the extrusion fixing assembly 150 fixes the protection steel mesh 130 on the supporting plate 140 in an extrusion manner, is of an electric telescopic rod structure, is fixed on the inner wall of the protection frame 003, is obliquely arranged and corresponds to the supporting plate 140 one by one; the pressing and fixing assembly 150 is extended under the control of the control unit to press the protective steel mesh 130 against the supporting plate 140 to fix the same.
The winding drum 120 rotates under the control of the control unit to drive the protective steel mesh 130 to stretch gradually, and the protective steel mesh 130 passes through between the abutting bearing plate 140 and the extrusion fixing assembly 150.
In order to reduce the probability of the screen 004 being worn by sand, as shown in fig. 2,4, 5 and 6, the outer cloth assembly includes a storage box 210, a first reel 220, a second reel 230, a protective cloth 240 and a pulling and positioning rope 250;
the storage box 110 is a rectangular hard box body with a hollow inside, and is fixed at the bottom of the protective frame 003, and the length direction of the storage box is the same as the length direction of the protective frame 003;
The first reel 220 and the second reel 230 are cylindrical drums, and are driven by a power assembly to rotate; the first reel 220 is positioned inside the storage case 110, and the second reel 230 is positioned inside the storage case 110, and the two reels are the same in length;
The protective cloth 240 is made of scratch-proof cloth, is rectangular, and has a top fixed on the first reel 220;
the pulling positioning ropes 250 are steel wire ropes, the number of the pulling positioning ropes is two, and the pulling positioning ropes are respectively positioned at two corners of the bottom of the protective cloth 240; the top of the pulling positioning rope 250 is fixed on the protective cloth 240, the length is longer than the height of the protective frame 003, and the bottom is fixed on the second reel 230; the pulling positioning rope 250 is perpendicular to the protective cloth 240;
The protective cloth 240 is normally entirely wound on the first roll 220; after the protective steel net 130 is stretched, the first drum 220 and the second drum 230 are controlled to rotate so that the protective cloth 240 covers the protective steel net 130; the protective steel mesh 130 is now located between the protective cloth 240 and the screen 004.
Preferably, in order to enhance the protection capability of the protection cloth 240, the impact of the sundries on the protection cloth 240 and the protection steel mesh 130 is buffered, and the impact of wind on the protection frame 003 when the wind flows through the protection frame 003 is smaller, so that the flowing is smoother; as shown in fig. 2,3, 6 and 7, the protective cloth 240 is formed by splicing and combining two layers of rectangular cloth, and the edges of the protective cloth are fixed together to form a flat rectangular space; a flat rectangular rubber capsule is arranged in the rectangular space, and the surface area of the rubber capsule is similar to the surface area of the protective cloth 240;
A pumping assembly is also fixed on the inner wall of the protective frame 003, and comprises a pump body 310 and a gas hose 320; the pump body 310 is an air pump and is communicated with the inner space of the rectangular rubber capsule through an air hose;
after the protective cloth 240 covers the protective steel mesh 130, the pumping assembly is controlled to operate so that the protective cloth 240 is inflated.
Preferably, the side of the protective cloth 240 away from the protective steel mesh 130 is printed with warning marks and/or warning banners.
Example III
In order to further reduce wind resistance of the protective frame 003 in wind and further improve stability in a using process, the embodiment of the application further optimizes and improves the structure of the protective frame 003, and a cylindrical bag 034 is additionally arranged;

