The methods adopted for matching the tire pressure sensor with the receiver in the market at present are mostly a wired writing mode and a wireless automatic matching mode.
The wired writing is to write the tire pressure sensor ID and the corresponding tire position of each tire into the receiver through the OBD interface by using a writing tool, and the receiver can accurately distinguish the tire pressure information of each tire according to the written information. This approach has the disadvantage that it is not possible for the user to change the tire pressure sensors themselves when one or more of the tire pressure sensors are worn out or the lifetime expires, and it is necessary to go to a 4S store to re-match.
The other wireless matching is to use the information of two axes, power, temperature and the like of the tire pressure chip to perform data comparison operation and the like by the receiving end. But has the disadvantage of inaccurate positioning, especially for 6 wheels and beyond. Therefore, in order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a matching method of a tire pressure sensor, which comprises the following steps:
in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a matching method of a tire pressure sensor, including the steps of:
s100, receiving identification information sent by a plurality of tire pressure sensors arranged on a target vehicle, wherein the identification information comprises IDs of the plurality of tire pressure sensors and tire numbers corresponding to the tire pressure sensors.
S110, judging whether the number of times of identification information sent by a plurality of tire pressure sensors meeting preset conditions is larger than the preset number of times in preset time.
And S120, if the number of times is larger than the preset number of times, storing the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensors.
Specifically, identification information of a plurality of tire pressure sensors arranged on a target vehicle is received, wherein the identification information comprises information such as IDs of the plurality of tire pressure sensors, tire numbers of the tire pressure sensors corresponding to the target vehicle, pressure and temperature of tires corresponding to the tire pressure sensors, and the like.
Further, it is judged whether the number of times the plurality of tire pressure sensors satisfying the preset condition transmit the identification information is greater than the preset number of times (for example, the preset number of times is set to 25 times) within the preset time (for example, the preset time is set to 30 minutes).
Further, if the number of times that the tire pressure sensors send the identification information in the preset time is judged to be larger than the preset number of times, the sent identification information of the tire pressure sensors is stored.
In this embodiment, when the target vehicle starts to run, the plurality of tire pressure sensors provided on the target vehicle transmit corresponding identification information. And receiving the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensors within 30 minutes of the preset time when the vehicle starts, judging whether the number of times of sending the identification information is greater than the preset number of times by 25, and when the number of times of sending the identification information is greater than 25, starting to match with the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensors.
After the matching is successful, the transmitted identification information of a plurality of tire pressure sensors is stored. Updating the display screen, and displaying the information such as the number, the temperature, the pressure and the like corresponding to each tire on the display screen.
In this embodiment, after the target vehicle is started, the tire pressure sensor arranged on the target vehicle automatically sends the identification information to the receiving display module on the target vehicle for matching, so that the burden on a user caused by writing the identification information into the receiver in a wired writing manner is avoided, the operation steps of the user are reduced, and the user experience is improved.
In one embodiment, the present invention provides a matching method of tire pressure sensors, where on the basis of the above embodiment, the preset condition is that the target vehicle changes a new tire pressure sensor, or that the target vehicle installs several tire pressure sensors for the first time.
When the preset condition is that the target vehicle is provided with a plurality of tire pressure sensors for the first time, identification information of the plurality of tire pressure sensors arranged on the target vehicle is received. Further, it is determined whether the number of times the plurality of tire pressure sensors transmit the identification information is greater than a preset number of times (for example, the preset number of times is set to 25 times) within a preset time (for example, the preset time is set to 30 minutes).
If the number of times that the tire pressure sensors send the identification information in the preset time is judged to be larger than the preset number of times, the tire pressure sensors begin to match and store the sent identification information of the tire pressure sensors, and corresponding information of each tire is displayed on a display screen.
When the preset condition is that the target vehicle changes the new tire pressure sensor, the target vehicle starts to start, the identification information of the new tire pressure sensors which are changed on the target vehicle is received, and whether the number of times that the new tire pressure sensors send the identification information is larger than the preset number of times is judged in the preset time.
If the number of times that the plurality of new tire pressure sensors send the identification information in the preset time is judged to be larger than the preset number of times, the plurality of new tire pressure sensors begin to be matched and stored, and corresponding information of each tire is displayed on a display screen.
Further, when the preset condition is that the target vehicle is to replace the new tire pressure sensor, there is a special case, if the target vehicle is a wagon and the cabin of the target vehicle needs to be replaced, it is determined whether more than 4 continuous IDs are not received within a preset time (for example, 30 minutes after the start of the vehicle), and if yes, it is determined that the original cabin of the target vehicle has been separated. At this time, the matching mode is entered, and it is determined whether identification information of a new tire pressure sensor exceeding a preset number of times is received within a preset time (for example, 30 minutes after the start of the vehicle start).
