical advice template and medical record document, and setting authority information, wherein the authority information is used for representing the authority of checking the medical advice template and the medical record document.
Through the steps 107 and 108, in the embodiment of the present application, after filling the medical order template and the medical record document, the association relationship between the account information of the target user, the medical order template and the medical record document can be established, and the medical order template and the medical record document can be stored, so that the user can quickly obtain the filler by looking up the medical order template and the medical record document later, and if the filling of the medical order template and the medical record document involves a plurality of users, the association relationship between the plurality of users and the medical order template and the medical record document is established. In addition, in the embodiment of the application, the permission of checking the medical advice template and the medical record document can be set, and because the medical advice and the medical record document are private of the patient, any person cannot check the medical advice and the medical record document of the patient, so that the privacy safety of the patient is ensured.