The rear cover is positioned on the second frame 032, and the screen 004, the steel mesh protection component and the outer covering cloth component are positioned on the first frame 031; the first frame 031 is positioned on the post 002;
a baffle is fixed at the position of the first frame 031 close to the outer sleeve hose 033 and is used for conducting acting force; the baffle is positioned between the screen 004 and the outer sleeve 033;
the wind breaking body 007 comprises a first wind guiding strip and a second wind guiding strip which have the same structure and are in an acute triangular prism shape, are longitudinally arranged and are respectively fixed at one side of the first frame 031 and the second frame 032;
The two columnar bags 034 are strip-shaped bags which are longitudinally arranged and made of rubber, are positioned in the space surrounded by the protective frame 003 and are respectively arranged close to two sides of the protective frame 003; the cylindrical bladder 034 abuts the back cover and the baffle;
the pump body 310 is provided with a switching valve;
When the anemoscope 005 detects that the ambient wind speed is greater than a set value, one of the two cylindrical bags 034 is inflated and the other is contracted by utilizing air pressure, so that the whole protective frame 003 is deformed into a shape similar to a triangular prism; at this time, the first air guiding strip and the second air guiding strip are abutted together.
Example IV
In order to reduce maintenance frequency, improve practicability and ensure effective protection in real time, the embodiment of the application further optimizes and improves the structure of the protection cloth 240 based on the second embodiment, specifically:
as shown in fig. 2,3 and 11, the length of the protective cloth 240 is more than 2 times the length of the protective frame 003;
the protective cloth 240 is formed by splicing and combining two layers of rectangular cloth, and the edges of the protective cloth are fixed together to form a flat rectangular space; a flat rectangular rubber capsule is arranged in the rectangular space, and the surface area of the rubber capsule is similar to the surface area of the protective cloth 240;
The rectangular rubber capsule is positioned at a position close to the middle part, and is provided with an air pressure sensor 330, and the air pressure sensor 330 is in signal connection with the control unit; the air pressure sensor 330 is located near the first reel 220 in a normal state; in the state of inflation of the rectangular rubber capsule, once the pressure is reduced (the pressure is abnormal) when the pumping assembly is not pumping, the air leakage is indicated (the air needs to be timely supplemented), and the pumping assembly is controlled to supplement air at the moment; if the pre-leak pressure value (indicating that the leak is too fast and the opening is large) cannot be reached for 5 seconds, the first roll 220 and the second roll 230 are controlled to rotate to replace the exposed protective cloth 240 by 10 to 20 cm; if the leakage point is still not solved, the replacement is continued until the air pressure sensor 330 moves to a position close to the second reel 230, and the part of the protective cloth 240 with the leakage point is wound on the second reel 230; and repairing is carried out subsequently.
In order to further reduce the maintenance repair frequency, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 11, 12, 13, and 14, it is preferable that the rectangular rubber capsule is provided with a plurality of air pressure sensors 330, and the distance between the air pressure sensors 330 is 0.9 times or more of the height of the screen 004; the pump body 310 is also communicated with the inside of the first winding drum 220 through a switching valve and a gas pipe; one side of the protective cloth 240 is provided with a gas pipe body 340, the gas pipe body 340 is a hose, the length of the gas pipe body is equal to that of the protective cloth 240, a plurality of vent holes 341 are arranged on the gas pipe body 340 at equal intervals, and the vent holes 341 are communicated with the rectangular rubber capsule in the protective cloth 240; the top of the air pipe 340 is communicated with the inside of the first winding drum 220 and then is indirectly communicated with the pump body 310; the pump body 310 controls the amount of gas in the rectangular rubber capsule under the control of the control unit; when the air pressure sensor 330 detects the air pressure abnormality, the first drum 220 and the second drum 230 are controlled to rotate to replace the exposed protective cloth 240 of 10 to 20 cm, and if the air pressure abnormality is still not solved, the replacement is continued until the protective cloth 240 on the first drum 220 is completely released.

the screen (004) is an LED screen and is fixed on the wall of the inner ring of the protective frame (003);
the anemoclinograph (005) is fixed at the top of the protective frame (003) and is used for measuring the real-time wind speed and wind direction;
The rotation driving assembly (006) is a motor and rotates under the control of the control unit, is positioned between the protection frame (003) and the support column (002), and drives the protection frame (003) to rotate relative to the support column (002) during rotation; one side of the protective frame (003) is fixed with a wind breaking body (007), and the wind breaking body (007) is a triangular prism shape which is longitudinally arranged;
Also comprises a cylindrical bag (034);
The protective frame (003) comprises a first frame (031), a second frame (032) and a jacket hose (033);

The wind breaking body (007) comprises a first wind guiding strip and a second wind guiding strip which have the same structure and are in an acute triangular prism shape and are longitudinally arranged and respectively fixed at one side of a first frame (031) and one side of a second frame (032);
The two columnar bags (034) are strip-shaped bags which are longitudinally arranged and made of rubber, are positioned in a space surrounded by the protective frame (003) and are respectively arranged close to two sides of the protective frame (003);
the cylindrical bag (034) abuts against the rear cover and the baffle.

The LED display with screen saver function of claim 1, wherein: the cross section of the wind breaking body (007) is isosceles or equilateral triangle, one side surface is tightly attached to the protective frame (003), and the area of the side surface is larger than that of one side surface of the protective frame (003).
3. The LED display with screen saver function of claim 1, wherein: the support column (002) is an electric telescopic rod, and when the wind speed is larger than a set value, the height of the protective frame (003) is reduced, and the overall stability is improved.