If yes, the target vehicle is indicated to replace a new carriage, the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensor is reserved for more than the preset times within the preset time, the identification information is stored, a display screen is updated, and information of each tire is displayed.
If not, the target vehicle is indicated to remove the carriage, and only the headstock is left. Then deleting the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensor on the original carriage, and updating the display screen to display the information of each tire.
In this embodiment, when the preset condition is that the new tire pressure sensor is replaced, the identification information is still stored and matched when the identification information sent by the new tire pressure sensor received in the preset time is still greater than the preset times. The problem that when a user needs to replace a new tire pressure sensor, the tire pressure sensor cannot be replaced by the user, and the user needs to go to a 4S shop to install again is avoided, the burden of the user is further reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a matching method of a tire pressure sensor, which specifically includes the steps of:
and S200, judging whether the identification information with the same tire number exists in the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensors when the number of times of the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensors in the preset time is larger than the preset number of times.
And S210, if the tire pressure sensor is judged to be absent, storing the IDs of the tire pressure sensors and the tire numbers corresponding to the tire pressure sensors.
S220, when the identification information with the same tire number exists in the identification information sent by the plurality of tire pressure sensors, the identification information with the largest number of times of sending in the identification information with the same tire number is stored.
Specifically, when the preset condition is that the target vehicle is initially provided with a plurality of tire pressure sensors, and the identification information sent by the plurality of tire pressure sensors in the preset time is larger than the preset times, the matching is started, and whether the received identification information has the same tire number or not is judged. That is, after the target vehicle is started, the plurality of tire pressure sensors provided on the target vehicle transmit identification information, but at this time, if there is another vehicle in the vicinity of the target vehicle, it is possible to receive identification information transmitted from the tire pressure sensors on the other vehicle, for example, identification information having a tire number of 02 and a different ID.
Therefore, if the tire pressure sensor is judged to be absent, the identification information of the tire pressure sensors is stored, and the ID of the tire pressure sensors, the tire numbers corresponding to the tire pressure sensors, the temperature pressure of the corresponding tires and other information are stored.
Further, if the tire pressure sensor is judged to be in existence, comparing the times of the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensor with the same tire number, reserving the identification information with relatively more sending times for storage, and updating the information displayed by the display screen for each tire. And deleting the identification information with relatively small transmission times.
It is conceivable that if the preset condition is that the target vehicle changes a new tire pressure sensor, and when the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensors in the preset time is greater than the preset times, the executed operation is identical to the preset condition that the target vehicle installs the tire pressure sensors for the first time, and no detailed description is given here.
In this embodiment, when the identification information with the same tire number exists, the identification information with relatively more transmission times is retained by comparing the transmission times of the identification information, and the identification information with relatively less transmission times is deleted, so that the identification information transmitted by the tire pressure sensor on the target vehicle can be accurately identified, and the matching accuracy is improved.
In an embodiment, the present invention provides a matching method of tire pressure sensors, where on the basis of the above embodiment, after determining, in a preset time, whether the number of times of identification information sent by a plurality of tire pressure sensors that meet a preset condition is greater than a preset number of times, the method further includes the steps of:
when the number of times of the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensors is less than the preset number of times in the preset time, controlling the IDs of the tire pressure sensors and the tire numbers corresponding to the tire pressure sensors to be unchanged.
When the number of times of the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensors is less than the preset number of times in the preset time, deleting the ID of the tire pressure sensor and the corresponding tire number, wherein the number of times of the tire pressure sensor sending the identification information is less than the preset number of times.
Specifically, when the preset condition is that the target vehicle changes the new tire pressure sensor, if the number of times of judging the identification information sent by the plurality of new tire pressure sensors is smaller than the preset number of times in the preset time, it is indicated that the target vehicle does not change the new tire pressure sensor or uses the original tire pressure sensor, so that matching is not performed, and the stored identification information sent by the plurality of tire pressure sensors is controlled to be unchanged.
It is conceivable that when the preset condition is that the target vehicle changes a new tire pressure sensor, or that the target vehicle installs a plurality of tire pressure sensors for the first time, the identification information of the tire pressure sensor whose number of times of transmitting the identification information is smaller than the preset number of times is deleted when it is judged that the number of times of transmitting the identification information of the plurality of tire pressure sensors is smaller than the preset number of times within the preset time.
Further, before starting the matching, a plurality of corresponding tire pressure sensors are arranged according to the tire layout of the target vehicle.
In one embodiment, the present invention provides a matching method of tire pressure sensors, including the steps of:
before the bluetooth sensor leaves the factory, the information of the wheel position is burnt and laser carving. After installation, the Bluetooth sensor transmits signals in Bluetooth frequency band, the signals comprise wheel position, ID, pressure, temperature, and other information, the Bluetooth receiving and displaying module receives the signals, starts a learning mode, receives and stores ID information, and automatically checks the number and stores the ID code into a corresponding storage unit according to the wheel position information
The matching process can avoid other vehicle interference:
in the matching process, when the receiving module receives signals with the same wheel number and different IDs. The receiving module stores all information first and the vehicle continues to run for 30min. And judging according to different times of receiving different IDs. Thereby automatically adjusting the primary wheel position information. For example, two wheel positions "2", ID is 83DF6239, 9132857a, respectively, if the vehicle travels for 30min, the receiving display module receives ID:83DF6239 more than ID;9132857a, then the receiving display module will only hold the ID:83DF6239, delete ID;9132857A.
After the matching is successful, the receiving module cannot enter a matching mode before the vehicle is restarted. The requirement for re-entering the matching mode is that the vehicle must restart and receive a new ID and the number of times of receiving in 30Min is higher than a threshold value; more than 4 IDs with continuous wheel positions are not received 30min before the vehicle is restarted.
Change bluetooth tire pressure sensor:
when the vehicle is restarted and the new ID signal is received 30min before normal operation, and the number of times of receiving the new ID signal in the first 30min is higher than the matching threshold value, the receiving and displaying module starts the learning mode again. The original data display is not affected in the learning process, and the number is automatically updated after 30Min. Otherwise, not enter learning mode
When the Bluetooth sensor needs to be replaced, the sensor wheel position number is only required to be confirmed and is installed in the corresponding tire.
The new ID needs to be successfully matched within 30 minutes before the vehicle runs and the number of times received by the receiving display module is larger than a threshold value and exceeds the number of times of receiving the original ID.
Truck replacement hanging:
when the vehicle is restarted and more than 4 IDs with continuous wheel positions exist for 30min before normal operation, the receiving display module enters a matching mode again, and all the wheel positions with the signals not received are deleted.
In one embodiment, the present invention provides a matching system of tire pressure sensors, comprising:
the vehicle-mounted receiving display module and the tire pressure sensors are arranged on the same target vehicle.
The tire pressure sensors are used for sending identification information to the vehicle-mounted receiving and displaying module.
The vehicle-mounted receiving display module is used for receiving identification information sent by the tire pressure sensors, wherein the identification information comprises IDs of the tire pressure sensors and tire numbers corresponding to the tire pressure sensors.
The vehicle-mounted display receiving module is also used for judging whether the number of times of the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensors meeting the preset conditions is larger than the preset number of times in the preset time, and if so, the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensors is stored.
Specifically, the target vehicle is provided with a vehicle-mounted display receiving module and a plurality of tire pressure sensors, wherein the vehicle-mounted display receiving module is used for receiving identification information sent by the plurality of tire pressure sensors and is matched with the plurality of tire pressure sensors. After the matching is successful, the identification information is stored, the display screen is updated, and the information of each tire of the target vehicle is displayed.
The vehicle-mounted display receiving module receives identification information of a plurality of tire pressure sensors arranged on a target vehicle, wherein the identification information comprises information such as IDs of the plurality of tire pressure sensors, tire numbers of the tire pressure sensors corresponding to the target vehicle, pressure and temperature of tires corresponding to the tire pressure sensors.
Further, the vehicle-mounted display receiving module judges whether the number of times of transmitting the identification information by the plurality of tire pressure sensors meeting the preset condition is larger than the preset number of times (for example, the preset number of times is set to 25 times) within the preset time (for example, the preset time is set to 30 minutes).
Further, if the number of times that the tire pressure sensors send the identification information in the preset time is judged to be larger than the preset number of times, the vehicle-mounted display receiving module stores the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensors.
In this embodiment, when the target vehicle starts to run, the plurality of tire pressure sensors provided on the target vehicle transmit corresponding identification information. And within 30 minutes of the preset time when the vehicle starts, the receiving display module receives the identification information sent by the tire pressure sensors, judges whether the frequency of sending the identification information is greater than the preset frequency by 25 times, and starts to match with a plurality of tire pressure sensors when the frequency of sending the identification information is greater than 25 times. The preset times and preset times in the present embodiment are only for the convenience of understanding, and the actual situation is not necessarily set as such.
After the vehicle-mounted display receiving module is successfully matched with the tire pressure sensors, the transmitted identification information of the tire pressure sensors is stored. Updating the display screen, and displaying the information such as the number, the temperature, the pressure and the like corresponding to each tire on the display screen.
